I order food through Uber. I am not happy with their service. I Did not get my order proper. I ordered three noodle burger but they only gave 2 and the fries are very less in packing. I am very disappointed with this. I never order food from this store. Worst experience I have not one time. It happen with me two times.

Our takeout order of kuchi dabeli was a complete disappointment. The dish lacked authenticity, had a rancid oil odor, and even contained hair. We couldn't manage more than a couple of bites due to the unpleasantness. A regretful waste of money and an unhygienic experience. Won't return.

I ordered 3 burger and got 2 when i called them they didn’t get any responsibility for that and it happened 2nd time with.very rude and unresponsive customer service

Cannot order some items over the phone - when I walked on, there were a lot of bugs plastered onto the service counter, likely from sugary residue. Other than that, service was fine.

Seems they are not interested in serving quality food. The vada pav I ordered was not at all worth the price they charge plus the bread used is like stale many days old. They should focus on quality first and not just ride on the successful chain they have with a loyal fanbase, things could turn around anytime.

Worst place to order food. I ordered 2 paneer kathi rolls today 6.15 pm. And they gave me two rolls full of uncooked vegetables and little paneer. I wasted $20. This place totally disappointed me and never gonna order again.

Worst customer service and worst food. Ordered through the phone.they don't have basic manners to speak to customers properly and when I went to pick, they don't even ask to give a bill or not.they are busy selling something in small packets to all Punjabi people.food was so pathetic and too pricy

Worst service by the guy working on 17 april 6: 00 pm. He don’t know how to treat the customers. Atleast owner should give him a training. The way of his talking showing his experience. Even he don’t know customers can give tip to the staff. He said there is no tip system in restaurants i think he is new in canada and don’t have a hospitality experience that’s why he said that. He should check the restaurant payment receiving system there is of of percentage of tip go and delete it then you can say that words. Buddy don’t show your attitude to the customers you get your pay because of the customers if customers not want to come to the restaurant then i think you will loose your job owner will not pay to you from his pocket. If you don’t want to change your attitude you can change the job because hospitality field is not suitable for your kind of people. The guy work in the night shift is very polite and treat customers very well that’s why customers come to shop again and again.
Request to owner give him proper training otherwise you will loose your customers. This is my last visit to your restaurant or some of my friends too.

Kashmiri chai tasted like water with nuts, sometimes it's good but if they're busy it's game over and not worth it

Worst location I have ordered food by Uber they messed the order girl at the store keep on telling me lies and driver was telling me something else most important thing nobody picked the phone girl puts the phone she doesn’t want to work

They have real Indian taste, I have ever got.
Paneer Burger, Noodle burger, Aloo Tikki wrap is awesome.
I almost tried everything but these are the best ever. I cant help to order.

Their food is good (especially pav bhaji) but the customer service could be improved. Their meetha paan used to be good but the last few times I got it, it was pre made kept in the fridge. So the fresh taste wasn’t there.

Worst place to order food on Uber eats. I ordered 3 milk shakes and one was all spilt so I complained to Uber. There was paani missing for paani poori so I called the store and let them know and they don’t seem to care and hung up.

Worst customer dealing, quality compromised even for Paan’s for what they are known for and taste downgraded really bad experience

I want to know why they have turned fries into chat topping up with onion, tomato, green n red chutney. Please put in option if someone ask for only masala fries. Fries are soggy, it suppose to be crispy. I told not to put chillies and sauce in my wrap. They never listen.

I was having kashmiri chai once it was beyond my expectations i recommend everyone to try once.

Terrible service.i gave an order for pick up, first the lady on call didn't take my name or number for the order and just hung up.then after when I arrive to collect my order gave me chutney sandwich instead when I orderd for paneer sandwich.also the chat is loaded with chutney's and curd all soggy.worst place ever.

This place has one of the best fast food. I always enjoy eating food from Royal Paan. But that’s it, except this one best thing Royal Paan has everything annoying.

Got masala paan from this location. They looted me extra 1.5$ per paan for adding supari. All other location charge only 0.5cente. Moreover, people preparing mask were not wearing mask

First of all the presentation of food is great and the taste of food is so good. I ordered Chaat Papdi, Kashmiri Chai and Royal Falooda everything was so delicious and upto the mark!

Good food, reasonable prices. Choices of Paan limited but better than nothing. Bombay chaats are tasty.

It was a worst that i ever had that i order pav bhaji and royal falooda as royal flooda got bad smell and pav was old and expired.also in pav there was a hair in my first bite.that was too upset.

It is still the best of all Royal Paans but taste is not like it used to be before the pandemic but still very good.

So good, I wish I took pictures, but it looked and tasted amazing! The Bombay Vada Pav and the Pav Bhaji were fresh and delicious. Paired well with an ice cold limca and Kashmiri Paan:)

We ordered Rabri Faluda and while I was having I noticed it had plastic inside faluda.
This location has inconsistent quality. Poor service and a lot of wait time. They should be more careful with edible stuff.

Ordered a rose falooda and it was literally diabetes in a cup. A ridiculous amount of the pink syrup and the vermicelli and garnish just swimming around in an abundance of milk. No ice cream/kulfi to be found. Quality doesn’t exist.

We ordered 2 royal falooda and bombay burger. Although royal falooda was awesome but Bombay burger was tasteless and poorly stuffed. They are over-priced and over-rated.

The quality of the paan at this location is not upto the standard compared to other locations of Royal Paan. The store is clean, all safety measures are in place.

Worst Food Items I Tried Bombay Burger Today and it was so bad i had vomit later at night and my stomach was upset.

