I bought Chick peas of Aman 4lbs and there were full of black bugs. Never have I experienced this. And I get a replacement item for my inconvenience.buyer beware now. Grocery stores are keeping expired stuff.

Overall place is good and one can get basic stuff.not much variety in veges, fruits or dry Indian snacks. Prices re on the higher side. We go there for only a few items. Place is clean, lot of parking available too.

Called to ask price per pound for sweets. Said "they can not disclose prices over the phone, its private" very odd and annoying, will never step foot into this store due to this

Be very careful when you bill your products in this store. Though I was wrongly billed for 45 dollars. When went today for correction again faced several wrong calculations of the billing amount and paid extra 3 dollars today. Be extra careful, wrongly people are taking more money from us. First of all products are overly priced. Faced issue 3 times now. I will stop going to this store in future. Bad experience again today. Not recommending anyone

One of the best places to shop for Indian groceries in Mississauga. Reasonable price and customer service.

Very convince for shopping Indian grocery on Winston Churchill/ 403, one stop everything you do. Fill up the gas, drop the kid to Montessori, do the hair cut, eyebrows, waxing, nextdo the doctors appointment, with pharmacy is on site, next do dental appointment, gave the clothes to drycleaners, then have some snacks at royal paan, after go for groceries shopping, next door, butcher shop get some meat product, next one zaika restaurant take for take out, buy some Syrian bakery sweets, and last from drive thru Tim Hortons coffeeand hit the road and highway, it's call one stop shopping.

The lady staff is completely disrespectful, making customers cry because they were slightly inconvenienced. Fix ur attitude plz!

Excellent place to get all the Indian groceries.

They have seasonal fruits too, especially Mangoes, both from India and Pakistan - Yummy.

This place is double the price of other desi places I recommend to go here and one candy bar is $5 that’s really over priced

Don't go at Royal India Grocers at artesian dr. If you don't have cash. Or buying groceries under $5 and paying by debit card.
I Just got kicked out for buying $1.99 shan spice box. I was offered to buy groceries that I don't need to meet minimum requirement of $5. Poor Customer Service.

Great samosas! All the spices, beans, rice you will ever need to cook a delicious Indian dish.

This place is double the price of most of the stuff.
I would not recommend to go and pay more then double the price like beetle nuts (supari).

Rude staff, racist, dirty, overpriced, poor quality produce. I usually go to Dundas fruits and vegetables and today decided to try this out because it's closer. Never coming back. Sticking to Dundas.

Best meat I have tasted in Brampton. Their goat meat is must to try, price is very reasonable. Tandoori rotis are so good. Love their fish pakora.

They have expired stuff, I got alloo Paranthas and they were expired two days ago. How can you keep stuff which is expired and sell it. Shame!

Good place for shopping Indian Groceries. You have pickle varieties from all corners of India. Groceries too are good with a vast brands & different varieties.

Not a bad selection of products, but the store is cramped, very narrow and not particularly clean.

A little expensive but good collection overall. I would not recommend this store for regular desi grocery shopping but is a nice alternative when you need something quick for the locals.

Poorest customer service. Requested the lady at the billing counter if she can just pack the mangoes and remove the box, and she looked very irritated and said that the box does not cost anything. She rudely kept the box of mangoes and asked me to remove and put it in the bag. When I tried to pick a bag she rudely says she already has kept a bag in my basket which I can use. India Grocer must train its staff to behave well with customers. It is the customers who bring in business. If customers are there staff is there, else they will not be there. Terrible staff.

But the complaint above is not about your store being short staff. The issue is that the person who was billing our item was very rude. She treated us like we were getting free groceries. Every time we come to your store we purchase products worth 200 CAD. Forget the billing amount, should customers not expect polite behaviour? It is normal for customers to expect to be treated with basic courtesy. Hope you convey this to your staff.

You can find most if not all items from India/pakistan but the store is incredibly dirty.

There is no one to ask for assistance, and cashier always looks like she despises being there.

The service needs a definite improvement.

They have every requirements for the rasois of North India to the Camaiyalaṟai of South India and for the kitchens of Goan Cooking to the Bengali Ranna ghor.they sell cooking utensils too copper, iron, aluminum stainless steel and brass also have a little outlet for beauty and body supplies.it’s only a lot more expensive from the other Indian stores that I’ve been too.the butcher shop just beside it makes it even more convenient as they sell authentic mutton or Goat Meat. Making shopping so easy for the non-veg Indian cuisine

Good place to pickup indian groceries. Frozen packed food and fresh veggies and fruits. Clean place too.

Very Very Expensive compare to other store i was shopping here for years blindly trusting there prices but not anymore (i my self Complaint few times to owner but they don't bother still very very expensive not recommended)

I love this store. People are kind and understanding. I needed to walk with walker. People were so nice to allow me not standing on line and let me get inside. That was wonderful. I felt good. Love this stor️

Very expensive compred to other Indian stores. I use it only in times of absolute emergency. Avoid if possible. Iqbal Halal foods is a much better store with tons of choice.

Indian grocery store with alot of special stuff that I didn't found at other stores like Tata tea with herbs, I always get that from India, not able to find anywhere, but found here and also punjabi mango pickle, in other stores we get mango pickle but it dont have punjbi taste but they have that special one. I am not able to find talcom powder anywhere in Toronto. But they have one from India. They have different types of bathing soaps too. Isagol and eno too. I will visit them for all my special requirements. Cherry on cake, they are just 600 meters from Highway.

They did have stuff like idli premixed and goan readymade spices- xacuti, rashida and other stuff.

Have been going to this place for years. Was so disappointed today. Price gouging in the face of a pandemic. A bag of garlic for $30. Not cool.

Average food. Indian food made to cater to western palette. Mississauga has a number of much, much better options. A suggestion for the restaurant. We Indians don't like chicken breast meat. (Actually, no one should eat breast meat. Maybe that is why in Matrix they discuss how chicken has no taste. Breast meat, especially of chickens that have been plumped up with hormone injections, is completely tasteless). Maybe, the restaurant should have a dark meat option for their chicken curries. (Thigh meat is also cheaper then breast meat)

Almost all the Indian stuff like food, utensils, prayer items are available at this store. Its located at a very convenient location with ample parking space.

Get all food items, be it fresh veg, or frozen stuff. All kinds of food, spices and house hold items. Shop there all the time.

Store was DISORGANIZED. The sweets I ordered tasted OLD and had very LITTLE FLAVOUR. Service here was OK, prices were OK but a few things here are OVERPRICED. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Always find everything I am looking for and the staff is always courteous and helpful. I am quite glad it's the neighborhood store for all things ethnic (foodwise)

This a small grocery store, where you can get all your Indian groceries there a fresh vegetables and you get coconuts and bettle leaves. Depends on the festival's, you get things for the festival. Diwali you get fire crackers, for others you get other required items.

It's green veggies are awesomely fresh and superb. I don't mind traveling long to shop my veggies from here.
