Dr. C was careless and had no patience to cut my dog’s nail. She was not nice to her staff in front of us, and was rude with us as well. She kept saying my dog was so nervous, but she had no patience at all to deal with her. Basically she told me that everything that I am doing to my dog is either not correct or partially correct. The food that I give to my extremely healthy dog is wrong, the treats are not sealed by Canadian’s vet, the pet insurance is not recommended as she never heard about it, and so on…I could go over, but it doesn’t worth it my time, as you can read other reviews as well and take your own conclusion. The staffs are nice and deserve a working environment free of harassment.

This lady needs to have her license revoked. I wouldn’t trust her with my golf clubs, let alone the well being of a pet.

Simply the worst experience I have ever had at a veterinarian's office. If I could give zero stars I would.

I took my cat in because he was stung by a bee and wanted to see if there was a stinger in his paw as he kept chewing at it. This was my first time at this veterinarian's office I walked in and was greeted by their receptionist Jessica who was lovely and I was asked to fill out some paperwork which I did, and then I was asked to bring the cat into the room. A woman entered the room asking if this was the cat stung by the bee, I said yes, and the woman said, "oh, he looks fine to me. She never introduced herself as a veterinarian but later introduced herself as Susan and then continued to tell me that in her professional opinion, she thought the cat was fine without looking at him.

Susan proceeded to look at the cat and tell me that I'm silly for bringing him in and that he is totally fine because he was jumping off the table. I told her I was anxious because I wanted to see if the Stinger was in his paw and she laughed at me belittled me and told me that it her time as being a medical professional she has never removed a stinger from a cat. Susan said the only thing they could do was provide Benadryl, which I asked if this is normal Benadryl or cat Benadryl and once again Susan laughed at me.

When my cat wouldn't stay still she yelled for the receptionist Jessica and told me that I don't know how to train my cat. She told me that I was stupid for thinking my cat was white and gray (even though he is) she also questioned his breed and told me that whoever told me that he is a mix was dumb and laughed.

I believe the worst part of the experience is when she was screaming at her receptionist Jessica and calling her stupid for filling out the form wrong and not entering the information fast enough in front of various customers.

There was a woman who came in to collect her dogs ashes, the woman was in tears, and Susan was extremely rude to her and told her to wait outside and when she was outside she turned to me and said what's with all these crazy people this Friday night.

The entire experience with Susan was horrible she belittled me she was extremely rude to me she did not listen to me at all and it felt that her opinion was the only one that mattered. I spent less than 2 minutes in this examination room and she still charged me the full $130, when I questioned this she said it's my professional time honey. She has an immense attitude and she has absolutely no professionalism she's extremely self-righteous and if you want someone that cares about your pets do not go here.

The vet, Susan, was extremely rude to me, my pet and her employee. She was very demeaning and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this vet at all cost.

Been taking my puppy here for months including once when he got sick and the care has always been great. Would recommend!

Had an absolutely horrendous experience with this vet. She should lose her license. If you want someone who actually cares about your pets, go somewhere else.

Other clinics are higher for my recommendation. This one has potential as long as the listen to pet owners and see it as joint-partnership and improve their own listening skills and ability to listen. On side of professionalism, very much so. Also very confident but need to be cautious that it does not lead to over confident/arrogance. Also might want to get updated on some safer ways to prescribe certain medications that might work better for pets and pet owners and are used by specialists as well as other regular veterinarians and so might learn from them. In addition, if pet has been on a medication for a long time and it is working and has worked for years, then why change it? Just some thoughts for improvement. Very thorough in going through medical history, but needs to keep an open mind when making a diagnosis and not be biased due to medical history and lead to missing something important.

Like most vets, doc C is always like please come in to see what is going on, even if it's like dried paws. I really do not want to pay like $70 to see the vet to end up prescribing me something that's $20-30 cream or just use coconut oil and rub it on my dog's paw. But, doc C and her staff are all very nice and professional, more or less.

Doctor and staff are very compassionate and loving towards their animal clientele and their family. Very professional and empathetic care. Thank you for your kindness and loving nature. Our family appreciates you.

The vet there is extremely nice, and very professional. Got my first cat’s first appointment there.

We have two female dogs that are 12 and 13 years old. They have both been going to see Dr. C.for their entire life's. Both girls are very healthy thanks to the attention and care that Dr. C.and her staff provide. Dr. C.has many of years of experience and she stays up-to-date on current veterinary practices. As a result, we are always confident about her assessments and with what she prescribes for our girls. Dr. C.and her staff always follow up to see how our girls are doing and they have always been very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend Dr. C.and her staff.

I can't thank these guys enough! My dog was neutered and had a cone at another vet. Unfortunately he broke his cone and I needed one quick, as he was going to lick. Brought him in and the team was so helpful even though they are not my normal vet. He was a tough fit, based on his shape and they had to duck tape the cone together to make it fit. I couldn't have asked for better service. They even put some cream on his incision to help the healing process. So thankful for them helping me out on short notice and not charging me an arm and a leg.

Doctor C and her team are wonderful. Our girl Hazel, had some health problems along the course of her lifetime and Doctor C always provided the utmost care for her and ensured us that our girl received every treatments possible to remedy/cure her health concerns. Whether we took her in just for a check up for an emergency situation, this clinic was always there to help. We miss Hazel very very much and we will always be endlessly grateful for the services that this clinic provided to her and our family. Thank you so much Rouge River staff!
