I was not happy with them. I bought four items, two were great and two were faulty. An air mattress had a leak since it wasn't holding the air- they returned my money for that and then an espresso machine simply didn't work and even after explaining that it didn't work and going back and forth, they gave my an ultimatum, pick up the faulty unit (that cost me I've $100) or they would ban me from future events.talk about customer service

Another friend of mine also bought a few pallets from them, and unfortunately most of it was garbage (broken, missing parts, expired, and some even dirty). I wonder if they just use their pallets to get the public to throw out their garbage.

I ve been using this auction site for about 4 years now. I was satisfied with the process and the products received. But on one of my last and large auction bids and wins of a bunk bed the product was not as advertised. Although i did win this product in jan of 2023 and just now opened it as it was stated a Brand new product. It is missing an entire bunk. I did not check the product due to the fact it was labeled brand new. I emailed the company and they only replied with their 7 day return policy. Thus i will not be using the services of this company any further and the reason for 1 star. It is expected that that the products wont be 100 percent new but to state it as it is and its missing bunk of the bunk bed is just bad news.

Used to love the Auction site got some great products at great prices. Until I won a crib and someone there gave it to someone else. That person won a bed but apparently likes my crib better and is not returning it so now I am out a crib. They gave me a refund but no explanation and ignore my emails about how this could happen.

The prices are Just avrage. It does not seem like an auction site where you can win an item below cost. Most of the merchandise are outdated. I guess you get what pay for.

Always something different and interesting to explore at the auction. If you read the descriptions carefully, there are few 'unfortunate' surprises. Should the product not be as advertised the Burlington Staff are quick (and pleasant) to find a suitable solution. Always appreciate their co-operation!

1. False advertising, listing used as new and non-functional as new.
2. Terrible return policy and hassle to get your money back, quite the crooks.
3. Unorganized and irresponsible.
4. Blames the consumer rather than taking responsibility for things themselves.

They are nice enough. However they assured me the Danby Refrigerator I purchased would still have the 18 month manufacturers Warranty. With the exception of Cosmetic blemishes - dents. They also said the Refrigerator was never used by a consumer - however I found a small piece of broccoli in the bottom. The information they provided was incorrect I confirmed with Danby I was sold a Refrigerator with no Danby warranty. The fridge works fine and nothing will likely to happen in the first 18 months. Would appreciate a more honest representation of the warranty.

I have used both the auction website and purchased items in store from Rosehill. Both experiences have been good.

The only thing I wish about the auction site was that less people knew about it! Lol. You can get some excellent deals on products, but you should always check to see what the actual retail is so you don't go over. They are generally very accurate in how the products are represented, be sure to read the listing description and look at the pictures that they take themselves to get the best idea of the item.

I have only had one unfortunate issue with the auction where I went to pick up my item and it was missing, but they refunded me with no hassle. It was a bit dissapointing though. They have also been great and issuing a refund when I get an item that was listed as in working condition, but when I tested it at home it wasn't. It was a really simple process, just make sure you test it as soon as you can and send them an email.

From their store front, I have purchased a dishwasher for myself that was in new condition, and purchased a washing machine for my mother that was scracth-n-dent but functions just fine. Their appliance prices are fantastic, but the selection is random and varies a LOT.

They have a selection of furniture as well, I have never purchased any myself but the prices seem fair. I do want to purchase an armchair soon and will likely look here when the time comes.

Overall, I do recommend shopping at Rosehill!

Refunds are a no-no.
Wife and I bought a number things over the years from this place. Last Tuesday, I bought a "mouse" (trackball). Installed it (supposed to be plug and play) and got an immediate Blue Screen of Death. The next day tried it again and both the CPU and System Interrupts are at 100% making the machine unusable. Tried to get a refund (2 days after the purchase) and I was told that the mouse is OK and they will not refund. Tried again and now, not only I didn't get the refund but my account is now locked which, considering the private information if contains it is illegal.

I bid and won on a Queen Rose Pregnancy Pillow that was advertised as NEW CONDITION. The item had head and knee indents like someone used it for their pregnancy. When I alerted rosehill they informed me that NEW CONDITION could be slightly used. This is false advertising, if someone used it say so that way I wouldn't bid. They graciously gave me a 10 dollar discount, I would have preferred my money back. No more bidding for me and for the rest of you reading this, beware.

I have purchased a bunch of things here on different occasions.my experience is that most of the items say NEW but some how are not in good condition. Some of my examples are, baby gate didn't have the hardware, a wet wipe warmer the button to warm them was broken, and curtains were stained. All said new condition OIB. By the time I picked the items up and open them to notice the return policy is so bad that I can't return them. I would say save your money and purchase from a reliable site.

You can find some really good stuff but not without paying top dollars for it. Somewhat helpful staff. The person I dealt with was the son’s owner - he was rude, unwilling to negotiate and difficult person to deal with. My rating is based on numerous visits and recommend the staff be trained how to work in a liquidation setting.

I bid often, but most times, items go higher than buying brand new on Amazon. Buyers should just be aware and cautious of prices. Don't get caught up in the game. And with items I have won, all of my experiences have been positive. A few items have had to be returned due to missing pieces/hardware, but the return process was seamless and hassle free. It's a great place to find unique things. I enjoy this site.
