Rotary Centennial Pond

Nice way to get out with the kids and have some fun and a Park right next door.

Came to the pond with my son after work/school. Paid for parking and then headed to the skate/helmet lending hut as my son forgot his helmet at home. Waited and waited but nobody was there. Supposed to be available weeknights 5-10pm.
What happened?
What a waste of our time!

Great relaxing area on the waterfront of Burlington. There are members of the Rotary Centennial Pond who controls their wireless boats in this artificial pool.
The building has also an indoor seating area and washrooms.

Had a great time ice skating here today I really like that they have someone on duty to check on people if and when they fall although it was very cramped with so many little kids learning to skate. The large plastic rectangles to help them stay up can very effectively knock other people down.
