Teeth cleaning that turned into killing the dog for all the injuries that they caused them in the process.

How does a pet show up for teeth cleaning? And the dog ends up getting all her teeth removed and her airways shut down. Unacceptable that a dog was put to death like that.

If I could give less than one star I would. These people should be sued for malpractice. A routine teeth pulling turned into the death and suffering of an animal. When the dog was put on oxygen and they placed the trachea tube down her throat it ripped her trachea and they continued to pull more teeth than necessary. They didn't tell anyone this happened and I watched her suffer till her last breath. Stay clear of this veterinarian.

I wanted to share my experience with anyone looking for a vet. These pros not only kept me sane and of course took us and our boxer in but the compassion and skill they have has completely blown us away! The staff is beyond helpful and know what they are doing, I trusted them without a doubt in my head and believe me when I say I had many before we went there. Thank you Dr. Matylda and Krissie for everything you guys did and from the bottom of my heart thank you for giving us our dog back! You guys are the best and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what you guys did. If I could give you 10 stars I would!

Dr. Matylda and all the staff are so kind. They treat my cats with care and compassion. One is dying due to Lymphoma that has spread and they are keeping him as comfortable as can be. They are always so friendly whether during visits or phone calls. I never have to wait more than just a few minutes to have my babies well taken care during visits. Thank you everyone at Royal City.

My friend was trying to say goodbye to her cat in the quiet room and they brought in the debit machine to have her “settle up”. Completely unempathetic and disrespectful to the entire representation of the “Good Bye Room”.

My aunt and I took our 14 year old king Shepard there other day it's time to euthanize him the staff there was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with our old boy it's always a sad day when you have to say goodbye to your best friend wether it's a cat or dog the ROYAL TREATMENT was given to our dog & us from the minute we walked thru the door. It was good, Jack, my cat, was happy and as far as I can tell mission accomplished.
I still can't get used to dropping them off at the door and chatting on the phone about their care.
However it is what it is.

The most amazing caring people work there. Our furry boys are well taken care and the staff are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our dogs are healthy and happy.

I brought my cat here to be groomed and shaved to a half length cut. I was told this would not be an issue. Later I received a call saying sedation was necessary to complete to groom so I consented. When picking him up, the worker at the desk implied that they sedate most patients "for their comfort" instead out of necessity. The hair cut is horrible, his fur is entirely uneven and unshaved in parts, the trimmer marks are fully visible in his fur. This cost 185$ for a subpar cut on a sedated cat. The sedation alone was an extra 90$. I called extremely upset and was told that a partial refund would be issued the next day. This was untrue, this morning I received a call from the owner where he insinuated I didn't understand the procedure and that no refund would be issued despite previous conversations. This behavior is entirely unprofessional and I will not be returning, disappointing coming from a professional veterinary office. Sedati

They were able to see my dog on short notice when she got into something she shouldn't have and they took fantastic care of her. They even sent us pictures during the day so we wouldn't worry about her.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, considerate, and great with my cats. Some stitches that were supposed to be removed accidentally got left in my cats tail one time, and the place is a touch expensive. Other than that, I would say my experience has been good and I would recommend taking your animal here.
