I dont understand. I had an important box project well before Christmas and they simply would not give me samples or service. I would have ordered no less than 10k boxes and the support was nonexisting. No responses to emails or phone calls. I would not recommend this company at all.

I work at our Brampton location. We came for the Grand Opening, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The building is large and spacious, and also very clean.

Poor communication throughout the process, it took forever to make any progress with my order because they would seemingly forget to reply to my emails or answer any of my questions. I had to keep reminding them, asking for updates about my order - it ended up costing me much more $ and time than I wanted. Even though I had placed my order months prior, because of their lack of communication and disorganization, my order took about 4 months to just get pricing and design proofs generated - they also tried to charge me a different quoted price.

Very unsafe. People walking around where the forklift traffic is at it’s busiest. The people are good to work with but management could be better. If you start as a temporary employee you are made to feel unimportant
