Rossland Animal Hospital is the best place we have brought our dogs, hands down! We have had nothing but great experiences. They are truly fair with pricing and suggestions. They will let you know, HONESTLY, if it is something you NEED to do and something that could wait. Love it there!

We just moved to Durham and Dr Sutton and the entire practice we met today were amazing The time taken to meet my dogs, Dakota and Pepper, to understand their breed and personalities and current health was awesome I appreciated Dr Sutton’s recommendations and felt immediately at ease as she clearly loves animals and understands the anxiety pet parents have. All the staff took the time to welcome us to the practice and I’m really glad we chose Rossland Animal Hospital

First experience with a vet for my cat, offered cat's profile documents which include medical history and info but the receptionist just ignored with a weird disrespectful look, next she asked for insurance info and my next question was do you need to know details of coverage so you can set payment based on that and she started responding unprofessionally and impatiently and did not even let me finish my question.

Guys, part your service is to explain and answer how the process work that is what you are getting paid for! You want my business more than i need you services yes it is true! Did you hear any thing about customer service customer satisfaction? Respect for clients? NO you don't and you lost my business before we even start.here you go one star, may be you will learn to be more respectful and professional with the next client.

we took our cat here for an end of life service and had a horrible experience.while we were saying goodbye to our family pet, all we could hear is laughing and loud voices from the lobby area.absolute last thing we want to deal with at that time.staff should be better trained on being empathetic in sensitive situations, especially since they work with families and their pets.

Dr. Brown is knowledgeable, and the office is well run and clean. Staff are all pleasant and easy to speak with.

Lovely to see this Clinic expanding with the success they deserve. We’ve been with Dr. Brown since she was one of the few mobile vets in Durham. Amazingly caring and thorough Admin support staff. Great Vets and Techs. Our first babies are always at ease with everyone. Thank you Fur Family!

Dr. Curry is very thorough and excellent bedside manner. You can tell she cares about the animals and enjoys her job.

I discovered Rossland Animal Hospital last year for my dog, Miko. Dr. Rowland and Dr. Brown are amazing. They are very attentive and re-assuring to any of my concerns. They also try their best to make sure that I don't have to spend too much on anything that is unnecessary. The staff are friendly too. I would definitely recommend this to all pet-lovers.

No compassion, i wouldnt believe there comments as im sure there all staff.

As for the doctor throwing my leash to the ground for me to pick up as I was basically crying over my dog due to a emergency that they said 4 times in the 15min I was there they close.

I'm not going to explain what happen in full detail as this is going to the OAVT Complaints Committee tomorrow for the unpleasant service, charge me for things that was not provided.

And I've been going there for almost 2 years.
What a mistake.

This vet clinic is staffed by attentive, professional and trustworthy staff and doctors. We had three cats and sadly lost one to cancer. The staff at the clinic were empathetic and provided exemplary care. They provided many options and yet did not push any expensive procedures that are not helpful to the health of our cats. They continue to take good care of our remaining furry family.

I always have a great experience when I bring my furbaby Ben. They really care about your pet and treat them like family.

Took my dog Sunny to get laparoscoptic spay. The staff was so friendly and took such good care of Sunny. They explained the procdure and answered all questions i had. Sunny was back to normal in 48 hours. They called multiple times to check in on her and to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this place

As a family, we adopted 2 kittens in October, 2021. In January we lost the first and in March the second kitten due to FIP. Dr Sutton was absolutely amazing and went far above and beyond expectation in care, comfort and time to explain. She and her team were incredibly kind and saw to it that we were refunded for the adoption fees as well as taking care of almost all other fees. Their care and love still makes me tear up as much as the loss of the kittens does. When we are ready for new kittens we most definitely will be using this hospital as our go to care for them.

Went here with my dog in her last days after leaving my old vet unsatisfied and ripped off. They went above and beyond to do as much as they could. At 10 pm the Dr was hand writing out my dogs records in order to transfer them to emergency clinic that night. Have a new pup now and she will be a life long patient. They really care about the animals.

Enjoyed RAH. No complaints. Good help, kind, quick and don't pressure you with upselling or do unnecessary tests, procedures and so on. Recommend to anyone.

I am beyond grateful to Kristen Brown and staff for their attentiveness, compassion, kindness and care.
I had an emergency situation and luckily they were able to fit us in within five minutes.
I have never seen or experienced such a peaceful euthanasia as I have with this veterinary clinic.
Amazing people, highly recommend.

I normally go to another clinic but due to my new kittens spay sx being done through city of oshawa I brought her back for vaccines. Their Covid -19 protocols are very well done and I did not feel rushed at all having my consultation over the phone. Thank you for taking such good care of Lucy!
