I ordered this service for my sons wedding
There was an extra charge because the driver claimed I made him wait more than 10 minutes when I had to quickly run in to grab my purse. I was under a minute. I literally ran in grabbed it off the hook and ran back out not even closing the door.
When I informed them about this they just said that’s what their driver said. The driver was very cold and unfriendly and now a an absolute liar.
So unfortunate that a company must resort to such measures.
