Dr. Dickie is so sweet and has a gentle bedside manner. His wife Shawnie is so very kind and truly but all my concerns at ease. Kim and Melanie, the Patient Care Coordinators, are incredible at their job. They all answered my questions without hesitation, and returned my calls and emails promptly.

The day of my surgery was seamless. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and I was ready. Special thanks to my Anaesthesiologist for making me very comfortable getting my IV. He was very thorough and took every precaution to make sure it was as painless as possible. My recovery nurse was amazing. All of my nurses were. The whole team made sure I was well taken care of.

Dr. Dickie called me himself that evening to check in on me and told me not to hesitate to call him personally with any questions or concerns.
The face surgery was a complete success and I would definitely recommend Dr Dickie and his amazing team! You will not be disappointed!

Today was my first visit at the Royal Centre Of Plastic Surgery and let me tell you I was so excited! I’ve been seeing Amy for over a year she’s been doing my lip injections and Botox and she’s so comforting and talented. Let me tell you I had zero lip before I started seeing her.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest staff ever, the office is old school and cozy and all the warm and fuzzy feelings. Shawnie gave me a tour of the space and as an esthetician myself I was in literal awe! I’ve never been treated with so much love and respect in a clinic before.

I got my lip filler from Amy yesterday and am SO incredibly happy with my results! The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Amy did an amazing job at creating a comfortable environment and calmed my nerves! This was my first time getting lip filler and I would highly recommend anyone looking to dive into the lip filler journey to go with Amy! I've been searching for over a year for someone who I trusted to do this for me and I honestly couldn't have picked anyone better. I initially got a lip flip from Amy and loved it but wanted a little bit more plump. Amy provided me with all the the educational information I needed to make the decision to go with filler.

This was my first time visiting the Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery and can also not say enough good things about it. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 3 of their team members and instantly felt welcomed. They have curated such a comfortable environment in their office - I felt like I was at home!

I have been a client for the past 3yrs.
I wanted an eyelid lift (Blepharoplasty) because I had hooded lids. I did a lot of research prior to choosing Royal Center of Plastic Surgery.

The staff is so welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Dickie is very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. And the clinic atmosphere is relaxing, beautifully decorated and extremely clean.

I was thrilled with the results of my surgery. I wasn’t expecting such amazing results. I don’t look tired anymore! I’ve attached before and after pictures.

The Clinic also has a medi-spa. I’ve been a loyal client of Christine’s for several years now. She is extremely knowledgeable and well educated on laser therapy and skincare. My skin hasn’t looked this good.

I recently saw Christine for a facial to target my postpartum acne. Christine was very professional and educated on all aspects of this skin. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommended treatments that I had never heard of (and I do a lot of research on all things acne). The prices were fair for the quality of treatment and attention received. Two days later and my skin looks significantly better and my confidence is returning. I purchased several products Christine recommended but I did not feel pressured to at all. I am so happy that I finally found an amazing medical aesthetician in Barrie after searching for a while. I highly recommend Christine.

Had a breast reduction & liposuction at this clinic and could not recommend it more! All the staff and Dr. Dickie were amazing, every step of the way. Dr. Dickie did surgery on my husband Jim’s upper and lower eyelids a few years ago with life changing, enhancing results. Knowing that I wanted to do a breast reduction he didn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Dickie. This is how Jim explained it to me “it’s like going to a spa, you will feel very comfortable, all the staff are very caring and Dr Dickie is such an excellent surgeon who takes the time to explain everything”. Had a consultation that went good. Dr was pleasant and so was the other staff I encountered. I was told I'd receive a call within 3 months to schedule the procedure since they were fully booked and I never received that call. It's been a couple years now, thankfully it wasn't anything important and just cosmetic.

I am only 28 hours out from having a tummy tuck and some liposuction surgery by Dr. Dickie and his team and I am feeling great. I felt completely at ease with every team member. It is very apparent that this is a team well led and happy in their jobs. The receptionists help you to begin the journey with ease. They are so important to the Center. He was kind and very thorough. I felt completely safe in his hands. I have had NO nausea from anesthetic or pain meds unlike other surgeries. A special thank you to Shawnie, office administrator, for her support, great tips and making me feel so comfortable. Any anxiety or questions I had were dealt with immediately. Dr. Dickie has excellent reviews as a surgeon and he was highly recommended. With our first meeting I was ready to trust him. In June 2021 I decided to make a big change in my life and had a mini gastric bypass. I lost 110 lbs very quickly leaving alot of loose sagging skin.
I had met Dr Dickie years before after a car accident when he repaired my neck scar from a broken neck and scars from the halo on my forehead with an amazing outcome.
So when I had lost all this weight I knew I needed to consult Dr Dickie once again. I trust Dr Dickie's opinion and felt safe in his care.along with the support and encouragement from Shawnie, Melanie and Kim. They were always available for any questions or concerns I had.
So in Feb 2022 Dr Dickie did an arm lift with lipo and a breast lift. My recovery was so good I was able to proceed in April 2022 with a tummy tuck along with liposuction. The surgeries went well with very little discomfort and great results with all my surgeries. It sure has done wonders for me personally after such a weight loss. I am 70 years old and feel great after the revision surgeries.don't hesitate you are never too old to do something for yourself to make you feel better.
