Dropped in to browse some watches on Saturday afternoon. Andrew Wells was incredibly accommodating and provided great advice, ensuring we were well taken care of. Doesn’t drive the hard sale and this was incredibly pleasing. Fantastic young man who deserves recognition for his outstanding work and professionalism.

The salesperson, Sarah, spent the time needed to find the right watch for me. The selection was fantastic and I never felt rushed.

When I decided I wanted to purchase a Rolex for my 40th 3 years ago, it become very apparent it would be a marathon to obtain one. After giving my selection to 2 stores in Montreal, my wife suggested we stop at RVJ during a trip to TO.
Anna was a delight during the entire process, she was able to procure a watch I hadn't even considered but was an upgrade. The process of purchasing and delivery went smoothly. Anna made sure to keep us updated with the delivery status. We'll be sure to contact her for our next purchase for my wife. (Side note for Anne you delt with my wife Laura while we were still on vacation in Mexico, but this SD was for me! Tyler from RdV is an absolute professional and pleasure to deal with. He introduced me to a new brand and watch that I ultimately ended up purchasing. 3/24/23 - I had the pleasure of visiting Royal de Versailles (“RDV”) this morning. The entire experience was flawless.

I called RDV on Thursday (3/23) and Tyler (Markoff), my friendly and professional liaison, at RDV, called me back within the hour and we arranged to meet at 11: 30am in the store this morning.

While, I had not seen Tyler since 2008 (as I had not purchased any jewelry/ watches, for the past 14 years), when Tyler called me back, he provided with me such a warm, gracious and sincere welcome. Tyler immediately asked about my wife (by name! - he remembered after 14 years!) and expressed a genuine interest in what we were up to / and we exchanged wonderful pleasantries on the call.

Then…. Upon my arrival, today, I was immediately greeted by a staff member with a friendly smile and handshake - Tyler and myself, immediately saw one another, gave each other a friendly hug, and picked up where we left off in 2008. Tyler is the Consummate Gentleman, Sincerely and an Expert in all facets of the business.

I articulated what I was seeking for my 50th Birthday in 6 months, and Tyler was more than happy to assist - and we made the very easy decision to re-ignite our business relationship - and I could not be happier!

I highly recommend a visit to RDV - I would suggest creating an appointment online or by phone so that you can be efficiently serviced by the appropriate professional with expertise in the product (s) that you are seeking. It Shall lead to a Seamless, Friendly and Educating visit (which will evolve into more visits!).

RDV is also more than happy to assist with walk-ins!

I, personally, prefer to confirm appointments so that everyone is on the same page upon arrival.

I can personally attest to the professionalism, world class service, and attentiveness of Royal de Versailles staff, I would recommend this location to anyone. Opposite to other reviews, Tyler and his associates were incredible. For a first time experience, I will definitely be going back. In this day and age, I do not think you will find white glove service like this one.

In August of 2022, my (now) fiancé and I began our engagement ring shopping at Royal De Versailles with Shadi. We had the most wonderful experience working closely with her to design my dream engagement ring. The service she provided from start to finish has been A+ and she was lovely to work with - personable and professional. RDV and specifically Angie have always been warm and welcoming, unlike many dealers in the city. Absolute pleasure to deal with.

Very disappointing shopping experience especially after spending ~$40,000 at RDV. I walked in one day trying to purchase a timepiece from the display but was later told that they could not sell the watch to me. The watch was then sold to someone else a couple minutes after. I was never contacted afterwards for someone to explain what happened that day. It was a very disappointing experience since I grew up walking by this store thinking that I would be buying from here when I had the means to.

On a separate occasion, I walked in one day in a t-shirt, shorts and a gym bag. I was greeted by a sales associate (will not provide name here), I went up to her and asked how I can get a GMT master II. She laughed and said they don’t sell them and there is a wait list for those pieces. I asked if I could be added to a wait list and she said it was for exclusive clients. Seems a bit odd considering I am a repeat customer. She then walks away and sits down as if I was not standing there.

