The first time I was here the chiropractor missed part of my measurement for an appliance and they called me back into the clinic 15 minutes after I left. I came back "no problem these things happen" and waited 20 mins to finish the appointment. I received a voicemail saying I needed to book an appointment with the chiropractor to pick up the appliance. I booked the appointment online under the appointment choice that was available with a "reason for visit" note that I would be picking up. There was a scheduling error on my end of 20 mins and when I called ahead the staff were accommodating but rude and snickering about the appointment being booked incorrectly when I got to the desk to pay. At this point I said there was no option online for pick up and that I left a note explaining the reason for my visit in the reason for visit box. The person finally said "Oh" sheepishly that she now saw the note, after clearly painting me as a nuisance client to the other desk staff and the chiropractor. I was handed "paperwork for insurance" then stood there waiting to pay the remainder of my bill (post deposit) and was rudely told "you're done" as if she was wondering why I was still standing there. No mention of my card being charged for the remainder days prior which was done with out any notice by email. Very unpleasant experience all around.

Great and friendly staff! Never have an issue here. If you are looking for Acupuncture River is the best. Super skilled and always makes me feel better. He is friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for acupuncture in the city I recommend him.

Wonderful staff everyone there. I have worked with a bunch of them over the past couple of years and they are all friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Wonderful secretary staff to smart and delightful.
Will recommend a hidden gem at Rosedale, River who does acupuncture, massage and knowledgeable with TCM. He has very skilled hands and and expert in his field. He cares for his clients health and takes the time to learn about your body. He is friendly and wonderful to have a conversation with. If there is any reason you are considering going to Rosedale and not sure ask the staff for a recommendation, mine is River, He is worth the trip.

I have been forgetting a lot of things lately and so as appointments but the reception called to check on me if after 10mins I am still not around and thoughtfully will reschedule me to the next available time for that day or another day if I am okay with it.

I have used their physiotherapist and chiropractor services for many months and both have been great so far. They are also very flexible with their fees since I am on maternity leave and without insurance.

My physiotherapist is thorough and attentive with exercises that work for me and my progress toward wellness. Everything is run super smoothly and efficiently. Love going there!

I love this place! Everything I need for good health, preventative approach! Saiid is exceptional. I have had massage in many places and countries - India. UK, Australia, Japan - he is one of my top 3! Professional, knowledgeable, expert. River is the very best acupuncturist. Helped me with many major and minor issues. Dr Suk fixed when others couldn’t. Other practitioners help. And the administrative staff go the extra mile. Using Rosedale in conjunction with my general practitioner and other doctors has given me a solid approach/platform in maintaining good health.

I have my massage therapy at RWC with Ada and I’m very pleased with the experience. Ada is very attentive and got some amazing techniques. Will definitely continue to come here for my back pains.

Staff is extremely friendly! And my chiropractor (just after two visits) really helped my stiff neck/shoulders. Improved flexibility. I can actually sleep better and do some deep stretches. Following up + looking forward to physio!

Rosedale Wellness is a very reliable place to seek physio and chiropractic services. They have a high standard of care and I have never been disappointed with any of their highly skilled practicioners.

Danitsa who did my intake was amazing! Looking forward to continuing with her. However I booked an appointment with a different physio since danitza isn’t able to see me until next week, and I wish I’d waited. I could tell she was trying to think of things for me to do since I have several injuries.but it felt very rushed. Upon arrival I was not directed to the correct waiting area thus losing $ time.was told to use a rope for isometric exercises, but at the end of my apt she went straight to talk to her next client before wrapping up. I budded in to ask about the rope since that was “better for me” than the bands… and she gave me bands & told me to find a belt or something at home. So.it’s which? I asked her to include that info in the email & it wasn’t. The exercises sent to me were against a wall, no mention of the rope. One of the exercises I said was too painful for my other injuries- was included in my routine without any discussed modification. Just not happy & wish I’d waited for Danitza.hopefully next week is worth it, since it’s out of pocket.

