The staff were amazing. Dr. Mui and all of staff made me very comfortable and the surgery was very quick. I would highly recommend using Rouge River Oral Surgery.

My mom's experience at Dr. Mui's office was first-rate. At all of her appointments, I was able to sit in the examination room with her and ask any additional questions. Dr. Mui is patient, has great bedside manner and skilled at his vocation. He also has a sense of humour which makes patients feel at ease. Followup appointments are timely and his staff is excellent and friend. Definitely recommend.

The office is very high tech and makes you feel comfortable, he is very easy to talk to and explains everything throughly. I had 1 tooth extracted I was in & out of his office in 1/2 an hour.

Him and his team were very professional and friendly, the nurses did a great job of looking after my concerns during my wisdom teeth removal. The office is very clean and modern as well. I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Mui. I had some nervousness regarding the procedure, but Dr. Mui assured me everything would run smoothly and eased my anxiety. Dr. Kenneth Mui is extremely professional and has great expertise in his field. He extracted my wisdom tooth in literally less than 5 minutes. He also has excellent bedside manner and a good sense of humor. Everyone in the office, especially Joyce, is friendly, helpful and professional. The office itself is nice, new and clean. I strongly recommend their efficient service. It feels so nice having a great dental surgeon and their office near where we live.

I am not a patient of Dr. Mui, but would not hesitate to become one, if needed. I visited the clinic as I live in the area and wanted to get a recommendation for a dental specialist in another area of practice. As soon as I entered the clinic, I was immediately greeted by the front office staff who were inviting, friendly, and very personable. I began speaking with them and getting their helpful opinions when Dr. Mui came to the front and said he had overheard the conversation and invited me in to talk to him. I was so impressed and grateful that he took the time between patients in his very busy day to assist me even though he knew I wasn’t his patient. He spent a lot of time listening to me and offering his recommendations and really helped me understand my situation and how to move forward. I found him to be extremely friendly, personable, a great listener, and very patient. I would not hesitate to have him as my oral surgeon, if needed in the future. Wonderful first experience with this new office this morning! I was able to book my appointment in a timely manner and provide my health history in an easy online format. The office is super-modern and very clean and there are no parking concerns. The support staff member that I helped me today (Joyce) was friendly and prompt in getting my work up and X-rays done. Dr. Mui was super-friendly and knowledgeable and really took the time to address my concerns, come up with a plan of action and allow me to ask questions. An A+ first experience and I would have no hesitation to recommend this office to friends and family.

I was referred by my orthodontist as I needed an oral surgeon to remove an impacted wisdom tooth. I ended up removing all 4 wisdom teeth. From my first time walking into the office they were extremely friendly and I felt at ease getting my procedure done. The office is well equipped with state of the art tools.
