Royal Paan

I visited the place multiple times and tried different beverages. The Royal Falooda was amazing, but I do not recommend their Royal Kashmiri Chai.

I ordered sandwich for $12 and they gave me only bread with potato.shame on them!

Always great to have food from here, dahi wala golgappa nd rabri falooda with double rabri is to die for.

I tried this location. Have been to other locations as well. Food was really food as per my expectations and on time. Staff was good too.

Best food in town, that's correct rajma chaval is soooo good did and hygienic.

The Masala chai you get over here has no milk or sugar. It seems like they are on budget. I would suggest whoever owns this franchise please visit 1010 Dream Crest you’ll know the difference. Ruined my day!

Had a Very good experience at royal paan. Food was par excellence, staff was very friendly. 5 on 5 stars. Keep up the good work

Too much wait time and I ordered by order and they said it would take around 5-10 mins but I got my order after 30 mins and it was ready within 10 mins why they keep my order aside. Very bad service

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AT NIGHT TIME. ZERO Customer Service. I am going to other Royal Paan locations their customer is perfect. But I don't know what is going on at this location totally disappointed I came back to back 2 times But they are the same. Never gonna come back again and also not gonna recommend.

Have been to royal paan other location for many years, always a big fan.

Tried this location for the first time & sorry to say but the quality is not same as the other location.batata puri was ok, wasn't filled enough with toppings & sauces.
Also tried stuffed kulcha channa- totally bland, no salt or spices.
Not a good experience. Will definitely go back to our regular location.

I ordered 2 kulfi falooda but they gave me royal falooda.when i confirmed and asked the cashier about my order she said that is what i ordered and didn’t correct the order.
I had to order again the kulfi falooda and had to garbage the wrong order and paid for both.
Very bad customer service.

Food is stale and is not tasty not once but various time I recommend must try royal paan at bovaird and chinguacousy.

Just ordered from uber eats
First of all it was dry chaat papdi without any sauces or yogurt
When called in store and the girl said i confirmed with my kitchen we sent it check your bags they are not lying
When i said i can send picture she said what can i do you can take refund
Hire some better staff

It’s my 4th time I visit royal paan they don’t know how to make chaat and Other food like noodles burger when ever I visit there store I always think it’s ok maybe they r busy this is the reason they don’t make food well but always something missing sorry to say but I like Brisdale location they are always super busy But when you spend money it’s worth it there food is so good they know how to make Indian style street food

Ordered the Royal Falooda.have had it many times from other locations, first time here and it was not good. The noodles in the falooda were not fully cooked, and they were super long, and had so much of the noodles in the drink, it completely ruined the experience.

Bad experience. They don't follow the instructions while making the food. If customer asked about no hot peppers or red pepper they still put it on and said sorry. Its 2nd time happed with me.

We visited this place during our trip to Guelph as brampton was on the way.the food will make you remember india as soon as u take the first bite.their paans are a must try too. Best items are dahi puri, sukha puri, Mumbai grill sandwich

It's excellent to have 24/7 near by our work. Staff is okayish. Food was littlebit off of the test we usually get at Royal Paan. And as always Paan was great.

LOVE their kulfi faalooda and sweet paan. Very hospitable staff. Ideal weekend dessert indulgence spot for me!

Ordered pav bhaji from uber eats…. Bhaji was so bad and it was not fresh at all…. Really disappointed ️

Would give negative if possible. Food made me sick and paan is also worst i ever had. Had to spit it out.

Was surprised to see a location open up inside the gas station but very pleased. We had Panner Roll, Paneer burger and fried momos and all were very delicious! A bit spicy for the kids but we still all enjoyed. A few tables available inside and outside and lots of water/cups provided on tables which is nice.

I called for food availability they said yes they have it. 10 mins after i went from long way and they said we don’t have it. Ridiculous. Not even an apology from staff. So impolite Terrible experience.

Yes that tobacco product, Your representative at call said yes its available. Then when i went 10 mins they said come after. So that product went out of stock in 10 mins? All i needed was apology. Never got it.first you saying we didn’t received your call and then u saying that TOBACCO product is out of stock you were looking for. I mean get your answers straight. Will give a chance at other products no hard feelings. Thanks for getting back

Very bad unacceptable customer service ever seen. In order to run the paan shop. Person should know how to make and how to wrap the paan. No price set one customer paid three dollar before that $3.50. They changed me more than I thought. Won’t go back again at this place.