I went for my first ever RMT session to Rosedale Wellness Centre with Vivian. It was a prenatal massage and she was amazing! I had some lower back pain and calve muscle tightness and she made sure to give those areas extra attention. She applied the right kind of pressure but was relaxing at the same time - so much so that it made me fall asleep! Will definitely be back for follow up sessions!

All of the staff here are excellent, warm and professional. My physio work with Danitza has been incredible. In addition to guiding me and pushing me when needed, she's taught me so much about how things function that I had no clue about. The results from the treatment have been incredible and noted from family and friends. Said is also fantastic and gives an excellent massage. He's incredibly intuitive to find all the spots that need work which is exactly what I want in a massage therapist.

Always an amazing experience at Rosedale Wellness. The entire care team takes care of my family and we are so thankful to have this clinic in the city.

I'm always active so have tight muscles and I had some bike accidents so I have been going there for years. I have great experience with all. I normally see Suk for physio and recently Amanda for massage but all great. I have worked with Dan. B in the past he's great aswel. Great service.

My chiropractor is a very pleasant and competent person and likely my all time favorite practitioner. The friendly staff make each visit great.

May26,2022 An update: I have an appointment with Thomas for setting my insurance - suppose to take a few minutes- the appointment was at 6: 30pm and I got there 10 minutes earlier and told the reception about it, the yong guy asked me to sit and he will call me
I was sitting there for 30 min and nothing happened. So I got back to him and asked what's happened- he smiled and said: oh, sorry I forgot it!
I met Thomas immidiately and told him the story- he said sorry but I didn't know you are there! To be fair he has done my work very quickly, and I left
I gave 5 star last year, but now I'm really thinking maybe it's changed there- I have booked some sessions and I will update my review layer after the sessions
For now i consider 1 star for all stress and frustration the reception gave me after getting there in rush hour and after a busy workday!

Some of the professionals I received treatment are great, others are ok. Said Mouhtajy gives one of the best massages I've ever had, he is able to find and dissolve almost all the knots.

Great service at this location. Dr Chung did a great job on my back, showed quite an improvement in a relatively short time. Good assessment by Dr Suk.

Always punctual, he t flexibility to see different practitioners. I’ve been treated by a few of them in different fields and always had a great experience with every single one. You do your initial assessment and they go over a treatment plan, and they have someone go over your schedule and look into your plan (if you have benefits) to figure out the best way to stay within your budget. I have definitely noticed a difference in my body since I began getting treated here. My knee no longer hurts and now I just get check ins/ adjustments because I work long hours at home.

Recommended! Well located near the subway and the professionals are very knowledgeable and caring.

I’m currently working with PT Danitza and PT Laura for my aches during pregnancy and it’s been really effective. Both have provided lots of insight. Danitza also specializes in pelvic floor physio which I didn’t even know existed. But I’m so glad she mentioned it. There’s so many pieces that she’s working on and I know I will need all the help for birth, not to mentions the aches now. I’m glad I have this team before our big delivery day.

Absolutely love this centre.   Everyone is so friendly, there is now wait time, and the facility is clean.   I do appreciate that the bathrooms here have a no touch sensor so you don't need to touch the door handles to use the restroom.   Parking is very convenient, not even 1 min walking outside and straight to the parking lot from inside.

I've been seeing Liz for about 3 months for acupuncture regarding fertility.   I've been to fertility clinics prior to coming to see Liz with no luck, and I am still on the IVF waiting list.   Her treatments were successful for me and I hope that anyone else who is having the same issue at least seeks her out to try.   She has a very calming enery about her and is very understanding.   I'm very happy with her service and continue to see her.

The front desk staff are professional and overall services are simply the best in the city! The therapists are professional and kind. Dr. Chung is the best in the industry. He has the courage and knowledge to address every point of pain. I've been going here for over 10 years, for physio, massage, naturopathy, and chiro for maintenance. They do it all.

I have been going to the Rosedale Wellness Center for close to five years. During this time I have received excellent service (chiropractic care and physiotherapy) with highly qualified staff. What keeps me coming back aside from the excellent treatments is their professionalism and personalized care. The staff is friendly (and more than one calls me by my name when they see me).

