Rowe Farms - Bloor West

Excellent Rowe Farms. They are so nice and always keep a rotisserie chicken as side on hold for me when I call ahead and speak to the manager.

I feel they've really listen to their customers feedback and improve their service level to keep up with standing out as a premium level Toronto institution.

The Rowe Farm team and the products they offer always provides is always top tier. We have been purchasing from them over 3 years. We have seen them pivote their business to best serve their customers.ex. During the pandemic, they offered online shopping and delivery. During the seasons, they have bundles to help ease the stressful time.

All the deliveries has been amazing, it always meets my expectations and sometimes exceeds it. Recently they went above and beyond and delivered directly to our door (it is hard to find, so we are very appreciative of this.)

Another awesome thing they do well is product replacement. They don't do a replacement without chatting with you and also recommends the next best options. This has allow us to try new products like those farm fresh eggs - our all time favourite.

Their whole team has been amazing and especially Sydney, she is so amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and super approachable. I have always enjoy chatting with her and all her recommendations is a hit!

This shop is the best Rowe Farm’s I have been to. The staff and manager are amazing and they know their stuff! Every time I step in to this store, I feel welcomed and I am alway greeted. They know their products inside and out, and they know their regular customers as well. I had a great chat with the manager the other day and we talked about kindness and just being a downright good person. These folks are the best! This is the only location I will step foot into. I can't say enough good things about the products & folks at Rowe Farms. From their best-in-the-city chickens (I've tried so many around town), holiday turkeys, sausages.and their service and people are sincere and caring. This is why I have and will continue to shop here.

I had a great chat with manager Sydney today. She is friendly, professional and shows her humanity. We got to talking about food insecurity and she described how she really tries to ensure that food is never wasted at the shop.proper ordering and discounts on food nearing expiry dates. The quality at Rowe's is excellent, shop is clean and tidy and staff seem happy to be working there. So fortunate to have it as my go-to shop!

Very few stores that you can walk into and it feels like home. Sydney always makes me feel that way. Her service and the quality of the products are second to none. They even carry my favourite Neal Brothera corn chips! A+

Love this Location… The staff are so friendly and they have a great selection of products. The owner or manager of this location, Sydney, was very sweet and helpful to my boyfriend when I sent him there to get me chicken soup when I was feeling unwell! I appreciate the small business community vibes!

I go regularly for the hot and ready roasted chicken.you know it's fresh and organic and a great option for picky kids. Get some broccoli and you have an easy weekday meal. The kids love it. When things were different, they would sometimes sell out. If you call ahead, they'll reserve for you. Also if there's a full chicken, and you only need half, they'll cut it for you.

I return today to buy a 47$ steak, i understand the blond lady was scare about shoplifting, with only 4 customer@ time, Toronto people are getting hard with this situation, a lot of greediness from everywhere, an example just the meat it's injected with a water solution to give weight @ least 20 years, more water & more water + price going up, scam also going up.u should think a better way to prevent shoplifting, then snick around me or others, we all pay for this, sooner or later maximum allowable will increase, thank you for your time, have a good one!

Came into the store for the first time and had exemplary service from the manager, Sidney. She was extremely knowledgable about the products and helped me choose exactly what I needed. She even shared her own recipe with me for the meat. Thanks for a great experience, will definitely be back!

Impressive team work. My family and I have been shopping here for years and always pick up a Thanksgiving turkey. This year was very organized. Was in and out quickly with a smile and even stickers for the kids! Thank you! The little bit extra matters

Sidney is an amazing manager. She is so helpful and caring. Since she been at this location it's been a joy to shop at this location.

I don’t quite understand all the negative reviews for this store. Recently more than ever I find the staff are friendlier, more helpful and all around happier. I always enjoy the meat and other items I get (I may have a slight meatball addiction). The butchers always guide me well. One in particular is quite blunt and I find it both helpful and refreshing. Young girls at the cash are always sweet. One woman isn’t always in the best spirits, but we all have our days I guess!?

I haven't shopped at Rowe Farms since the end of summer, I love their pre-made burgers and their cooked chickens, and always want to try new things. I have recently been back to the store having resumed work in the west end, and I'm so pleased, the store seems brighter than ever, and a great place to shop! Everything looks so tasty and the place feels safe to shop at. A new employee helped me (I will get a name next time I'm in), she had a red scarf/bandana on and gave me so much advice on how to cook braising ribs (I previously only ever used regular stewing beef), including giving me her favourite recipes. She was so enthuastic about how good they'd be, so I opted for a decadent sticky hoisin and beer based recipe and they turned out AMAZING. It is great to shop at a place where staff are so knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sell, and charismstic too! I love it, makes such a difference!

Great selection of local meats. The freezer section is full of other local products. Our household loves the penguin pasta mushroom raviolis. They often have deals on their rotisserie chickens.

I have been shopping at this store for years. I am afraid to go into the store anymore because of the abuse I know I will be suffering. The staff is overly angry and rude, barking at customers (particularly the woman with the ponytail). I don't think I have experienced anything like this ever, anywhere. It's like they don't want people shopping there.

Firstly, I want to say I have been to couple of Rowe farms stores in the GTA and this is far by the best store I have been to. I went there a two days back and with the health & safety protocols in place I get the limit of customers in place, this store went above and beyond to ensure every customer is following their safety protocols in place. I met a great team out here who are so lively and energetic especially given the times we live in. They are like a musical band entertaining their customers and really cheering up their customers. I really wanted to meet the Manager after I did my shopping so I could give her my experience and to my surprise it was this beautiful girl Montyce indeed the Manager who was serving me with an amazing smile and asking me during the process how my day was and if I had any plans over the weekend. Who asks you these questions these days when all people want to do is run away thinking the virus is here. Even before I could leave I met another sweet girl Sydney behind the counter and her smile just made my day. These two girls really helped me get my meat and gave me a lot of options and i really said yes to everything.

Montyce you are a phenomenal Manager to this beautiful team. Your store is small but has an amazing vibe of positivity and to me this is my second home for my shopping. I stay about 1/2 hr.away but I have my business closer to your store so your team will be seeing me more often. Look forward to meet the rest of the crew.

Rowe Farms always has a great selection of fresh and frozen meal ideas. I trust the quality of their meat, because they support local. My kids love their frozen meatballs, and now we enjoy their frozen pizzas too. Their fresh hamburger patties are delish, and when I don't have time to prep a meal from scratch, I really appreciate being able to find quality products locally. I like to grab and go from the hot selections too! A win for busy families and those looking for healthy quality choices!

Great selection of quality meats and poultry, as well as fish. Great freezer, love the penguin brand fresh pasta in the freezer. Definitely would reccomend

This place use to be grate. NOT ANY MORE. I was there last week and the service has gone way down the lady that runs the place seems angry and distracted with other things. Another worker i think her name is Laura is even worse she is rude and speaks bad about customers like they cant hear. Its as she doesn't want people in the store. She made me feel very unwelcome and that was the worst. I have never been made to feel that way and i have been a customer for years. I have also noticed with this bad attitude that the meat in the counter is also not as grate as it use to be looks dry and old at times. I will not be returning to this place until thing change if they ever do. I just cant believe how 1 employee Laura has made this place feel so unwelcoming

I'm a huge fan of pastured meat and these guys do a great job identifying the options you have in-store! Please keep providing pastured options! Locally raised animals in Norfolk County. They also provide some shelf items that are from bigger brands.
