I got excellent service from here. Nur Onu did my ultrasound. She is excellent in her job. She made me very comfortable and patiently did the procedure with great expertise. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend Nur Onu and this place for their great work!

Bunch of crybabies below. If you have a broken finger and need an urgent consultation, go to the hospital. If you’re an international student, learn the local laws instead of giving a 1/5 rating to a radiology clinic, just because they only accept patients with Ohip. I’ve been here many times. A clinic like this can’t be run perfectly, but I’ve never encountered a bad experience there. I’ve scheduled my appointments and have been seen on time. If my visit didn’t require an appointment, I’ve waited whatever time was needed. The reception ladies have always been friendly, and so have the technicians.

I am a frequent visitor to this location for my pregnancy ultrasound. Special thanks to Noor who has been doing my ultrasound during this period. She is a kind hearted person with vast experience and does her work to perfection. Would definitely recommend this location to new commers.

Everyone is so nice starting with the receptionist to the technician. Every time I go in everyone takes really good care of me. I just went in and Nur Onu the medical sonographer was so kind and loving. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve used the busy Rosedale Radiology several times now, and never had a bad experience. I think there may be a few questionable staff and that accounts for some of the negative reviews. I’ve always been treated well and never had to wait too long.

The facility is located on the west side of Sherbourne, just south of Bloor. It is showing it’s age, but is well maintained and relatively comfortable. It is walker/wheelchair accessible.

Of note, you can get X-rays as a walk-in, but you need to book an appointment for ultrasound. X-rays are available online, free to view, by the end of the day You can also view the reports a few days later, but you have to pay for that.

The worst diagnostic clinic. Told me wait was 45 minutes but is not about 2: 30. There are hardly any clients here…just technicians talking to each other, cleaning their respect machines. Really, how long can x-ray take - I only saw one other person who was getting. She’s long gone. Place was dirty, toilet backed up. Disgusting.

Staff not coming in on time, and they don't care!

Unsatisfactory service! Terrible experience.

Had booked the appointment well in advance and on the day of the ultrasound appointment when we reached the location parking lot the receptionist calls up saying that the technician has not turned up and asked us to reschedule.

On the rescheduled appointment day we were just 5 mins late as we were searching for parking, on reaching the clinic they said you are 5 mins late and now wait for 2 hours as they took in another patient.

We asked them why didn't they call us before moving on to the next patient as the other patient’s appointment time slot was 20 - 30 mins later than us and we were just downstairs locating parking. To that, they mentioned that that's not our job and you have to wait.

We didn't have a choice but wait, as we had to show the report to the gynaecologist.

We were denied services and accused of “being late”, although we were not late at all.
The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, the person cancelled our appointment and accused us of not showing up early despite the fact that we were early and waited for good 20min in the room, what’s more, the individual refused to give an explanation on the real reason why the appointment was cancelled.

I didn’t have to wait for my X-ray I was served right away and the technician was so friendly and gentle.

I was initially apprehensive as they have so many negative reviews. I did my sonography and mammogram here. Right from booking appointment on phone with Hilda to the tests, everything went smooth. I found the staff in person to be very courteous and friendly. The tests were done with minimal waiting time. The technician Noor was super patient and tried every way to make me comfortable. I highly recommend and personally will go there if the need be again.
Oh, parking was easy too in Green P, just around the corner on Selby street.

Edit- I have now come here couple of times and each time waiting was minimal, service top notch!

Worst service ever; refused emergency with a smile and hide behind their protocols that differ from public health. DONT GO THERE ic you need help.

Great staff on board each and every visit. Thought this weeks visit would be a nightmare with covid-19 restrictions and surprised all it took was a call and set a appointment same day and time. I was in and out in less than an hour for x-rays and ultrasound. Thanks to everyone involved

I went for an ultrasound for 1st trimester, my appointment is scheduled for 1pm. They were 20 minutes behind. It’s my turn to go in, the lady tells me to take of my jacket and Lay on the bed. She seemed like she didn’t want to be at work and was upset. She was quiet the whole time and didn’t say a word. She asked me when my period was and that’s it. Did not inform me how far along I am, when possible due date was. She put the gel on my stomach and didn’t show me the screen or tell me what she was doing. At the end she shows the screen and says this is the baby you can get the picture at the front. We’re all done now wipe yourself with this towel and opened the door.

I do not recommend this place

I don’t know what kind of service is this, if you don’t like your job choose another career. This is suppose to be an experience you help people go through especially if it was their first time. Doesn’t matter if it’s COVID because this is your job.

They're open but "the person you're calling isn't taking calls at the moment" what a joke! ‍️

This is the nearest ultrasound center, so this is the reason why I have repetedly visited this place. I am first time pregnant and had no idea about ultrasound. Staffs are extremely cooperative and courteous but I am doubtful about the knowledge and the machinery precisions.
16weeks us, baby gender could not be determined as baby legs were crossed.
20weeks anatomy, after long try I was told seems to be a girl.
25weeks us said might be a boy. Now I am sceptic about other results and specification provided. I have no faith anymore on this center. Whereas my other pregnant friends going to other center's came to know about baby's gender by 16weeks

I had my 20 weeks pregnancy ultrasound at this place. The staff was helpful and polite. However, I was expecting to see a clear image of my baby as I have seen it before at other place. I think the technology they use or the machine is not updated enough to give a good quality view of the baby. The pictures came out worse, very fuzzy and blurred. As a first time mom I was so excited and waited so long to see my baby, but I was really disappointed. I don't recomend this place for pregnancy ultrasounds

Rude and unprofessional. The most unpleasant ultrasound experience my wife had. The technician basically thrusted the apparatus in without any warning or words of preparation. And when my wife pulled back as a reflex action due to pain as she is still recovering from episiotomy from a recent birth, she impatiently chided my wife saying "I can't do anything if you do this" and asked my wife to insert the apparentus by herself. I will be launching a formal complaint after this review as my wife started spotting again. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this horrible center.

Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and was greeted when I walked in and was taken in less than 5 minutes to do mammogram and ultrasound technicians were professional and polite would definitely come back for future appointments.

Great staff. Did ultrasound there and the man was extremely professional. Would go there again.
