Dr. Nevena is friendly to the owner and the pet. Hospital took me in real fast and gave me plenty of friendly tips to take care of my first kitten. Highly recommended

This is a good clinic and has honest vets. There are many vets around the city who play on people's emotions and upsell every little chance they get because they know people don't know any better and will likely buy into whatever is suggested but these guys at this clinic are honest and straight forward.

What a horrible experience. The male veterinarian there is the biggest reason people don't like taking their animals to the vet. He's condescending and talks down to you. He definitely needs to reevaluate his work practice. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. It's a shame that his daughter is the most wonderful lady and makes that clinic work.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Dr. Nev is good with my boy Snow. This is my first visit here with my 3mo old Cockapoo puppy. Overall great experience.

As soon as I called I was put on hold, then when I finally spoke to her, she seemed more preoccupied to get off the phone then understand the reason for the call, that being my kitten's extreme discomfort to the point of finding the closet vet to just look at her, she could be dying. If you call, they will just tell you to go somewhere else, save your call and find a better clinic. Maybe they are friendly enough for public service, but was definitely not helpful for a concerned pet owner, and brushed me aside "politely", they will tell you, "No new patients", even if you don't want to be, no emergency, or concerned pet owners that need help, that are not already patients from years ago.
