My sink backed up and was causing a huge headache. I called Roto Rooter and they sent Memo over within the hour and I got my sink cleared out within two hours of my initial call. Memo was such a great help. Very professional and efficient in his job!

Definitely a 5 star review when you can call a guy at 2am and he arrives in 20 min to fix a very ugly toilet clog situation. Memo was quick, knowledgeable, professional.id say a wee bit expensive but worth every dime. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

After 41 yrs at the same home, I had a sewer backup that was very bad. I called Roto-Rooter and two crews were dispatched-one, a plumbing & pipe cleaning crew and two, a cleaning and disinfectant crew. WOW! Alex's crew were professional, punctual, attentive to detail, thorough, informative to client at various stages and left the premises so clean "I could eat off the floor! " Service and quality for a safe environment was absolutely worth it! Alex's supervisory and customer skills made each transition team move seamlessly. I would highly recommend Alex's crew from Roto-Rooter to anyone in my situation because I slept very well that night!

Yurii Atamanchuk did a great job in locating and solving the problem of why we were currently experiencing water consumption 3 times the normal amount we consumed. He is a real running water “whisperer” as he immediately heard water continuously running in 2 of our toilets that we could only hear when he pointed it out to us and we listened very carefully. In addition, he pointed out some pressure problems with the toilets which he fixed. He was very thorough in his review of all our water sources and areas of consumption, gave very detail explanations of his findings, fixed any problem and gave advise for going forward. Great service!

This company does not fulfill what was agreed, we contracted a service with them and they asked for a card just to order the service, however we agreed that the payment would be on another card that would be informed later, but they charged IMMEDIATELY! After being informed, they refunded the amount original, but we were left with an international exchange rate loss of R$ 1700.00 reais, they admitted that they made a mistake and reversed it, but they refuse to compensate our loss from the exchange rate loss. THIS THING MAKE YOU LOST YOUR COSTUMERS!

Called for quote for services - they were very informative but the work required was above their capability.

Mike and his crew were amazing! I had sewer backup and needed to replace the old pipes and a new back water valve. The estimate was thorough and Mike went above and beyond to help me with my insurance claim and city rebate. Not only were they on time, they were polite, tidy, laid down covers over my basement and cleaned up my driveway after they finished working! They even put the stone path back together!

I had a clogged Catch basin on my reverse-sloped driveway that was regularly flooding whenever there was heavy rain. Samuel MilHomens & Philip Campos arrived on time and efficiently pressure jetted the clogged stormwater line.

We had a clogged drain between house and street. Andrii G.was at the house within one hour of my call. He was able to partially clear the drain, and more importantly, he was able to determine the cause of the problem was tree roots on the city side of the drain! I called 311 and explained the issue, the City of Toronto promised to have someone out within 12-24hrs.

Quick response to my flooded basement; crew on site within 8 hours, worked two days to remove all water damaged articles; cleaned and disinfected everything; installed blowers, HEPA filters and dehumidifiers. Now waiting for things to dry out completely before re-building. Best of all, they will deal with all insurance related matters and have their own contractors for restoration and replacement. Also replaced my sewer lines in two days to avoid a repeat flooding. Not cheap but worth every penny!

I've used roto-rooter in the past and the service was great. A little pricy but good. This time, I am very disappointed. I was told they would arrive around 3 and it is 7 and I am still waiting. They called 1 hour ago and told me they were on their way. I am not sure why they would send someone from Toronto to go work in Brampton. Horrible, and inconsiderate of other peoples time this time around.

I had a back up in my basement, Dewayne responded promptly and was there every step of the way to assist in resolution. Work was done very neatly, when they committed to have it completed and price was as per quote provided. I highly recommend Dewayne for your plumbing needs, he won't let you down.

We had a clog in out kitchen sink drain. Jermaine attended and was amazing. He was professional right from the start, explained the process, and even though it was difficult clog he stuck with it until it was fully clear. He explained the charges at the end, and I was even more impressed with how clean he left it upon his exit. I will for sure use Roto-Rooter again as this is the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company!

Third time I've used Roto-Rooter for different issues. Very quick response time and job done right! They have all the right tools and experience. I won't hesitate to call them again if needed (hopefully not).

We required help to fix a loose toilet handle. The technician tightened a screw and we were charged $295 for an hour (the technician was here for less than 15 minutes!). We were charged an additional $10 for ‘replaced’. Nothing was replaced and what was supposed to have been replaced was not specified on the form. We were not told that regardless of the time spent, we would be charged $295 for the technician just walking in the door! We will not be using Roto Rooter again.
