Royal Paan

I asked for the same product 3 times, on different days, but they always refuse to give me my food. I have seen that they treat customers according to their mood. I am not gonna visit this store again.

I wish I could give them a zero star ️

The worst experience ever I waited for my food over 35 minutes. And still got ice burgers. They were out of noodles and told me to wait 10 minutes and it took 35 minutes and still it was cold.

Improve your service. Not recommended ever to anyone

Today we visited royal paan, we ordered 2 noodle burger and 2 coke. Firstly, the bun was stale (expired), and they took more money from us and when we asked for bill was low.
We was totally upset while visiting here.

Today I visit royal paan, and my experience was totally worst. U can check the bun of burger is totally expired and unhealthy for health.
Even they take more money for this and when I ask for bill receipt they don’t give it.
The old man who is on reception is fraud, be aware from him.
New students be aware from them.

Food is very good, prices are medium.
But in quantity wise it is a little bit less.
Overall, we enjoyed the food

I went there twice and had Momos 2 times, it was an amazing experience and their use of fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, which led to flavorful and aromatic Momos.

This place was pretty mediocre. They had an atm, and lot of kid friendly things. The food was okay, not good nor bad. It’s like a restaurant which’s a one time visit. But I still recommend this place to people who love paan.

Not the best of the chain. Ordered takeout, the food tasted stale. Ordered Vada Pav and Bombay Grilled Sandwich. The Vada Pav was kept and stale. The Bombay Grilled Sandwich was okay-ish. But didn’t taste good or fresh either.

Food was delicious. The guys there were very nice and the Sardarji was the best. Looking forward to visit again and do try the medium Rabbdi Falooda!

One of the worst locations i have ever visited of royal paan franchise. Previous experience with other locations was really good.that’s the reason of trying out chat papdi on this location. It was bland and tastes like they directly served it from freezer. Customer service was really bad. You gotta respect your customers and the guy there had different level of attitude.

Wastage of Money they don’t even know how to talk to their customers. As a customer I would recommend you to go somewhere else rather than wasting money here. I ordered royal falooda and it was so bad I had to throw it away

They guy who made was eye balling on us ordering the faloodas as only faloodas were available.

Very poor service. 0 in customer satisfaction. I ordered rabri faluda worth $10+tax. It was a roohafza milk with noodles. I have been to other locations and I know what I ordered and what I got. This location is very poor when it comes to quality. Never gonna order from here ever again. I told the guy who made the faluda that it doesn’t taste like rabri faluda, he told me that it is always like this. Bro I know how it tastes. I have been drinking it from hurontario and bovaird location since last 2 years. Who so ever is the owner of these stores need to visit this store and fix these garbage things they are selling for so much higher prices. Customer is paying you for good food. If location staff can read this review my message to them is please stop brining shame to your brand name.

Ask for rabri falooda, got regular faloda just full of 2 or 3 % milk and some nodles and coned icecream from the machine.

Took kulfi and kulfi taste horrible, kulfi is not made from real milk. It appears that they made it with whip cream which can never deliver the kulfi experience and it's cheap to make like 2 liter ice cream sold
In stores for 4$

You pay for $10 kulfi to get experience of *back home*, but here they are selling just whip cream ice cream in kulfi flavour, that is NOT KULFI absolutely.

Bought paan: got refrigerated paan instead of freshly made: you pay premium prices for frozen paan, seriously?

I have only gotten the falooda from here and it is amazing! However, now they have reduced the quantity & quality of the falooda compared to before.

I have been to other Royal Paan outlet but this one is worst of all. Bought zarda paan and its waste of money, person making paan had no experience at all.just wasted 12CAD for 2 paan.

Worst service, food was ordered an hour ago and on asking for it they said they forgot about over order. Will never recommend going to this location.

Major Spoiler alert! I asked for Dahi Kachori and gave me super sweet Dahi Puri. In which definition is pani Puri ki Puri called as kachori? Apparently the corporate office directed the franchise to call Dahi Puri as Kachori. In Bhel Puri and Sev Puri they use thick Bhujia style sev and not nylon sev. You would guess that a large chain does some research before creating a recipe. I asked to make Medium spicy and it did not have spicy chatni at all it was just too sweet. We could not finish more than 2 spoons. Even in Punjabi or Delhi style chaat Gol Guppa is not termed as Kachori. Food definition and preparation is disgusting. I drove 45 to have nice Bombay style food and they served this. Hopeless!

Paid $44 and totally regret it. Paneer kathi roll was burnt and royal falooda was just pink sweet water. Worst ever.

We ordered rabri falooda and they just gave us vanilla icecream with roohafza milk. We tried first time from this place and we had a worst experience, if you are looking for best falooda this is worst place I suggest you to try somewhere else

Worst royal paan location i’ve ever visited. Just got my kashmiri Chai and it was literally water and salty in taste, whereas pther royal paan’s teas are reallly good in taste. And the employee looks like, he took some kind of drug because he was not in his senses and was giving weird looks to every coming customer.

They completed the order and then forgot to cook the vege momos, we waited about 45 minutes for our entire order.at a pan store, imagine!

Worst service. Asked for extra ketchup with two burgers, and the guy just passed me 1 pack of ketchup. Even we ordered two drinks, one of them was falooda, and was really bad. We tried chinguasy location, that is always good. We had really bad experience over this location. Wastage of money

Ordered pani poori with our order. The quality has gone down. The water for the poori had no taste. Very dissatisfied with todays order. This was ordered from bovaird location through skip the dishes

Total waste of money. Ordered royal faluda and paneer kathi roll from these guys. There was no paneer in roll and faluda was like pink colour mixed in water. Pls don’t visit this location.

