The worst car insurance.
After I had an accident because of the icy roads and the only thing that got broken is the rear right rim. They sent me a letter telling me, your policy can't be with us anymore.

Bullshitt Misuse People info mess people’s records by putting someone else accidents on similar others persons profile. Don’t go to them. Worst. Bullshitt comp.

My car was stolen January 28, recovered from the police on February 8th. I called my adjuster that same day no answer sent him an email no call back no response to my email. 4 days later the police release my car to me, I call my adjuster to see where I’m suppose to get the car towed to. Heard nothing back! I ended up calling the customer service line and got help with a location to tow my car. 2 weeks after the car was found my adjuster called me back to ask about paperwork and if he needed to reimburse me for the tow. I sent over all the paperwork asked to get a email back that he received it…. Nothing back! It’s now March 27th and I haven’t heard from him since February! I got a call from the shop that my car was ready go to call him and he no longer works for the company! They really need to do better! What the point of assigning me an adjuster when all I do is call customer service for help. I absolutely HATE this insurance company. I’m going to start looking for a new company.
