Royal Jasmine

Have been coming to Royal Jasmine for many years. Overall the food is really good, highly recommend the Bombay Chicken Sizzler. Prices are good, but I did notice the portion sizes have gone down from before. Overall good experience.

They served chicken when ordered vegetarian food. They made mistake and asked us to come to restaurant to get correct food item or a refund instead of offering to deliver correct food or refunding directly to bank account. Pathetic experience. My brother puked after unknowingly consuming chicken which they wrongly gave us.

Exceptional good and service.but stupid policy of not accepting credit card payment does not work. A restaurant so busy, not sure how much are they saving.it's insane.

Service has gone really down hill. You can see the servers complain about guest especially when they are busy. Food isn't as good as it used to be either.

Sure! One highly recommended restaurant in Windsor is The Willistead. It offers a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a diverse menu with delicious options. The Willistead is perfect for a casual dining experience with friends or family. Give it a try!

Food was so much better than we expected. Don't go by the ratings, if you're craving Indo-chinese, this is the place to go.

Extremely rude manager & staff. Doesn’t want to hear any complaint about food quality. Worse experience ever. So many other good options in Mississauga. Don’t waste your money, and time at this place.

I look over their soups. Lollipop chicken is also very good. They are we HMA certified and they have excellent service. Highly recommended

Still is the best tasting Indian Chinese restaurant in the GTA. Highly recommend the Manchurian, chicken lollipops, and hot and sour soup. A hip of modern aesthetics and friendly service. Do call before going to book yourself a table and avoid the long lines.

We have been going to Royal Jasmine for around 6 years now. Our one of the regular places for Hakka Chinese. Food quality is consistently great and the quantity is good. Like every hakka place in GTA has some speciality we find this place has the best-
- Manchurian Soup (A.k. A. Manchow soup)
- Szechuan fried rice (the one that’s long grain and separates, same as you got in India)
- Lollipop chicken (probably the best quality in GTA)
We love going here all the time. You wont regret, give it a try. Also they have all of the menu online so its so easy to order.

I have very bad experience. Whole food is un cooked and no taste. I have stomach upset after eating it. Zero star oooooooooooo

It's a good restaurants for Chinese Hakka food but I think it's over hyped. I ordered sizzlers and chicken chilly gravy with chicken fried rice. The chicken was chewy and a little rubbery. Sizzler was just a regular dish (similar with chicken chilly gravy base) with a sizzling plate. Chicken friend rice had less flavours and complained the manager and it was taken care of. Over all good but expensive. Not a extra ordinary taste for the price but worth.

The owner of this location is the reason why I will never turn to this place.

This used to be my favorite restaurant but not anymore! The employees of this location are actually way more trained and better disciplined the owner himself.how sad is that for his career?

I love small businesses and have always supported local restaurants and Royal jasmine was favorite Hakka go to. I don't typicay post negative reviews, however my last order with them there was an issue with the ordering and the quality of food has declined over the years. For example, if you order the Thai rice and the fried rice, they taste the same. They also need to pay closer attention to food handling and quality.

First time coming here in 2 years and prices have nearly doubled. Seems like another restaurant that got popular and decided to get greedy

Sweet and sour Manchurian chicken was super delicious whereas Szechuan chicken was beyondddd spicy. I understand Szechuan is supposed to be on the spicier side but perhaps too much for my taste. Not bad though.
It took about 25 minutes for order to be prepared but Portions were generously packed. I liked how they put paper board between each container to avoid spillage. Not very common so presentation wise, I can see their effort.

Picked up a delivery today 5th sept 2021 tandoori chicken fried rice had all burnt chicken smoky bad taste. Lollipop chicken smells bad and chicken pakora messed up. Please avoid this food

Customer service is extremely bad. I had ordered food for over $150 for takeout and when I went to pick the food nobody was there to greet the customer. I literally had to ealk up to the server to actually get my food and pay for it. I asked the gorl to check if the napkins, fork and spoons are there but she didn’t even bother to check and when I was ready to eat the food, there was no cutlet at all and no napkins. Called several timea to speak with the owner richard but nobody would give him the phone. Called again and ask the restaurant 3 days ago to speak with the owner and one of the employee picks up the phone and said Richard comes in the evening and she immidiately hangs up.

I have been to this place countless times and the food is awesome. Always great taste and best Hakka Indian Chinese in Toronto. I have tried a couple of other places but there is none like this one.

The appetizers are finish eating. Waiting for soup for 25 minutes. So ridiculous. Now waiting for main food. The server is very rude.

Great taste and generous quantity. But I don't like the idea of already deducting 15% of tip from your entire bill. We like to give more than that but make it mandatory, I haven't seen any where else. Besides, wonderful experience, would go again.

I craved for chinese and selected royal jasmine which was a bad decision. Prawn pakoras were undercooked, chowmein were ok and teriyaki chicken was way bland. Literally I felt like wasting my money. Never going again.

I went with my aunt who wish to have Chinese. But unfortunately that was not Chinese food. It's all indian spices mix with noodles and meat. Meat have old smell.over priced food. And 9 $ service charges.

Didn't have to wait for even a few minutes to get in, they server was fantastic. The tables were clean and sanitized. Yo the spicy food is too good. Love the flavor, and the portions are great for friends and family. I was loving the food but guys one main thing, I have been coming here for every month for the past 4 years, can we update the cutlery and stuff?

The restaurant was ok, food was delicious and very busy crowded and took 45 minutes to get food and one hour to get a table.were waiting for table outside.
