Were fine at the start but as soon as problems arose & I called & they would never answer. Very frustrating when your in the middle of a game & it goes dead & you don't hear back from them. If you want good service DON'T GO HERE. They promise the world & don't deliver. Sorry I ever signed up.save your money.

I accidentally dropped my phone and damaged the speaker. Royal Cellz not only repaired the speaker but also conducted a thorough check to ensure everything else was functioning properly. Their attention to detail impressed me.

The iptv service is excellent. The streaming of all channels is excellent and they respond to the questions ask.

I had previously verified with the store that the iPhone was in stock before making the journey. However, upon arrival, the employee informed me that the phone was actually located in their warehouse and would require an hour to retrieve. After some time and additional phone calls, likely to other sellers, the employee ultimately informed me that the phone was no longer available. This experience was highly disrespectful and unprofessional.

I have called them on a Sunday when they were closed and AJ happily was able to accommodate me and opened his store for me to make a purchase. So happy with the service I received here and end result. The battery of my phone was completely fried and needed to be replaced. The device handover was very easy and drop-in style / first come first serve. The rep was able to fix my phone within 1-1.5 hours and everything is now working perfectly again. Very fair pricing, friendly customer service and quick turn around / resolution time. I will totally use their service again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone out there!

I found this store very helpful to me. These people are very knowledgeable in cellphone industry. A little story i want to transfer my noumber from rogers to Chatr. He explained me how to do that step by step. I forgotten one step and all day my service with rogers does not work. Next day i went to him again. He point out that mistake and resovle the issue in a minute. I amazed about his trouble shooting skills. He told me he is in same industry last 10 years and he knows lot of stuff. He is really problem solver. His store has lot of other accessories. I love to see him all the time. Best service i have ever seen. God bless him

Amazing customer service. Brought in a Samsung phone in with one of the speakers not working. Apparently it just was dust build up which they helped me clean, free of charge. Very professional and will continue to take my other electronics there to be fixed.

My phone had a sim card problem. I came to the store (Apr 13,2021). Even though it was evening time, the staff there still helped me out. The staff were friendly, professional and fixed my phone issue in a matter of 45 minutes. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. They really know they're stuff and are very reliable.

I take a screen replacement service from these guys for my p30 pro and These guys are awesome they replaced with new screen right away. I really recommend everyone about Royal Cellz is best place for repair your phone professionally and reasonable prices.

The owners are cheats. Reviews are faked. Do not trust this place. Prices are fairly low but you get way less than you paid for.

Went to take a printout.cost for a single sheet printout was 30 cents plus a handling charge of 3 dollars. I wonder why.for bringing the printout from inside the store to outside maybe.too expensive!

I dropped my laptop Dell XPS 15 on the floor a few weeks ago and the hinge in the corner was messed up and not letting me close it properly. I kept using it and eventually the charging port got pushed in because of that and I was unable to charge. I dropped my laptop off on Wednesday and was told 250 to 300. Talked to the older gentleman today when I went to pick it up and they did a great job. Laptop is back in perfect condition and in just 3 days. Very professional shop and honest people. I'll be going back for any tech issues I have in the future, I strongly recommend them. Thanks again guys you made my day:)

My tablet suddenly dead, I took it to three maintenance store, including Samsung official place, they all said that we can't fixed it for you or it's not worth it, and they said that the data is gone. But I took mine to this store who fixed it with a good price, and they saved my data, people here are kind and honest. Thank you very much.

They were very helpful. I went to the apple store and they said they can’t not fix it. Apple store person states the cost would be to high just look at purchasing a new device.

These guys saved my life and were able to fix the phone in 2 days and was very affordable. I paid about $200.

Don't go here! They are not professional at all. My iptv subscription was for 6 months and it got cut off 4 days early. I called in to ask questions as to why and was given a backwards answer stating it's not in their control. Then he went on the say "are you paying a million dollars for it? " Bc it shouldn't matter. How are you running a business with this type of customer service?
Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they make it seem like they're doing you a favour.

I subscribe to their IPTV service, probably one of the best around, also great prices. If I have any issues, they always help out.

Not a fake review. I came to scan some documents. And the old man was was very unprofessional. I said to redo the scans. I paid quite a hefty amount for scanning docs. He refused to redo it. Saying I don't do it for free. Do not know how to talk to customers. Especially women. Never coming here again.

Went to see them based on the advice of a friend. I got IPTV from them. It does freeze from time to time but they're only small glitches. It's not perfect because it's internet based. They answered all my questions and didn't ignore calls or texts after my purchase.

Dishonest place, do yourself a favor and just dont come here. I took my surface pro to this place because of broken screen and asked for a replacement. They made me pay 330$ with tax for the screen. The next day they called and told me its unfixable coz of software issue. They asked for 70$ for the labor. They refunded me 230 and without
The tax. Went back home its all good and working. They scammed me with 100$

I bough my phone to the store to get it repaired, it cost me 150$ but was willing to pay for it, as it contained personal information. They didn't fix the issue and when I confronted them, I was not refunded at all and ended up losing all my personal information. All the 5 star review don't seem to be legit. I could give 0 stars if I could.

I bought an IP Streamer from these guys and it has been amazing.the choice, and the menu are great, and they add specialty channels like old sitcoms or 24/7 standup comedy. For the Super Bowl they added a special channel on top of the ones that were broadcasting to alleviate any freezing.

Since getting my streamer, i have gotten streamers for my sisters nephews, nieces girlfriend and friends.

AJ has been great to deal with. I am coming up on two years since starting with them!

As my daughters have noted, these folks deceived me and refuse to refund the product and service. I doubt they will go to prison, though. At most they will receive a small fine.
Anyway, here is information for anyone who has fallen victim to the dishonesty of Royal Cellz. You can fight for your rights. Don't let these fraudsters get away with your hard earned money.

1) If you paid by credit card, open a dispute process with the credit card company. You may need to get a letter from an expert explaining that the service was not as described. I'm going through this process myself.

2) File a case with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB has no force of law - only public opinion. Even if they continue to lie and as they did in my case, it goes on their BBB file as a 'black mark' and it will warn future customers.

3) Initiate the process with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. They have misrepresented the services to you, which is a clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act. You will need to start by writing a letter to Royal Cellz; if they don't respond positively within 3 weeks, the Ministry will investigate and help you get a refund and fine/jailtime for the fraudsters.

4) Initiate a complaint with the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS). IPTV service is a telecom service and thus falls under the mandate of the CCTS. The CCTS has the power of law to force service providers to refund, issue an apology, etc.

5) Finally, if all of the above don't work, you will need to initiate a case in Superior Court. You will likely use Small Claims court. Although there are costs involved (~$300), Royal Cellz will be responsible for those costs at the conclusion of the case.

I hope this helps all those who (like me) that have fallen victim to the dishonesty of these scammers.

Overall great service and excellent price as well. I was able to cancel my very expensive service with one of the big guys to get a service just as good (if not better) for a fraction of the cost!