I ordered kashmiri tea amd egg burger. The tea was salty, and burger was tasteless. Do Not waste your money.

Don't bother! This location is one of the old ones and used to be the best, not anymore.
The prices have gone up but the quality has deteriorated.

3 employees, no one was wearing masks, no hair net, no gloves.

- aloo tikki without any chutney, just a really thick aloo tikki w a few chana and a bit of yogurt (dahi)
- bhel puri was more like aloo mix for gol gappa. Bhel puri is supposed to be chutney chutpati and bold not mashed potatoes and sevia.
- kesar badam milk was good

I always live royal paan but when i visited this location it’s terrible.i just have one questions to this store do you guys give only 2 package ketchup for the whole food? I litterly got alot of food but the 2 indian boys over there were so rude with the customers and they said we only give 2 ketchup for 1 order.are you serious, make sure to teach some etiquette to your staff so that they can treat the customers nicely.

Bought Falooda kulfi today for 9$ plus tax. Too bad that I ckecked reviews after I had already experienced worst. I wont say much about this dish, as there are other similiar comments to what I have to say, I wander owner has not done anything about this cheap quality flooda kulfi which he is still selling for $9 plus tax even after number of bad reviews about it. I mean $9plus tax is alot of money, he/she should really make it for his family and really ask them - would you buy it for $9plus tax! Maybe then he will believe customers. Anyways its Brampton and I doubt owner cares much.

Don't waste your money on this Faluda. Bad taste and nowhere close to actual faluda. I tried chaat papdi too and it tasted equally bad. Defintely not worth any penny.

I think i never had given bad review to anyone, but for this place i am bound to do. Worst sandwich i ate here in my life. Worst faluda kulfi (i swear i prepare better at home). Too expensive. Had first visit and offcourse my last visit.

l called them and they said your order will be ready in 30 minutes, I went there after 40 minutes and my order wasn’t ready, so ok. I waited there for my order and they forgot my order and didn’t know what I ordered and how I wanted. And when I told the guy this How I gave my order he was showing me attitude and told him dude I already gave my order on phone and should be ready by now.
And in the end the taste was not good at all.their potato petty was all ginger paste.
My suggestion if you to go to royal paan go to order locations. They are spoiling their name.

One of the bad restaurant in Ontario. I order noddle tikki burger, but it has tikki that was too solid even I wasn’t able to eat.should stop to eat from this restaurant.

Absolutely uncivilized and rude staff. Do not wear gloves. Do not wear masks properly even in these COVID times. Have no courtesy to wear gloves even when you ask them. Won't recommend to anyone.

The veg noodle burger was really good. Also their masala drink was really good. These are a must tey item for anyone who goes there. The downside are the sky high prices. But this food that we tried is the closest to actual indian food.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I've been to a different royal paan before and their food was soooo delicious and consistent! I love the other location. I was disappointed with this place once but I thought I'd give it another shot. Second chance and still bad. I got vada pav and Bombay burgers. They were horrible. The Vada Pav was so dry, patty seemed old and hard. Barely any sauce felt like I was eating a bun with and some onions. The Bombay burger was just disgusting. More ginger then anything else and different toppings from the last time? They're not consistent and no sauce or spice. Really disappointed. I wont be coming here again. I'll drive the extra distance for the location near chincousey then here from now on, its worth it. If they keep going at this rate they wont have any customers!

Totally a waste of money, tried 4 different dishes. None of them were good. Won’t recommend anyone to go here.

Amazing place with snacks and drinks to offer. On top of that it has lots of DVDs for people who are looking forward to buy and watch Indian movies at home. Loved the meetha paan though also people were very welcoming.

Disgusting customer service. I asked for washroom, person at the counter said that it is blocked, then one of their employee came with the washroom key and after using the washroom, he locked it again. Cashier was eating while taking orders. I love royal paan but I will not recommend this location as my meal was not good as well.

The sandwich is really great and gives you a real indian taste but the chaat is very low quality and not worth the money spent. They do have a lot on their menu but most of the times they don't have things at all.

Everytime I have gone here it's been a disappointment for me. The service is very very slow.

As compared to other royal pans this one is not managed well. Either they need more people or they need to get the quality of food up and have things in the store that are on the menu.

I ordered Bombay sandwich and kathi roll so the guy told me to come after 25 minutes, when i reached there, there is no customer also i waited over 25 so around i waited 45 minutes for 1 sandwich and 1 kathi roll. Worst sandwich and kathi roll. It's smelling ginger only from sandwich and kathi roll has no stuff inside only 2 piece of onion, 2-3 piece of paneer and little bit green paper. No catch up no chutney inside of kathi roll. Don't go on this location. Worst experience ever.

If you are going there just keep in mind 2 things, you will not get anything tasty and take atleast 2 Hrs for your order because they forget your order everytime.

Mismanagement and untrained staff. Poor in customer service. Our order was already prepared and kept ready on the shelf but it was not announced as they usually do until we personally went and enquired after waiting for a really long time. A very good place for Indian fast food. I am a fan of paneer burger. You will get real taste of Indian fast food here. They also sell pan, Indian snacks fast food, Indian desserts like thandai and falooda. It's good food. But It's little bit higher in price.

Staff is not very approachable, their menu book was dirty, had food on the cover. They should improve their service

Did not enjoy our last experience at this location. The Kesar Badam was pink/ orangish in colour! And tasted like it had artificial flavour. The Gore location had better Kesar Badam drink.