I’ve had some mixed customer service experiences. Some of which were good during the times I was purchasing items. But during other times, it was a very different experience that I had…

I been to this store 2 times prior along with friends, and I remembered service was very not that great, staff doesn't really seem to care. I went in again July, planning to get a gift for my husband's birthday. Because I was working in the area, so i told myself ill give this store another shot. I met Steve the first time and he asked if he could help and what I was looking for. He was very patient and asked me to describe my husband and give me suggestions on what looks on him and what doesn't work based on my description and his lifestyle. I ended up getting a watch and he loved it soooo much. He even show me some other watches that I never thought I'll be interested and now I'm also in love with them. He's an amazing person and really trying to help you find something truly special. I normally don't write much review, if I do it was some exceptional/the worst experience.

Anna is the best! I got a brand new Omega speed master with a small manufacture defect. Without questions asked, she took the ownership and helped me exchange to a new one. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Sakura and when I came in with the hopes of picking up a new watch, I was given ample opportunities to try many brands but settled with that I truly wanted.

I recently purchased a Tudor Black Bay GMT and couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Anna. High end store in a high end location clearly does not have to mean stuffy and arrogant. The service balanced cheerful and fun with the highest level of professionalism. Anna and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make this well worth the drive from Oakville. I will definitely continue to feed the addiction at Royal de Versailles.

I wanted to leave a special thank you for Romario who was kind enough to guide me and my fiancé on a purchase this weekend. She fell in love with a particular item but was a little intimated on owning something that delicate. Romario was so patient in explaining the nuisances of this special purchase which made her feel much more at ease having it in her collection.

That said, the conversation we had with him wasn't one dimensional on the purchase. He was easy to chat with (most of our time together was us just shooting the breeze) and never did any of us feel pushed or uncomfortable during the process. She still remains overjoyed with what we left with and cant wait for our next visit.

This is not my first transaction with Romario either and my first impressions with him was what drove me to contact him before our arrival to ensure we exclusively worked with him.

Always a fabulous inventory of jewelry and watches. Angie (and the others I have spoken with) are highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have been to many other stores, none have come close to the service and selection. I have bought a few Rolex's there and the service doesn't stop after the sale.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I went to shop for a Rolex this afternoon after going through their company's website. One of the WORST customer experiences I have ever encountered.

When we walked in there were 2 staff in the Rolex section and no other customers. They just stood there playing with their phones pretending like we were not there. When we asked what models were available, the staff just said whatever you see is what you get. Essentially all display cases were empty. We followed up by asking what they are selling if they have nothing. Staff responded by saying she didn't know and she didn't know why they even had a store here in a negative tone.

DO NOT believe these other reviews as the service was atrocious and they clearly did not have intention to sell anything. Very snobby attitude.

Don't bother to come to this store if its out of your way because you will be wasting your time. Will leave empty handed with a sour taste in your mouth.

Was back and forth about setting an appointment, just walking in, or even entertaining the virtual option of an appointment. I ended up booking a last minute appointment this past weekend and I'm really happy I did.

I wasn't sure who was in charge of appointments that day but we ran into Sakuya who was super approachable and asked us if she could help with anything - and that she did.

I've been looking online for different configurations for a timepiece I had in mind but also knew that inventory is very limited worldwide. I've heard stories of people having to wait months or even a year to get the model they want. Reality is, it's all by luck and you have to put in the work to check the store to see if they have it, then get it right away.

I got REALLY lucky to find the watch I wanted. Sakuya gave me a lot of really educational/useful info, from recommended servicing schedule to sharing details on why the inventory is the way it is and the amount of work that's put in in making these watches. Came in to buy a Datejust 36 and one of the employees (female, dressed in all black) blatantly ignored me for >10mins and then when other customers walked in immediately asked them how she could help them. Will take my business elsewhere.

We had an appointment at 11am, we are watch collectors, my brother is a return customer, we showed up they told us a sales person will be with you when they are available. There was about 4 customers total in the store, numerous sales people free just standing around, no one else even acknowledged us when we walked around, 11: 40 still no one wanting to help us so we left. Absolute waste of time. They have been closed due to covid and still act like this? They have nothing we can't get somewhere else. So we went to Yorkdale mall and purchased watches there.

