Rosery florist sucks. My boyfriend spent almost $100 delivering me flowers for our anniversary. She calls me ruins the surprise I tell her I’m not home from 1 to 3 and apparently that’s the only time she can deliver. They were supposed to come yesterday and didn’t because of the storm and didn’t even give anyone an update. She even hung up one me after I asked for a full refund since I’m not gonna be home. Very unprofessional, I am very disappointed in the service I received.

My family and I were so extremely disappointed in the flower arrangements we ordered for my Dad's funeral. A funeral or wedding is not where you can afford to make a mistake. I asked for my Dad's favourite colours of blue, white, green and some yellow. 80% of the flowers were orange and the roses were completed wilted. The standing arrangements were so sparse and not full at all. It was the heaviest, saddest day of our lives and having really sad looking arrangements was something we really shouldn't have had to worry about. Please, you need to step it up and do better for people who are either grieving and going throught the hardest times of their lives, and for those who are getting married and celebrating one of the happiest days of their lives. This is not a joke. Please do better.

Funeral flowers were old tired and wilted. They were for around the deceased family members' urn. Very disappointed.

Rosery Florist is my "go to florist" in Sudbury. They always offer the most colourful, long lasting and fragrant options that deliver the most enjoyment for the longest amount of time.

Worst flower place in the city do not go, will mess up your order and keep your money, the machine does not give back any form of refund as well stay away from this store.all but 2 ladies are disrespectful and have attitude as well corrupt business.

I ordered a Mother’s Day special flower arrangement and got a tiny square vase with only flower heads stuck in some wet foam.they cut the entire stem off. I paid over $80 for something that looks like it’s from the dollar store. Never going here again. Size reference in photo, it’s not even as big as one step up to the house.

This was my second time using this service - phone call to confirm, on time delivery, and a lovely arrangement. Will use again!

Today me an my mom went to pick out some flowers for my pepere’s funeral and I’m in absolute awe with the service they provided us. They made me and my mom a bouquet each with my pepere’s favourite flowers and added a sunflower cause they were his favourite just because let’s just say we both cried they went above and beyond, best flower shop ever!

After my dad's passing l was in charge of ordering the casket sway, l really had no idea what to do but Pat was so kind and amazing! I told her my dad loved yellow flowers, especially sunflowers.well the sway was absolutely beautiful, l would recommend everyone to visit her shop and order from her, this lady is a sweet heart!

My friend loved her buble-gum bouquet. I love the fact that delivery from downtown Sudbury to Garson was free of charge, unlike Lougheed's greedy and extortionate fee of $20.

Incredibly beautiful display of flowers. Ordered a dozen roses on Valentines Day morning, and they were ready by end of the day. Great timing. Was also my first ever purchase from them. Lovely people, lovely store, organized and determined. Will go there again for sure!
