Rosen and associates did an excellent job with my Voluntary disclosure application at CRA, representing me. They kept in touch and made sure all my records and bank statements were in place. The lawyers and staff were very friendly and professional at the same time

My tax audit was ongoing for over 6 years! After year 4 I handed it off to Rosen Kirshen and a few years later it’s closed and I didn’t have to pay CRA anything. They fought hard for me and wouldn’t let CRA push me around!

The experience I had with Rosen tax law was truly incredible. I have been dealing with what I thought was a never ending and confusing battle with the CRA. After reaching out to Rosen tax law I was put in contact with Jamie who assured me that the situation I found myself in was more common that I had thought and that they deal with issues like this on a regular basis.
Not only had him and his team handled the issues but they managed to do so amicably which made the entire process much easier than expected.
They were very forthcoming with what to expect and what steps would follow without confusion.
10/10 would recommend to those who find themselves in a sticky tax situation thanks again to the wonderful team at Rosen tax law.

I didn't get the 15 mins free that this company promises. They didn't assess me properly and didn't seem to take a full evaluation of my circumstances. I was promised an email within a day and never heard from them again!

I highly recommend RK tax law. I thought that I could handle emigrating from Canada to the US myself.and I was wrong! I incorrectly filed my taxes and CRA came looking for me to pay over $40,000 in taxes on my US income. I hired RK Tax Law to review my taxes and represent me in the CRA inquiry. They were very thorough in their information gathering and fought to have me considered a non-resident retroactive. The CRA ultimately agreed with their assessment and removed all taxes to my US income (which should have been done in the first place.) Money well spent.
I highly recommend RK tax law for any of your tax needs, including complex cross-border situations!
