Great performance of Dickens "A Christmas Carol" in a lovely quaint old theatre on the main street of one of our favorite towns. What's not to like?

Excellent, historic venue to see plays from The Shaw. I've seen Cyrano de Bergerac and Gaslight there this season. Great staging and top rate casts!

Additional: This year (2023), I saw A Christmas Carol. What a lovely, intimate venue. It holds 300.

We loved this small and well-known theater. It is absolutely delightful to see a play here. It feels artsy. The helpful and friendly volunteers and staff welcomed us with cheery smiles and greetings. It was a charming afternoon in the heart of Niagara-On-The-Lake Ontario. The seats were comfortable as we watched "On The Razzle, " was well-acted and totally entertaining play. Do not miss the chance to come here. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience seeing A Christmas Carol at the Royal George. Every seat has a great view of the stage. We had an issue with some people behind us with very poor theatre etticat (Talking and kicking chair the whole first act) and the usher was able to put us somewhere else so we could hear the rest of the show which was amazing. I'll definitely be back!

Gorgeous historical Theatre in the centre of Niagara on the Lake with great views from almost ever seat, provides an amazing ambience to watch any theater production during the Shaw festival.

Quaint theatre.original interior and stage from early 1900s. Brilliant setting for plays of same era.

I hadn't been to the RG theatre in many many years. We saw Prince Caspian. Excellent performance! Theatre is beautiful with good acoustics and sightlines. Drinks in containers are allowed at each seat (they have cupholders). The bar downstairs has a good assortment of snacks & beverages.

Attended a play this past Sunday evening.
By the time we ordered, we had front row seats but still enjoyed the experience.
Nice size venue.
We also went last August while visiting the area.
All good.

Small theatre with excellent show, Village Wooing. Was in the theatre twice this year, evening and 11 AM and both times great parking on main street. Under 1.5 hours from Mississauga

We love this little theatre and have seen several plays here. Cozy, comfortable, and the staff is very helpful.

Much prefer the proper theatre at the end of town. Another establishment with restrooms down a steep flight of stairs. I watched a sight challenged woman struggling to get down the stairs and she had someone guiding her.

A great venue in a pristine village. The play we saw On the Razzle was mediocre at best but that's not the theaters fault.

Wonderful as usual, the play "On The Razzle" was a very energetic, funny and well performed rendition of an old English comedy.

We saw Village Wooing. The Royal George is a great little theatre and the Shaw always delivers a great performance. This is a short lunchtime play but well worth seeing.
