Roseland Family Dental did very good job for my teeth retainer. The staffs are very friendly and patience.

They truly treat you like family. Always great you and treat you like a friend. Very Gentle on your teeth.

After having an emergency, I went to roseland family dental. They got me in right away to discuss a plan and go over what needed to be done. I was back the very next day to fix what needed to be fixed. Not only did they do a phenomenal job but they were super kind, patient and listened and understood the next steps I wanted for my teeth. I recommend anyone to come here. I've always been super anxious about dentists, and I had no anxiety here and didn't feel judged at all for the way my teeth are. Everyone there is super friendly and super sweet.

Worst experience ever. I went yesterday to have my teeth cleaning and polish. The nurse was using a tool where it leaks water all the way to my neck (not professional at all). Also while she’s working she started to say to me that i need to come again for another cleaning appointment because she wouldn’t be able to finish it same day and Of course i need to pay again and she didn’t complete her work. I paid yesterday 529$ for useless service and left without having all my teeth fully cleaned and polished. AVOID THEM, this place is definitely NOT recommended

Great dental office. Very clean and professional. The ladies at the front were super nice and helpful. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and why. She was super gentle but also very thorough. I felt like she took her time and cared about my teeth. The Dentist who came in and did the examination was also very kind and helpful and made great recommendations. I recommend this office to anyone looking for great care that is provided with plenty of professionalism and kindness.

I was Dr. Marshall's patient for twenty-two years. I never thought that his integrity, honesty, compassion and etiquette could be matched. I rarely write a review, due to privacy issues. However, I felt obligated to do so this time. I am delighted to say that after meeting Dr. Basheer numerous times for appointments, I noticed that he checks the box on every quality aforementioned. He explains what the problem is, but not in a condescending way. He is very professional and thorough. He takes his time expounding on preventative measures that his patients must take to decelerate and/or stop the progress of any damage. He does so with patience and knowledge. I recently had an accident and was worried about broken teeth. Dr. Basheer immediately took me as an emergency patient and helped me. I must also take this moment to mention his staff. They are competent, polite and very professional.

Lovely office and staff. I am super anxious at the dentist’s office but recently I went to Roseland Dental for the first time, and I felt very welcome and at ease. The waiting area is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everyone was exceptional, attentive, and thorough. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new dentist and dental hygiene team call Roseland Dental and book an appt.

I loved my first visit! Everyone is so sweet. The place looks like a page out of a magazine it’s all so relaxing:) not like a regular intimidating dentist! I easily could have talked to Cindy for another 2 hours she’s a gem!

For about two years now I have been going to visit Dr. El Shaer at Roseland Family Dental. He’s the only dentist I’ve ever been to that took the time to talk me through everything and ease my fears. From cleanings and checkups to fillings, he has always been patient and talked me through every step of the process. He took the time to show me damage I’m doing to my gums from brushing too hard and made me understand why I have to change my brushing style. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming and the hygienists there show great empathy towards any pain, discomfort or concerns I might encounter. The office itself is also newly renovated and is always immaculate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roseland Family Dental to anyone and look forward to many more years of exceptional dental services for myself and family!

Dr. El Shaer contacted me directly within an hour of my phone call regarding an oral problem. I needed assistance fairly quickly and we set up an appt.for the same day. Dr. El Shaer was friendly, attentive and I also received excellent professional care especially considering he didn't have anyone to assist him. I didn't feel the freezing injection nor did i have any discomfort after the freezing wore off. Great experience and thank you Dr. El Shaer!

I went to get a root canal, and it was a very clean dentist office. Dr. Mahmoud was very gentle and helpful with the process of my root canal and told me what was happening every step of the way. His dental assistance, Jen was also very nice and helpful. He was in no rush and I would definitely recommend going to roseland family dental:)

I had Dr. El Shaer as a dentist in Toronto and was torn when he moved to Windsor. As fate would have it I ended up in Windsor for my current job. It was a no brainer who my Windsor dentist would be. He is energetic, compassionate, and has a nack for making you feel at ease during procedures. The staff here are top notch as well.
