Most worst place you can deal with them.
I get quotation for car and agreed with price, I called them before I moved from Toronto to pickup the car, I spent three hours driving to get the car and after I arrived he told me they are not selling the car, with no care about customer time or effort.please don’t do any business with people not care about customer

Was looking for cross rails which were no where to be found.until I called them. They got the part and installed for me at a very fair price. Be prepared to wait a while mind you but would go back again.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff who take there time to discuss with customer. Large inventory of parts. Royal Auto Parts is my first place to call for any parts I need.

I realize it's always "buyer beware", but this takes the cake. I have called several times to try and rectify the matter but no one is returning my call. Next stop is the MTO and the DOT.

They had a very hard to find part I needed for my BMW. Price was great and great customer service. I will definitely call these guys again!

Beware of this place, they seemed nice at first but sent something back for credit and never gave me my credit, always coming up with excuses why they couldn't give credit. Really is there only one person there that knows how to use a credit card machine. What B. S.

I enjoyed my experience here. I was treated very well with service that exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a good place to get a good price for parts, i would recommend this place!

You will never meet a nicer and friendlier bunch of guys. The owner Kamel, is always friendly, accomodating and helpful.sometimes, they bite off more than they can chew and you are waiting for quite a while.
I've been coming here for many years, and the prices for parts from the yard are very, very reasonable if not cheap For basic work involving tires, brakes, cooling, fuel system and minor body work, the work is good and economical. Don't let the mess and disorganized office fool you! These guys rock.
