Ordered Samosa chaat and two single samosa through Ubereats, they provided rotten samosas and put same rotten samosas in the chaat

This place has gone down over time. Lacks cleanliness, hygiene, service, quality of food and worst of all prices keep going up every couple of months and the quantity, quality, and service keeps going down. Total lack of any management and training of employees (new hires).

I didn't find a 2.5. Hence gracefully gave a 3. Chaat papri was loaded with sweet sauce, it was not balanced, it was canned chickpeas. People, you are charging good $ what is there in chaat, why use all instant material. Do some hard work. Chai was also instant and did not taste good at all. Sorry.

I had a chaat craving late night around 10pm and called to order a paapdi chaat, guy was quick to answer and order was prepared in no time with fresh water ingredients! Really enjoyed it!
Only thing to work on would be the blasting music which not everyone likes so maybe keep it moderate.

I had Steam Idli & Bombay Vada-pav.
BEST Vada-pav in Mississauga.
The Idli with Sambar & 2 chutneys was also good. It was great, tasty & they had a lot of chutneys & cutlery.
And the prices are reasonable too.

The falooda had just milk added by that lady instead of some thickshake or thickened milk. Felt like flavoured milk with icecream and dry fruits

Paan was okay and gave order for stuffed kulcha.after 15 minutes wait they said.stuffed kulcha is finished.

The way the staff girl treated was not at all appropriate and she was very rude even we tried to talk but she ignored us. They even closed the store at 12: 13 but the closing time was 12: 30.we just went to get paan and Falooda

Masala chai - The taste was so bitter like the milk gone bad for too long, please do not deliver food if its not consumable. Waste of money.

Very disappointed. We had been to this place today. We ordered for Dahi kachori puri (mentioned in the menu) and they served us dahi puri. I told them, we ordered for Dahi kachori puri. They kept telling us this only Dahi kachori puri. I asked them where is the kachori. They said we serve this only for Dahi kachori puri, see there is Dahi and puri, this is only Dahi kachori puri. If they had told me they don’t have Kachori, I would have ordered something else. Not going to this place again. Very very disappointed. Very bad customer service.

The food is very great especially the dosas and paan.
We ordered the dosas and paan, both were very tasty and service is extremely wonderful.

Hi, I am so sorry to say I just bought royal falooda was good in taste and 2 samosa but I was so shocked I found a long hair I am going to post a pic I am holding in my hand (but for sure you can't see that thin hair) and also the samosa are soo oily as you can see in the pic.

They made a lassi when I asked for a shake and then charged me again for a shake lolol and they’re so rude and argumentative for no rsn such bad customer service: (

I ordered for a pickup but the person on the phone was very rude about taking order and food was not good. The environment was very negative. I would not prefer to go there again.

Being a chaat and lassi lover, this is my go to place. The Mississauga/oakville border branch, next to royal indian grocer is the best one.

Stopped by and ordered the faluda, pani poori, and paan. Order was ready in 15. There was no tray to carry my drinks, so I had to ask. Preferred not to eat in as a family as there is a lot of traffic always where you sit down.

They are selling expensive items than other Royal paan franchises. Not a recommendation for this location. Very disappointed and very frustrated.

If you want traditional food go somewhere else.there is lots of options available around here

We tried gol gappya and juices, both tasted excellent. Service however is very slow and you might have to wait a while just to place an order as there was no one to be seen at the counter. I wish there was some decent place to sit and enjoy amazing golgappys

The people sitting there were a bit aggressive. Someone sneezed loudly twice and then started to joke he has alot of pressure built up.

Worst momos eaten ever. I think they just fried the frozen momos and gave, no freshness and taste, worst experience

Great location for snacks and Paan (Beatle leaf wrapped with coconut and fennel seed). Coffee and tea according to your taste is freshly available. Must try to experience.
