Wonderful experience at Rowan Hardwood Floors. I had been to 4 other flooring stores before I visited Rowan and wish I had just gone directly to Rowan in the first place. Laurette was such a pleasure to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable on all their products and she was very patient and flexible as we took many samples home to make a decision. Rowan has very competitive pricing and we were able to find a hardwood floor that we love within our budget. Laurette was so kind and honest about pricing, I never felt pressured to buy and she was always able to answer our many many questions!

We had natural Acadia hard wood floors installed. I was very impressed with the service right from the start. Very friendly sales, installation and costumer service. So beautifully done. Decent price as well. Best of all we didn’t feel pushed in any way to do more or less just did what we asked and were happy to oblige.

Purchased Kentwood from Rowan five years ago. I covered the floor with paper during a current reno.
Taped the paper that covered the floors with masking tape. When I took off the paper and tape, it also took the finish off the floor. Called twice and visited once. Not one call back. So much for the 50 year warranty.
Found out it was made it China. This is a premium product, well the price not the product. They do not stand behind their product, retailer and Kentwood. When I dealt with Brampton hardwood and there was an issue they came out and resolved it. But not Rowan

Very impressed with the selection and pricing at Rowan. Lorette is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find out more information about a particular brand I had been considering. Would definitely recommend this place for all your flooring needs.

We had a very tight schedule to meet with our kitchen installation. They were there right on schedule which was very important to us. They matched our new floor to the old so you could never tell where there is old or new. Absolutely amazing job, we are very happy with the results
