Roselle is seriously the best. Get their seasonal stuff while it’s here. Their raspberry custard pie is super fresh and decedent - not to mention beautiful as well!

Overall, it was good, but expensive. Strawberries were slightly sour, which I liked, and it was not too sweet, which again, I liked. It’s a bit small for the price. I got 2 and it was almost $25 - it’s a lot for basically a sundae a bit smaller than one at McDonald’s. It is obviously better quality, but for almost $12.50? I wouldn’t buy it again.

Everything I’ve tried here is amazing, they are truly artists. The eclairs are the best i’ve had ever, I am amazed and so happy every time I have one. Usually I get the cake cups, and multiples and have them throughout the week. I wish i had taken more pictures of them. Thank you for being amazing

My favourite bakery in Toronto! I can never say enough good things about them. It brings so much joy to my life to go downtown on a weekend morning to pick up a few desserts from them every once in a while. Truly everything they make is so delicious but I often reach for their cake cups and banana eclair! And don’t sleep on their madeleines and shortbreads (the sablés bretons, earl grey shorties, and comté cumin are my faves) :)

My love for Roselle is ENDLESS!
I've been a frequent Roselle visitor who will HAPPILY drive down any chance I get from Mississauga to pick up their desserts. The pictures might indicate that my favourite thing they do is their pavlovas. They are simply perfect - my favourite has to be the strawberry but my family all have their own rankings.

Steph, Bruce and team are such lovely souls, they really put their who heart into Roselle. I honestly haven't had something from them that I didn't like.

A few cake cups that I love: black forest, birthday cake and early grey. My aunt ADORES theirs madelines - the earl grey are a family favourite.

While sometimes there might be a line-up you know they're doing everything to keep things moving, and honestly it's absolutely worth the wait.

They offer high quality desserts that truly make you happy, I'm so happy they're around <3

We've eaten so many good things from Roselle and we love their earl grey pastries, pavlovas and pistachio financiers! Owners are so incredibly genuine, friendly and warm. A must visit!

Given the part-time hours and the owner's recent rise to Food Network stardom, I feel like Roselle is quiet quitting their own business.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting Roselle in Toronto, and I must say, it was a complete letdown. Given its reputation and the hype surrounding it, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, Roselle failed to live up to even the most basic standards of a reputable establishment. It's safe to say that this place is severely overrated and on a downward spiral.

First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked any sense of professionalism. I had to wait an exorbitant amount of time just to get a menu, and when I finally placed my order, it took ages for the food to arrive. The servers seemed more preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves than attending to the customers. It was a clear sign of their apathy towards providing a satisfactory dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. It was underwhelming, to say the least. The menu boasted innovative and exciting flavor combinations, but the execution fell flat. The dishes lacked the finesse and attention to detail that one would expect from a supposedly top-notch establishment. The flavors were muddled, and the presentation was uninspired. I found myself questioning what all the fuss was about, as the food was far from memorable.

To add insult to injury, the prices at Roselle are downright outrageous. I wouldn't mind paying a premium if the quality of food and service justified it, but in this case, it was a complete rip-off. I left the restaurant feeling not only disappointed but also ripped off for the subpar experience I had just endured.

All in all, I cannot in good conscience recommend Roselle in Toronto. It's clear that this once-promising establishment has lost its way. The lackluster service, mediocre food, exorbitant prices, and uninspiring atmosphere make it a far cry from the exceptional dining experience it claims to offer. Save your money and look elsewhere for a truly memorable culinary adventure in Toronto.

Roselle is my favourite dessert spot in the city! I love that they have regular staples as well as seasonally rotating flavours. Strawberry season is my personal favourite. You can taste the freshness of their ingredients that are brought to life with their technical skill. I recommend this place to all of my friends!

Somehow I haven't written a review of Roselle even though I pretty much go 2-4 times a month - great for pleasing your loved ones, your taste buds, bad for your wallet and waist line!

Delicious, high quality desserts, pastries, and soft-serve. Rotates specials throughout the year based on seasons and availability. My favourites have to be the very vanilla cake, the chocolate delice, the earl, the spoon cakes and their galettes! But everything is amazing.

It is pricey but unlike other places, the quality of the ingredients, the uniqueness of the desserts, and the friendliness of Steph, Bruce and the entire team justifies the cost.

Absolutely best of luck to you if you visit Roselle with the intention of only buying one treat. Let me tell you from experience: you will buy many treats, and you won't regret it.

Roselle’s desserts are perfect, heavenly bites made by earth angels. The owners are the kindest most thoughtful people. We love the pavlovas and the lemon tarts (please make them again!) so much. Is it the weekends yet? !

Great place and everything the sell is made with the up most care and thought. You can taste the years of passion. Line ip goes by fast so don’t be afraid to wait.

Small critique incase the see this, the soft serve texture in the parfait (unfortunately not for the better) has changed since my last time here. Kinda more like FroYo than ice cream.

A review of "Great" doesn't do justice to the delights that await you at Roselle Desserts! You know you are on to a good thing when you have to queue to place your order. We did just that and it was worth the wait. Roselle's pavlova with whipped cream and in-season strawberries is superb! It is as good as or better than any we tasted in Australia or New Zealand (both countries claim to be the birthplace of this wonderful dessert). So as they''d say downunder 'well done you', Roselle Desserts!

In a world where concert tickets cost $300, flights $1500 and video games $100… Roselle’s Pavlova is one of the least expensive ways to have a new shareable experience. I bought one for my mom's bday and we couldn’t believe the textures and flavours, all so unique and new. 10/10.

SO GOOD! I made sure to line up and be first, while waiting I fought with my bf hehhe but we made up after having these AMAZING desserts! I read the past boomer reviews, if you want something good you gotta have monies to buy it, and this is something that’s worth your money! I’m a huge sweets person (it’s a problem) I’ve had bang bang ice cream pastries as well and the I believe bang bang has met it’s match! Roselle is truly f r e s h, and beautiful! The love and care that goes into the product it’s something you don’t see in the city! I’m happy to wait in line and have a sweet treat to look forward too at the end of the week

Thank you Roselle for the hard work!
