This company does not take customer complains serious, there’s a blonde bus driver with a tan and usually wears black sunglasses and headphones. She is disrespectful, rude and racist I have complained about how she interacts with me in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner and yet a year goes by and she continues to act in this way, it is not an environment where she can normally disrespect people especially around a place where there is children. I am hoping that management can get involved and help with this matter since it is bothering me I have also tried talking to her today and she just closed the bus door in my face and drove away which is extremely disrespectful and this issue has bothered me last year and I complained yet nothing has changed she continues to disrespect me and many of my clients have complained about how she interacts with them. I am hoping that this matter gets solved as soon as possible since this is not the way to interact with people especially in a setting where it is surrounded by children and who will learn these bad habits easily.

Every morning a Dodge caravan come into a quiet private residential zone and keep honking to let a student that they arrived to pick him up, I do not think that is the right way to communicate

So my conversation with the dispatcher was good, and hopfully my issue was solved, if you a school bus driver you should not be driving like a complete clown you are the people who transport our children.hopefully the driver was dealt with

This morning after dropping my kids off at school, I watched as van 729 weaved wrecklessly through traffic, sped through another school zone, and then almost rear-ended another vehicle at an intersection because despite clearly having a bluetooth headset in her ear, the driver was on her cell phone.

Drivers from this company who operate the Student Transportation vans have become increasingly aggressive and wreckless in the west end as a whole.

Roxborough is the best employer that I have ever worked for, they truly care about their employees
