Rouge Valley Park

Well maintained multi-purpose walk / Cycle trail with lots of places to bird watching and taking in nature. Use mesquito repellant in the spring/summer months.

Rouge Valley park was so beautiful in the fall! Parking was a little tricky to find, but it was a lovely low intensity walk/ very chill hike. There is a 3K route and a 1.5 k both were really nice.

Safe walking tracks for families to experience nature … if lucky you may just spot some wild animals along the way

I love coming here to hike. It has a nice cliff side view that overlooks the river. Absolutely gorgeous. Great for dog walking and it is great exercise. I used to bike here all the time with my friend. I especially love coming here in the fall. The foliage is so stunning and all the different colored leaves are great for photos. Overall a great place for people that love a nice hike.

Nice place to relax and sit by water. Winters are no good here. But this was quite good of a break from work

This is a must. The trail is huge with many exit lanes. There is a cedar forest as well. Geese and ducks are there in the ponds and the river

Largest park in Markham. A gem that's near Markville mall. Lots of open spaces, although entry is $4.5 per person on weekend per person, but pays for the upkeep of the park.

Very relaxing park to share with friends and family. Every time when I walk my dog here, I won’t think messy things about my life

Arrived at 1030am Saturday, very busy - lots of bikes, kids and joggers.
Some side trails but mainly concrete paved trails.

I biked on this trail and it is beautiful for the first time last week and it is beautiful. So happy to have another trail to enjoy.

Long trail great for nature in the city especially fall the lookout behind centenary hospital and the changing leaves gives you nice scope of landscape

Wide, well maintained paths and very pretty views, especially in the fall. The pathway from the entrance from Charlotte Angliss is quite steep, but is otherwise wheelchair friendly.

Aside from the noise of the 407 at a certain stretch, it's quite peaceful, and the path is expanding towards Markham Rd.

Quiet forest trail with a few paved locations but mostly gravel. Alot of tall foliage, insects and the occasional bird. The path is clear of plants and is a pleasant walk or cycle with the occasional river and boardwalk.

Love the place, limited parking, no parking lot. Some areas very close to cliff, be carful out there.

Filled with many different species of animals, nature galore. Rivers, bridges, frogs, turtles oh my. Love it all.

Quite and pleasant place to walk and cycling around next to the community! Usually not crowded so you can enjoy the nature! Filled with lots of trees, small lake and bridges.