I go to Rosedale Wellness Centre on Bloor at Church. I see Hana V for physiotherapy. She is the most knowledgeable, warm, professional and helpful practical you could possibly have.my husband has been seeing Hana for year's since breaking his arm near the shoulder and it was Hana who recommended he return to his doctor for an x-ray because something wasn’t progressing as it should.
She’s really smart and ends us home with exercises, often emsiling descriptions of them in vase we forget.
I’ve also had deep tissue massages there with a RMT and been fitted for compression socks.
They are punctual and all office staff
are very friendly.

This is my go to clinic for all paramedics care. I also recommend completing their treatment plan with a personal work out plan that works on the areas they are helping you with. Has helped me heal faster.

I don’t usually post reviews - but the service this afternoon was so great I had to share my experience. I went in for massage therapy with Liljana - I was in need of a deep tissue massage as my muscles were very tight from weightlifting. Liljana was so friendly, such a people person - she made me feel so comfortable and had the best energy. You can tell she’s extremely passionate about what she does and her clients and it shows! Not to mention it was the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. Hours later I still feel the tension released from my body. It was exactly what I needed.

I took a chance and decided to give this place a shot! SO GLAD I came, I’ll be returning forsure. Staff was really professional, overall great experience. I’d be open to trying other services here as well.

I am a nurse and have been going to Rosedale wellness Centre since October 2018. My problem was neck and back pain. I am greatly pleased with all the staff as they are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I have been receiving chiropractic sessions and massage therapy. I also did physiotherapy. I always have great service and feel relieved and relaxed after my sessions. Thank you for your excellent service, Dr. Sheldon Suk for my chiro and Myrna Yusufali for massage. I highly recommend the centre! It’s convenient as it is located near Yonge & Bloor station.

Twice I've come to dawson dental this past week. They share a waiting room with Rosedale Wellness. Repeatedly, Rosedale allowed patients to come in and sit in the waiting room where the chairs are not even close to 6 feet apart, with no masks. They make no attempt to ask them to wear masks or offer them masks.
I think I won't be coming back to this dentist because of Rosedale Wellness and I absolutely will not be going to Rosedale Wellness for sure.
Very irresponsible and flat out disrespectful to the rest of the patients waiting.

The one star is specific to my physiotherapist visit. I came in with excruciating lower back pain and the therapist couldn’t tell what was wrong with me even after the assessment. All he did to treat me was use the electric pads for ten minutes to calm the muscle and a 5 minute rub along my spine. He recommended I come in for similar treatment 2X per week for 4-6 weeks.

After going elsewhere I was informed that it was an SI joint injury and the first visit at Rosedale wellness was completely useless. Thank goodness I trusted my intuition to go elsewhere where the therapist was actually able to identify and correct the actual issue.

I feel ripped off and will definitely not be returning!

Advice to management: make sure you place patients with physiotherapists that can actually help the clients get better and know what they are doing.

A real hit and miss place depending on the service. I've seen a great physio there last year for IT band issues but recently had a massage that was just plain awful. Went in with neck pain and asked to have my back/legs worked out and the therapist spent a whole hour stretching out my neck which was absolutely useless with zero relief with no time for my back nor legs. Complete waste of my time and money. Won't be returning for any more massages there.

I have been a regular patient at Rosedale Wellness and I can confidently say that they have the friendliest and most professional staff. I just concluded my virtual sessions with Patrick, who’s a Physiotherapist at the clinic. He was extremely pleasant to work with and he was able to provide me with the most effective exercises to help eliminate my chronic neck pains. Keep up the amazing work!

Service was ok, but they fail to mention anywhere on their website that as a clinic, they are not recognized by Manulife, so fees cannot get reimbursed. Just a warning to anyone considering their services.

I recieved partial answers about insurance coverage and billing. I wasn't told about the policy changes occuring after my last orthotic appointment and wasted my time going there.

My partner also had administrative issues when it came to organizing appointments.

That said the staff are nice and good to deal with. The location is convenient for me so I may try book again in the new year once things are sorted.
