I had a positive experience with Royal Overhead Doors. Lui was great to deal with as he is very personable and knowledgeable. They had so many styles to choose from. When the garage door was installed it was beautiful but I noticed a dent right away. Lui made sure to rectify the situation with the manufacturer and get a new panel installed. We are really happy with our door and opener. I would recommend Royal Overhead.

I would not recommend this company, dishonest and take advantage of there customers. They claim they installed new garage door panels are all damaged and possibly used.horrible to deal with them especially Meegan there service Center representative. Trust me when I say go to another company.

Technician showed up without an appointment to repair their defective doors. I was at work. Rescheduled appointment 3X no show. I would never recommend this company. Meghan lacks empathy and communication skills. I would give 0 stars if this was an option.

Royal Overhead Doors got the job done and I would recommend this company for their amazing service. Office staff and field techs were very efficient from start to finish.

Not pleasant company to deal with. Booked an appointment, they don't give an estimate and once their tech arrived he was rude and short, left without letting me know what he did. I get a call next day abruptly asking for payment, I asked for a breakdown of what I was paying for and had some questions to which I was told "sorry I dont own the company" by Mike the Credit Manager. You dont need to "own the company" to be polite to a customer. Would not use again.

Reading other reviews, it seems this is a common occurrence by many customers.

Visited friends house and saw the poor install and story of no proper support months ago despite it being a new house.
Reading the poor customer experiences here and the arrogant and unprofessional response, we will be staying away from this company.

We got almost an accident, put in front of us and instead of apologizing he looked at us and behaved as a gangster … The company better provide basic training to it’s staff how to behave with people.this kind of attitude might damage the reputation of the business.good luck

I’m stuck behind your 2 door f150 white pick up, marker BD 84740. I am appalled at the way your employees are driving which is a representation of your company. Swerving all over the 400SB, swerving at people, boxing people in, going between 80km and over 160km in lane one, refusing to yield right for traffic to pass and the two drivers are laughing! They tried to run a U-Haul off the road. Not to mention they’ve lost some debris. Disgusting! June 7th, 2021 8: 20pm. Do better!

Complete nightmare.ordered a new garage door opener, they promised service same day in the evening, never showed up.followed up with multiple calls and got the marry go round.terrible experience

I have tried repeatedly to get my door fixed according to "LIFE TIME WARRANTY" however after many calls and conversations with a couple of people one named "Joe" who identified himself as just the service guy, now I find out he's the owner I guess a liar as well won't be meeting the terms of his warranty

I’ve spent 3 weeks trying to talk to somebody about getting a quote. I have all the details & measurements. I’ve sent many messages and a few phone calls. Even speaking with reception about lack of response.still nothing’. We have many commercial properties (30) and need many modern doors. Have moved on to other door suppliers now and quotes have been coming in same day.might wanna work on your customer service!?

Lui had the door and opener that I was looking for at a good price. His team performed the install quickly and it looks great! Best service experience around.

This is the first time I have contacted and subsequently used their services. I tried several reputable local garage door companies who had less than desirable solutions. I purchased this house that came with a 12 X 8 Wayne-Dalton steel garage door that did not have an opener. It is a heavy door to lift manually especially since the previous owners did not have the internal torsion springs set to balance the door nor did have the common sense to lubricate the bearings and shafts of the rollers with 3 in 1 oil. The top of the door aka the leading edge was just 1/2 inch from the ceiling. After some internet research and many Youtube videos I called Royal Overhead Doors and talked with Lui. He listened as I explained my problem and the resolution that I had found on the internet. Lui confirmed that i needed a low rise double overhead rail system that would provide the head room for a standard rail garage door opener. A side mount would have also worked well except for the fact that there was not enough room between the spring shaft and the side walls of the garage. Royal Overhead designs and makes custom double overhead rail systems. Lui had his team deliver and install the custom made double overhead rail system and a new Liftmaster garage door opener. The installer Paul is fantastic. He worked very methodically and ensured that every part was lined up perfectly. The wiring for the remote switch and the sensor lights was neatly stapled everywhere. Paul set the door opening distance and the closing distance to perfection. Paul demonstrated and explained the procedure to me so that I could change those settings if I felt the need to do so.

The Shedman built a new garage for me and I contacted Lui for a new 8 x 8 garage door with a side mount Liftmaster. Paul installed the new door and the opener with great expertise and neatness. Paul checked every function and that door and opener works perfectly. The weather stripping is installed very neatly and will keep out any driving rain or snow.

The prices that Lui provided for everything are exceptional value for the top quality materials and top quality service. The Royal Overhead Garage Door Company is my # 1 recommendation.

Emailed Royal doors and Lui responded very quickly. We set up appointment for removal of old garage door and installation of a new one. Job was qouted and installation was booked, installation in 2 days. Good job by installer, fast and professional.recomm

Overall getting our Royal Fibre Glass Garage Doors was the best investment we've ever made.

After 20 years, the main coil spring broke on the old wooden Garage Door. We did get some estimates to fix and replace the sping; but a friend recommended getting a fiber-glass door from Royal.

We didn't think it was worth the extra cost - until we went to see what they had in the shop. Everyone was so nice to us and even the owner and his son dropped everthing they were doing - just to say 'Hi' to us.

Compared to the big box home renovation outlets - our Royal door was a lot less than we expected.

These guys at Royal were able to colour-match the paint used on our new fibre glass Front door from a paint sample we gave them.

Even the installer took the extra time we needed for him to explain how he removed the wires (from the old opener) and ran the new wires to connect the new opener.

If you don't want to get robbed, save your money and get a Royal Overhead Door.

Lui and his team provides amazing service. He is quick to respond and always very professional. We have installed our garage door and garage door opener through his company and received nothing but amazing service and efficient help!

Called Royal Overhead garage doors on a Friday at 4 pm. Garage door was changed the day by 11am. Also did the capping and still great full I did. Great service great installation very happy truly a five-star experience