I bought one of my dream watches from Royal De Versailles recently. Despite the unusual times we are in, it was a great experience overall. Anna was responsive, accommodating, and best of all - transparent with me throughout the entire process! As a watch lover, I would recommend this store not only for their collection but mostly for their staff as well.

I've always passed by RDV when I was younger and only dreamed about purchasing something and today was the day. I was connected with Angie over the phone who made my experience feel like I'm at home and the transaction seamless along with providing water for the road. Do not come to this store! My cousin ordered Vacheron Constantin in 2018 march and then received in May, however that time he's not in Canada. After he came back in Canada in 2019, he started wearing it and found problem right away. So 2019 July, he sent the watch back to the store, they said they gonna fix it.it took more than 3 months.he got it back on 10.21, and then the problem showed again on 11.03,12 days after their first try. So then he dropped there again on 11.06, and almost 5 months later on 2020, Feb 21, he went to pick up the watch and before he left the store, the watch stopped again.
It is very frustrated for him to travel so far and having so much headache. He is a very loyal customer, he even bought 2 other watches during the time he was waiting for this watch to be fixed. And the store refused to do exchange, he even offered to pay more to exchange for a more valuable watch.this store has been disappointing. And we will definitely seek for legal help and social media exposure if this problem is not solved. There's no customer service at all. They only care about when you spending money.they don't care when a problem occurs.

She texted me photos of the watch I was looking to purchase and was very patient with me while I had a few questions. I ordered Vacheron Constantin in March 23rd 2018 and then it was delivered in May 25th. However that time I Was not in Canada. After I came back in Canada in 2019, I started wearing it and found problem right away, it stopped working everynight. So in July 2019, I sent the watch back to the store, they said they gonna fix it.it took more than 3 months then I got it back on 10.21 2019, and a new problem showed (the date adjust function) again on 11.03， 2019,12 days after their first repair. So I had to dropped it there again on 11.06,2019. Almost 4 months later on 2020, Feb 21, I went to pick up the watch. What ridiculous is that the watch stopped updating before I stepped out of the door.
It is very frustrated for me to travel so far and having so much headache with this watch. I wanted an exchange even offer to pay more to get a more valuable one. But i got rejected by the store. What regrets me so much is that i bought 2 other watches during the time I was waiting for this watch to be fixed. One is AP and one is a Rolex. I guess being a royal customer means nothing to this store. And they only care about when you spend money. But when your watch has a problem, they just want to get rid of you and give you no customer service. This store is very disappointing. And we will definitely seek for legal help and social media exposure if this problem is not solved.

The only place to obtain your luxury watch and, jewellery. Tyler and his staff are truly brilliant, ultimate professionals. There is no pressure to buy, the follow up service is outstanding. Highly recommended.

If l can give 0 star tp the store, l would. This store is an authorized retail store that carries high end watches. However, there service and after sale service compares to peers.
I gave them a AP watch to service and provided details of service requirement. However, l got the watch back. The face of the watch was changed without any notice. The store provided no service document and tried to lie about the result. They didn't come up with a solution. I had to contact the service center in Ottawa myself to make sure they didn't give me a fake watch. During tbe whole process, the store didn't provide any assistance. The service center later fixed their mistakes.
Today, l tried to get in the store to pick up watch, l was holding my daughter. I was wider and the door behind me couldn't close. We got stuck and waiting. The sales rolles their eyes on me. I have been to many high end watch stores. This is the worst service l have ever recieved.

If Toronto wants to be a true tier one city internationally, luxury shopping shouldn’t close at 530pm. What a joke.

Went there to have a look at different brands and they offer crazy discount on pieces if you show interest which takes away all the brand image and makes you wonder why they would offer such discount. Desperately trying to push and close for a sale.are there watches refurbished? Some friends of mine have bought their watches there and they had nothing but problems with it.
The worst part is if you pay cash, they go even lower. Which makes me wonder how shady their business is and more worrying.

The knowledge of the brands they sell is extremely low and they try to lie to you about availability and information to close a sale.

Will definitely not buy a luxury watch from that store and if you do intend to buy a watch, consider buying from a brand directly instead of them. You might pay slightly more but you will know for sure that your watch is handled by professionals and that there won't be any problems with it.
