I had a flat tire which required me to take my car to the dealership. I would've done it myself but unfortunately needed a specific part that got stolen when my car got broken in to. I talked with their advisor Brett and he told me the easiest way to solve the issue I was in. I was able to leave my car there for 3 days and was taken care of 2 days earlier than expected. I was in and out of the dealership with no issue. Usually dealing with dealerships or mechanics in general is annoying but Brett made things a lot easier. If you have a Volkswagen in the Burlington area and need something done I would recommend going there.

Superior customer service. I personally recommend this location for all services for your vehicle. A shout out to Brett, he went an extra mile for us.

I had checked many other dealerships before going to Roseland V/W. I had eliminated several dealerships as their sales person was a bit over zelous and making promises I did not believe to be true. The days of the high pressure salesmen are long gone. When I met Rick at Roseland I was impressed by his knowledge on the V/W vehicles I was interested in, and definately no pressure. We had decided on the Atlas Cross Sport and I was happy with the deal I had made that included a good trade in value on my own vehicle. When I got home and gave it some serious thought, I realized I prefered the vehicle with more options although I thought it would be pushing my budget. I called Rick the next day and explained my position. Rick listened and he already knew my budget from our previous negociations. I asked him what he could do on the higher priced vehicle so between him and Jason they worked out a deal I was happy with and got me into the vehicle I really wanted. The whole process was completed in a nice easy going atmosphere and I never felt pressured. I can honestly say I would recommend this dealership and Rick to anyone I know who are interested in a vehicle.

I have been driving VW cars for +15years and dealt with 4 different dealership in the GTA as I moved and changed workplaces. This is the best VW service department I dealt with, hands down. They are honest, always on time and price is right. I mean this a big part of the ownership of a car to know that you can trust your mechanic.

Had to battle out with the service tech to schedule a windshield seal inspection, along with the headliner which was damaged during the windshield replacement last year and is covered under warranty. Extreme condensation inside the windscreen making it hazardous to drive and the service tech insisting that the sunroof has to be inspecting before they can call the windshield company!
