On hold for over 45 minutes already. Glad it’s not an emergency. Disappointed and incompetent. POS.

Lots of food and shop outlets including the LCBO right underneath the Royal York Hotel.
Pretty clean, overall.

This building represents the pinnacle of architectural excellence, standing as a magnificent beacon in the heart of downtown. I consider myself fortunate to pass by this architectural marvel every morning. A drive along the Gardiner Expressway at dawn, especially with a loved one, offers an opportunity to experience its uplifting aura and sets the tone for a day filled with positive vibes.

The new rewards system called Avion is not something to trust.

The discount’s sometimes are buggy and won’t calculate.

Their customer support is not helpful and rude and not knowledgeable on how to resolve technical or processes

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a rewards credit card from RBC.

I don't go there that often but it is always clean no matter how busy it is and they used to be crowded before covid, their food court was also nice, clean and spacious. You just feel comfy walking there to whatever business you are visiting. Then open concept where the bank is gives it this welcoming feeling. Very well maintained. Maybe cause it is Royal Bank:). They are amazing.especially now after I had to deal with another bank (forcefully as only option) for something and I experienced what it means to be dealing with the worst bank in history (and it is a major bank).

Haven't been in a bank in years. Went in for some reason my account was locked teller tell me I need to go to my main branch. Am like you kidding me isn't all rbc the same as my branch I don't live in the area anymore plus I work and your hours are different than my hours. Couldn't help me am sorry. So you get a 1 star.

I had a lovely experience in this RBC branch even though my transaction was really a standard draft creation. Very cheerful staff!

Horrible security guards.gaurd was rude and spoke down to the whole work crew.threatened to not let us complete our jobs in the loading bay due to issues that we realistically had no control over.hope that new company enjoys their new security friends. SMH

Visited the place couple of times, once for my Canadian account and USD account. Staff at RBC branch is quite friendly and willing to help.

Have a few nice stores & an excellent Men haircut studio, Maverick studio for men, excellent haircut studio, fully recommend.

I am not happy with RBC as a bank.
My account was opened in Alberta. When I moved to ON I had no issue opening a Mortgage an being able to track it online. I recently bought a condo in Montreal, and RBC has not been able to see the line of credit associated online. They claim I have to open a second account in the province of QC. 6 months and I get different messages. At least now someone at a branch in Kingston (they have nothing to do with the mortgage) is looking into it.still 2 months, no solution other than opening a second RBC account!

It's a beautiful place, lots of stores, offices, food, and services, but it is currently deserted due to covid - 19.

My experience with the services and in particular my Financial Advisor (Mr. Karim Assard) has been absolute amazing for the many number of years I have been serviced. Mr. Karim has shown Absoulute knowledge of RBC products, organized with his work ethics and professional with RBC services.

It is situated right above Union TTC subway and in front of Union GO and VIA rail. Major hum for tourists, restaurants, transit to almost everywhere in GTA and more places. One of the ends or start point for THE PATH if you are a tourist. With great banking solutions, this plaza also has some marvelous architecture from the outside and decent eatary in the basement. Olly's and Freshwest are among the best ones. You will also find healthcare in the basement. Great estate.

If you are not from toronto.you will get lost haha. But it is a great place to explore and find new thing around the pathway

This established bank itself is incredible. I came by to check on my card and savings and they helped me all through out! They have comfortable chairs and plenty of room to do whatever!

I've only accessed the PATH for the RBC building, but it is very clean despite the high traffic. The food court below has many great options as well.

Of all the bank buildings down town this is the most confusing. There is not even a Royal Bank (for public use) in the building -all others have a branch on the first floor. RBC as a long time and proud bank patron i am ashamed.

Small plaza with a food court below street level. Not as big as the TD, Scotia Bank, CIBC or First Canadian Place plaza.

I work very close to here, it's such a lively and fast paced area. Thousands of people pass through here on a daily whether they are heading to work, looking for something to eat or sight seeing as tourists. The building is beautiful and has front desk security to help with any directions needed. There are a few RBC ABMs as well.

Only really go to the Starbucks and the lcbo on my commute to my partners house when I get to union, but yea its sick, was baked one time coming up the escalator at night and the roof looked hella cool

LCBO, body shop, shoppers drug Mart, food court, and quite a few specialty shops. What more ya need on ya break, or quick in-and-out on ya way home.

I found it easy to find the stores I wanted to visit. The signage was easy to follow and in strategic locations. Security was helpful and friendly when I required assistance.

High end offices with fantastic views of the city and skyline. Buildings are very well cleaned, shiny floors in main areas. Excellent spot for any office space.

This is one of the more attractive buildings in the downtown core. Although it is an older building, it puts many of the other office towers to shame. There's even gold melted into the windows, which let the structure bling luxuriously in the sunlight.

It is directly connected to union station and the Royal York hotel. Food court is cookie cutter. There's a big RBC branch. And did I mention the golden windows?

Same as usual, nothing really changed in the pass 20 years. Food court was very quiet after 6pm.

Bathroom was always clean.

Last time when I was at the food court, there were less than ten people there and most of the shops were already closed. One of the guys started to smoke and the security guard saw and smelt it but did nothing!

Palmark construction has just completed a parking garage ramp project at my office, 200 Bay Street west.

Oxford Properties Group detailed the project would be completed some time In October, however to our surprise the Ramp was open 1.5 month ahead of schedule!

I would like to congratulate Palmark on a job well done and great execution!

I came here to open an account at RBC. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The plaza itself is neat and well situated in downtown Toronto.

I’ll give 5 starts regarding the service, but this is the most complex place to find in Toronto using the path, I rather recommend you to go from outside
