Milton: Ordered takeout bhel puri, but it was stale. Called to complain, but they insisted they just opened a packet and added sauce, ignoring our feedback.
30 minutes Before closing they were cleaning i drove 10 minutes to get a pan but they had done cleaning so they said they dont have pans.pathetic service
I’m a frequent visitor to terry fox royal paan. I was shocked after visiting the Milton branch.
Below is what is offered at terry fox branch 1. Table service 2. Low prices for items. 3. Chips and French fries along with the burgers ordered. 4.excellent food presentation.
The Milton branch has none of it. Such a disgrace to the royal paan brand.
My experience with this restaurant is wonderful.food is very tasty.i ordered rabdi faloda and panner khati roll.it was very tasty.i recommend to all you to visit and try food.also, this location have very friendly staff.specially, Jasveer kaur provide best coustmer service.she serves food with smile.
I ordered samosa chat and bombay sandwich.it is very delicious. Also, staff is very friendly.specifically thanks to jasveer.she speaks very politely and serve food very gently.
Real bad customer service and the person who took the order didnt listen properly. The food was ready, but when rrached home it was incofrect. From menu order3r Hot Aloo chaat and was given aloo tikki chaat. Called back on wrong order given, the guy on phone arguing that when we ordered Hot aloo chaat.he reconfirmed ir as Hot Aloo tikki chaat. Which he never reconfirmed and we did nit order Hot aloo chaat. He also says he is not arguing on phone, when he was niy agreeing on taking wrong order. Had ti hang up as no use because not ready to agree his wrong order prepared.
Staff should have listening skills and better custoner service.
I had a disappointing experience at this place while trying to place an order. The cashier was incredibly slow, taking 15 minutes to make just 3 paan. It was not worth waiting, so I left without placing my order. Improvement in service speed would be appreciated.
Worst food ever. Ordered vada pav. Potato insides were taste like it was 2 days old. For service, there was no such word called service. Person at counter was yelling from his place for order.
Best part is this places is perfect for vegetarian. Went on a Monday afternoon. Friendly staff food was freshly made and was quite good. Pretty quick device
The server was very rude for our order. We also ordered Bombay sandwich for which he asked to wait for 20 mins, we kept asking for our order and he didn't give even when it was on his table. He kept playing with us
Royal Paan in Milton is known as a go-to spot for Indian snacks. With a wide variety of options available, it's a place that can satisfy your cravings for flavorful treats. However, there is one aspect that can be a hit or miss: the quality and consistency of the food.
On some visits, you might be pleasantly surprised and enjoy the best food Royal Paan has to offer. The flavors, textures, and overall taste can be excellent, leaving you wanting more. Unfortunately, there are times when the experience is the complete opposite. The quality of the food can vary, and it's difficult to pinpoint the reason behind this inconsistency.
Despite this, there are some positive aspects to the establishment. The limited seating is actually a benefit, as it creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere, perfect for smaller groups. The staff members at this location deserve recognition for their friendly and helpful demeanor. Their hospitality adds a welcoming touch to the overall experience, making you want to return.
While there may be occasional disappointments with the food, the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist customers are commendable. It's this aspect that keeps drawing me back to Royal Paan in Milton, even though there have been times when I didn't enjoy the food as much.
If Royal Paan can focus on maintaining consistency in the quality of their offerings, it would undoubtedly result in repeat customers. The combination of friendly service and reliably delicious food would make it a destination of choice for those craving Indian snacks in Milton.
In conclusion, Royal Paan in Milton offers a wide range of Indian snacks, but the consistency of the food can vary. The limited seating area is suitable for smaller groups, creating an intimate atmosphere. The staff members are friendly and helpful, which enhances the overall experience. While improvements in consistency are needed, the potential for this place to become a favorite spot lies in maintaining high-quality standards that keep customers coming back.
Ordered PAV BHAJI, ROYAL FALOODA and SEV BATATA PURI. I thought the pav bhaji was flavourful and well spiced but was a bit runny. The pav was nicely toasted and ready to eat. The falooda was beautifully put together, tasty but I thought the rose flavouring was a bit overpowering. The batata puri was very good as well. Really hit the spot and so would definitely order again!
I was always skeptical going into a paan shop to eat chaat. But when a social media influencer friend of mine suggested I should go, I tried it out. It was crowded on a Saturday night around 10pm. So we decided to eat in the car. My wife went in and got the 2 of us a Papri Chaat, Sev Puri chaat and Aloo Chat. I am telling you, it was fresh and it was tasty, perfect amount of chutneys and perfect spice level, it just brought me back good old memories of my childhood. After eating went back in and got us a Ice-cream Falooda and Rose milk shake and 2 sweet paans. Friendly service. Will go there again and again lol.