Review of Indian food by an Indian: I ordered Hot Aaloo chat which was cold as I opened it after immediately taking from the counter. Traditional Aaloo chat counter in India will serve you either mashed potatoes/potato patties (unfried) with tamarind chutney, cilantro green chilly chutney, chickpeas, sev (vermicelli made of gram flour), a spoon of curd and finely chooped onions and tomatoes. Simple and yet tasty.
Royal Paan Aaloo chat: Fried potato squares disposed with one spoon of tamarind chutney, hardly any sev, no onion, no tomatoes and far away from being called 'Indian food' let alone chaat. I have never experienced such an insult to the absolutely delicious and otherwise recognised as king of Indian street cuisines.
Forget visiting again, I would discourage people to even go to this place. My friends ordered Vada pav and Dabeli who said the taste was quite bland even the least tasty street food in India would taste better than what they serve.
Very disappointed and no way visiting this place ever again.

I would suggest everyone to ask the receipt as they overcharged me and do not even offer to give the receipt. I asked and they gave me and saw they had charged for an extra falooda. When asked they gave me money back but then i saw that they did not return the tax part of it. They finally gave but imagine how much overbilling they must be doing as they dont have the price charges displayed and once you order they just tell you the total bill and don't offer the bill automatically. When i reached there was a line up started and outside it says only 4 customers but there were more than 4 and the employees were not enforcing it. I also saw a whole.bunch and of receipts that customers had not taken. I would not have noticed if i would not have askedf the bill and had called them ahead and told the order and they did not know anything about the phone order and even after repeating the order the girl cashier still did not repeat the order and just gave me the total for the bill.

Very very very poor service!

Whenever I visited this outlet, the staff's behaviour seemed to be rude. They need some serious customer service skills training. The staff doesn't even know to respect their customers.

I came to this place and ordered $65 worth of food & sweets. THEY forgot to give me some of the food and said it was in the bag when it wasn’t. I drove 20 minutes back home to find out it wasn’t there. I called and they said they would make the paan free of cost when they actually didn’t once I got there. Started bickering over 4 paans. So I gave them their 4 paans back and the money as charity because clearly they’re going to be out of business soon. Pathetic.

They took the order on call and when we reached there (took us 2 minutes) then they say they don't have most of the items we ordered. They could have said that on the phone.

The best street food. The best royal paan location, they never disappoint. Always order chaat papri, tikki Channa, bombay burger, bhel puri, royal faluda, always yummy. Want to go again soon. You won't be disappointed.

Good place. It is in the same plaza we have our office, so go there often. Very consistent with taste. I like their taste. They are special for their menu. I would recommend this place.

Very unhygienic place. Owner Using bare hands to prepare the stuff. Owner picked up the fallen stuff from the table and put it back to the cup.
Bare fingers were used in the whole bucket of icecream. Wish there were no stars to give to this place.

It is Royal paan. Perfect place for kukfi, rabdi falooda, lassi and chai. Has variety of snacking options too. This is one of many locations around GTA. This one particularly has a Great location. Lots of parking space. The staff is great and welcoming. Service is quick. Overall a wonderful service. Highly recommended. Thanks

Tarik is a wonderful host at the Brisdale location of Royal Paan. He is extremely warm and polite. He exhibits utmost patience when we are thinking about our orders. He also makes good suggestions. He always treats us with respect and love. Whenever I crave to eat at Royal Paan, I always make it a point to go to Brisdale location because of Tarik.

I've been to several Royal paan and their quality is diminishing day by day. Probably the worst falooda I have ever had. It was very watery, blend flavors, there is no sort of dressing and vermicelli was stiff/crunchy. Almost seven bucks for this quality! Their stuffed kulcha was just a bread from grocery store and filled in with Chick peas. There are much better places than this. Place is completely hyped. You get better food and quality elsewhere. Never go there

This is the worst branch I have been too. They took an hour to bring the food and most of the food taste was unappetizing.

This was my first vist at this place. I only went to have paan. I asked the guy this is my first visit which is the best paan he told me mitta (sweet) paan but after the taste I felt paan was normal as the same that i have tasted at the other places. Might try again to see what else i can taste it they do have bunch of other options on their menu.

Kashmiri Tea is best in town.until now I found here.tell them to add salt in side and sugar less.

Price point is high considering the quality. $14 for 2 drinks is a bit much. I had a faluda and mango shake.

Ordered over the phone still had to wait 30 minutes for them to get the order ready. Really poor.service.

Worst place for dine in. Totally unprofessional people working over there. I went there and order some stuff for dine in and they packed everything and when i said it was a dine in the guy argued with me. Worst experience ever.

We went and ordered royal kulfi faluda. It was absolutely disgusting. There was only sevaiya (noodles) no kulfi slice, no garnishing. Also they didn’t have samosa chat I ended up with aloo tikki chat. Wasted money and time. Not as good as other royal paan location. #disappointment.

Fall 2019 update: recently I haven’t been happy with their new cups for the Kashmiri chai! They’ve kept the price the same but started using smaller cups with less almonds and pistachios. Keep in mind the previous small size cups were equivalent in size to the Tim Hortons small cup. The service still remains excellent, but I hope they can bring the previous cups back.

Summer 2018: Service is great and food tastes amazing! No issues 5 out of 5.

Their noodle burger is awesome! Almost close to the taste we get in India. I also had aloo tikki rolls and they were really good as they use parathas as their rolls. This specific location is better than the rest I would say.

Nake pe milna. To Indian friends back in India after dinner for some Pan some ice cream some kulfi sone falooda and what not. This is the place to feel same right here in brampton. Do visit.
