Your employee Ellhamm who served me and other clients with respect and well manners and Hospitality was really appreciate it we need more pepole like this in oure atmosfeer. THANK YOU FOR BEEN HERE ROSE NEWYORK YOU GUYS SURE HAVE COM A LONG WAY. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN SHIRAZ
The average food quality, coupled with the meager meat portions in the burgers and the exorbitant charges for certain items, failed to justify the expensive prices. The lack of consistency in service further compounded the disappointment. While there may be some redeeming qualities to this establishment, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend it, as the average food and high prices do not align. It would be prudent to explore alternative options that offer better value for money and a more satisfying fast food experience.
Relatively ok pizza but the restaurant charges 15% mandatory service fee for groups of 6 and more and then asks for additional 15% tip. Our server was insisting that the service fee is not tip and we have to pay tip. It left us all wondering what is service fee then?
The quality of the pizza compared to its price is very bad.
If you end up going there, check your bills for sure.
Best resturant in the city hands down awesome food and great environment a friendly staff member named sara was very nice and accommodating will definitely come back
Authentic Persian sandwiches and pizzas with a amazing location on Yonge street and also great hours it was a pleasure to dine sara was extremely friendly and helpful she’s the best appreciate everything!
First of all their staff were so nice, friendly and polite.they gave us the best suggestion. We tried 2 kind of Ash Ashe Sabzi and Ashe reshte, both were perfect perfect perfect. Also their pizza was so yummy. I have special thanks to Shirin joon for cooking perfect Ash and Sara joon for her suggestion. I love both of them️
This restaurant used to be very good with it’s famous cheese burger, but not anymore, waste time and money. I ordered a royal cheese burger (7 oz burger) and a Persian pizza. The pizza was supposed to have chicken, sausage and something else but not onion, and I confirmed it with the waiter. The waiter realized first time that kitchen made a mistake and he didn’t bring the pizza to the table, second time pizza came and was covered with onions! The waiter came back and said he removed the onions with fork! And he asked if he could bring the pizza back or needs to make a new one! I actually was super annoyed and didn’t want to stay but my 7 yrs old wanted her pizza, therefore we waited for another 25 mins and got a pizza which had only cheese with some sausages and no trace of chicken! The pizza was awful, and cheeseburger too! The waiter gave us 20% discount on the bill. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant at all, food and service are super bad.
I liked the food, good place for dining after parties or concerts. Good service and nice people My friend ordered a wrong pizza and they changed it for her without asking any questions.
I tried different persian style pizza all around the city & this one was not good enough if you compare to the similar ones. The quality was not good at all & the pizza dough didn’t seam fresh. Anyway, I tried it once & will never try this again.
Our friends and us had a wonderful time. Sandwich zaban was great but kabas tanori was the best. Staff were friendly and helpful Specially Mr Navid who is the manager. Highly recommended.
I got a Veal Tongue sandwich and a Mix Brain and Tongue sandwich from the North York branch. I found a big bunch of hair in one of the sandwiches. This was so disgusting. The bunch of hair was big that could not be missed by the staff if they were a little bit cautious about hygene.
Loved their special pizza! Perfect place for late night dinner! You can enjoy so many Persian fusion food options there. The service is decent, nothing fancy though!
Tried Roses pizza and Salami Fries, paid 40$ and it was an absolute Waste of Money. Low quality ingredients, Bad taste and Smell. They used the same ingredients on fries and called it Salami Fries.it was made with low quality shredded meats.
If you are looking for a small but good atmosphere with a bar it's a 3 star but if you are looking for Iranian type pizza (not the made up iranian Italian ones) there should be better pizzas out there in Tehranto. It's also expensive for take out.
The food is moderate but the service NOT.we were 5 and all orders came with a few minute delay between each, except my order. They definitely forgot my order because I asked him about the order and he said it's almost ready. "Almost" means 2-3 minutes not 15 minutes! At the end, they charged all of us 15% for tip (mandatory!), while the service did not worth even 10%. I did not notice the "Applied tip" and put 10% as tip:) means I paid almost 25% tip for such really bad service! The receipt is available if needed ;)
I occasionally go to Roses New York if I want to have Iranian pizza. If you have never had Iranian pizza you should definitely try it, it’s something between pizza and pie pizza but it’s a very satisfying junk food. Everyone who tries it for the first time loves it
I'm not form Toronto but the love of Iranian style Pizza made me try their food and I liked it. A bit pricey but was worth it. I give 4 stars and I guess is fair.
The food is amazing (make sure to try the Roses Fries and the Roses Pizza), everything is very reasonably priced for the serving size, and the staff is really friendly.
