Took my daughter there for her birthday and had the worst experience. I specifically said facial for two and at the same time.walked into a second floor small dingy room and she informs me she's the only one there and can do one facial at a time! I should have walked out. The lady "Nasrin" didn't put gloves on while extracting her pores which is against the health & safety in Canada. She wiped her face with napkins instead of warm "clean" wash cloths.used "Elizabeth Arden" products instead of the high end "expensive" products advertised and she ended the facial with a face massage with "Argan Oil". Such a wasted of time/money and she ended up breaking out the next day. This is NOT right, you spoiled my birthday surprise for her.you CAN"T rent a small office space and call it a "SPA". You are not qualified and cannot charge 150.00 for a facial. I AM FURIOUS. Also it's clear all these good reviews are family and friends.

I did laser hair removal at this clinic and the results are amazing! I started seeing results after the first session but of course after I finished all six of my sessions the results are amazing. Nancy and Tara are both very kind and welcoming and I definitely recommend this excellent laser hair removal clinic!
