We always go to Royal Distributing, but new to this one. Great place with a big selection. Especially FKR. The staff is extremely helpful and super nice. One the ladies named Odette is super knowledgeable and knows all about safety requirements. I highly recommend going here and Definitely ask for Odette, met her once and she is my favourite already!

We came in to get a first helmet for our five-year-old. We have a few motorized vehicles at home that we wanted him to be be able to ride safely Donovan was fabulous. He explained how We should properly size the helmet and suggested a neck ring to help support my son’s neck.

First time in the store, Oscar was so kind in helping us! Answered all of our questions and then some! Very knowledgeable. You’re awesome, Oscar!

Jaydin was amazing. Showed me all the options and made sure the product fit as they should. Her advice is truly appreciated. Jaydin stuck by me to ensure I had what I needed for my first time riding and took into consideration where I would be.

Needed to pick up a few items for our ATV. Brock was really helpful and had us back on the trail in no time!

Came in on a Sunday to pick up a foam filter and left with a new helmet, some oils and a few other things for my dirt bike. Very happy with the service department and the friendly cashier. Great store can't wait to come again.

Went to go and pick up a part that was listed in stock called the day before to make sure it was in stock and was told yes
Try and go pick it up there today if you are in Barrie heading south towards them be surprised that every road there is closed down
And call again today to make sure first parts worker said it was in put me on a 10 minute hold just to come back and say it is not available and continues to try to sell me on the part that I do not need
Will not ever return to this store

Very happy with their no hassle warranty service on a new Marin bicycle. Jason is quite knowledgeable and excellent at troubleshooting. Service was very fast and the workmanship superb. In the future I will take my bicycles there for all service needs, whether in or out of warranty. Thanks Jason.

I was not happy when I come to return item and was broken they could of exchanged it even though I spend thousands of dollars there for all my bikes. I’m very disappointed and I guess I will find another store to go they need better customer service manager and workers.they will need to improve lot not coming back again!

I purchased a bicycle for my niece and was assisted by Jason who helped me pick out the right bike for her. He was extremely knowledgeable about bikes and super friendly and made the process as easy as pie. Picked up a battery and some chain lube! Had to match battery as it’s not in the books! Braydon was exceptional at the counter. Thanks Braydon it went super smooth and it’s back running again!

Went in for a few things and Brandon was of huge help. Being new to street bikes, I was politely and patiently explained the difference in between some tires and other parts.
