While the staff at this establishment is friendly, their expertise in car repair seems questionable. They had to experiment multiple times as they were unsure about the issue with my car. Frustrated with the situation, I eventually gave up. Improvement in their diagnostic abilities is necessary.

Nour immeadiately messaged me to aske why? I had to go on to explain to him thaf I had a horrible experience. I drove 3 hrs there and back, with 3 kids under 7 to see a vehicle that is is no way ready to sell, was not even ready to test drive. Huge waste of my time and gas.the brakes barely worked, not to mention the layer of mildew covering the entire interior, the mold growing, that I was breathing. The fact that I had to get back into a vehicle with my 4 month old covered in mold spores. Nour rushed me into driving before I could even look it over, there was no gas, and not able to take out to 80 km/hr to really test out the engine. He was very unprofessional, swearing during conversation. And then, when I pointed out multiple issues, and declined, he became very condesceding, telling me he is sorry the vehicle is too old for me. When that was not the case at all. I have looked at multiple Odessey's over the past couple months, most as is, private sale, and they were all in much better condition than this vehicle. Stowing the back seats away, trying to cover up the moisture issue. Constantly turing up the fan to drown out the engine and suspension sounds. It didnt work on me, and he didnt like that. My review stands.

Best place to go to for all of your car needs. I have never seen such a great place and the owner is very attentive to all my needs every time I visit. ALSO has the best deals and always gets me in for appointments ASAP. Nour always helps me understand everything in a very easy and articulate way and I have never not been satisfied with my cars' results! Best auto shop in town in my opinion!

The owner Nour acts extremely professional and this is no doubt the best place in London for quality repairs and customer service when purchasing a vehicle. The family atmosphere really ties the entire facility together. Opposed to other repair shops in London, RAGL explains to you what course of action needs to be taken to ensure the safety of your vehicle without the unnecessary repairs that normal mechanics will try to trick you into repairing.

I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from Royal Auto Group of London, this December 2020. I was very nervous buying a used car for the first time. Nour, the owner, was excellent and extremely professional with keeping me informed and updated me on the work that needed to be done to ensure safety and Certification.
