Lots of good selection on maple products and Canadian souvenirs.

A bit pricey.

Ordered some gifts to be taken to family members in Chile. Placed the order on July 18,2023 and paid $13.10 for expedited shipping. The estimate arrival date was July 20,2023. It’s now July 25,2023 and my order status is still ‘Not yet shipped’, and I’ve sent 2 follow up emails that have gone unanswered. I paid the expedited fee as the person taking the gifts back to Chile is leaving August 2nd and I didn’t want to risk not getting them in time which looks like will happen regardless if I get anything at all. Order # 18750

Good selection of products and price ranges. The treatment I received when cashing out was disrespectful though. I asked for an itemized receipt to make sure everything was correct and the cashier refused to give it to me, then called the store manager who questioned why I needed such a thing and had an overall defensive demeanor. They asked me to be understanding as they are a small business, as if I was making an outrageous request.

Me and my family were in Toronto for vacation and this place had all the souvenirs you may need. They had keychains, shirts, clocks, snacks etc! Would recommend for their affordability and selection.

The largest souvenir shop in Downtown Toronto. Lots of nice products in this store. The store is very well kept, organized and very clean. Well managed by the employees who work here. They are also very nice people.

I finally got all the items I was looking for under one roof & that too at a very reasonable price.

Pretty interchangeable with the other half dozen or so souvenir shops in the area. Don't think there's anything particularly special about this one.

I asked to return an item and was told, in writing, that it would be no problem. It has been three months and I am still awaiting the 'authorization number' the website says is needed to return an item for exchange. The initial response to my question was very prompt, since then it has been silence and no response to emails. Very disappointed as it was a unique present for a for a friend the UK.
I have just sent another email and submitted this review. Perhaps I will get a response this time.

Went at 630 pm when schedule say 730 Pm and I called earlier to make sure. Was a good hour walk.

This store always solves my life when I need to buy souvenirs at great prize! Do not go anywhere else.

This has to be the best gift shop I have ever been to! They have a huge range of items, lots of them are made in Canada! And the owners are sooo kind! Highly recommend!

I ordered some souvenirs just before I was going out of Canada and I had a really tight time to receive them. They sent it very fast with a note which was wishing me a safe and good trip. It was a wonderful surprise. Also the package was perfect.

I've got some Turkey hill maple cream cookies here.
Delivery was so fast and the packaging was great. Turkey hill make cream cookies were the best maple cream cookies in Canada. Hihjly recommend this shop and Turkey hill maple cream cookies.

배송도 빨랐고, 포장도 잘되어왔어요. 터키힐 메이플쿠키가 메이플쿠키중 가장 맛있는데, 찾기가 힘든데 여기서 살수있어서 감사하네요. 아마존에서 파는 터키힐쿠키는 약간 진짜가 아닌듯한 느낌이었는데, 여기는 먹어보니 진짜네요. 너무 맛있어요.

Great place with gifts for visitors to take home for cherishing memories or as souvenirs for friends and family back home.

Wonderful store with many different souvenirs reflecting Canada and its heritage. The quality is excellent! The sales people are very helpful and i never felt rushed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I do not recommend shopping from here! The cashier was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. Everything is overpriced and not worth it

It seems like a pretty good souvenir shop. It has your typical things, but quite a large store, which is good. A really large selection of mugs and other glassware like shot glasses. A lot of different variety of things, your typical souvenir items, at the typical prices.

I loved the store! The presents are so beautiful. The best selection from real canadian gifts.

Definitely a go to place for those looking at picking up souvenirs. Similar selection to gift shop trinkets but at a little bit lower price so worth making the trip to save money. Especially if you’re in the area.

This Royal Canadian gifts was really cool. Love all the souvenir items here. The price was reasonable. The quality was good and staff were very accommodating. Recommendable place to anyone who loves collecting things like this.

What a cute souvenir store! You can literally purchase all of the Canadian goodies here if you are in Toronto. They let you take your time walking around with no rush what so ever to let you pick and choose what you want. The lady at the cashier was so nice and helpful as well! Highly recommend to visit them!
