Thank You is not enough to say for this two guy Charles and Ross. If I can rate more than 5 I would. Ross and his team especially Charles had helped myself and my husband maneuver financial difficulties in our life. It took many years but we finally did it. They helped us make decisions through difficult times and had given us options suitable for those situations. Now those difficult times are behind us. Our credit ratings are excellent and though with the rising interest rates they were able to secure us the best rate and with an A+ lender. Their team is excellent to work with. They reply so fast. I'm super happy I decided to use Ross and Charles’ services for my first home purchase. As a first time home buyer I was going into the process pretty blind. Ross was very thorough with explaining what I needed to do in order to get a mortgage approval for my condo. He went through my Father’s (who co-signed for me) and my financial profile and provided solutions on how to increase the amount we could qualify for. When it came to closing, me and my dad unintentionally introduced some obstacles in the process, but Ross gave me a call and what stuck with me was that he called himself a “Solutions architect”. That is certainly true! I was little nervous I wouldn’t be able to close but he and Charles assured me they have a 100% closing rate and I can see why! Not to mention, he got me a relatively low rate in an environment where interest rates were increasing. I highly recommend using Ross and Charles! I’m very grateful for their services!

Thank you to Ross and Charles, because of you both we were able to secure and purchase our first home! Found Ross’s number from a random website on a late Friday night on March 4th – Prior to reaching out to Ross, we were working with a mortgage agent who was very unresponsive to our emails, lacked compassion, was profit oriented at every point, and gave us misinformation multiple times. We reached out to Ross out of desperation late Friday on March 4th because we had found a property that we wanted to bid on and were not sure how much we “truly” qualified for due to misinformation from the initial mortgage agent we were dealing with at that point. Plus, this mortgage agent was not responding back to our emails (sometimes would not reply back to us until 4 – 5 days after) – Ross spent a few mins on the phone with my fiancé and I, educating, encouraging and reassuring us that, although the road was steep, our dream of becoming a first-time homeowner was definitely achievable & realistic. With his guidance, were we able to gather all documents required to get our mortgage pre-approval done the same night and sent the documents to him. Since we had already lost out on the property we wanted to bid on that Friday, we found another property of interest on Sunday and emailed Ross to advise him that we were putting in an offer the property. We won the bidding later that Sunday night and had 24hrs to secure financing. March 7th, Ross advised that he had sent our application down to a few lenders that morning and should be expecting an update by noon. Shortly before noon, we received a firm approval with a fantastic rate which was lower than the initial rate we had been pre-approved for. Within 50hrs of reaching out to Ross, our dream of becoming a homeowner finally turned into reality! Although our case might be a unicorn one, but we were supper excite on how meticulous, responsive, and professional Ross was during the approval process. Over the next few weeks, Charles Ross’s colleague worked with us to fulfil all the requirements needed prior to funding. Charles was very professional, communicated effectively, initiated zoom calls if he wanted clarification on areas of our finances etc. We finally closed on June 1st, Ross and Charles both reached out to make sure that the closing was executed smoothly. If we can give 100 stars rather than 5 stars we would! Highly recommending this fantastic team to help anyone out there achieve their dream.
