I have ordered masala fries with clear instruments that no Mayo and no orange sauce please and if you have liquid Cheese then use it but they didn’t follow the instructions and I guess not even read it properly
Ong you khulcha tge stuffed one totally punjabi rehdi wala khulcha taste. And your service is 10/10. The servers are polite, respected and so calm no matter what's the situation. You restaurant atmosphere is amazing. Thanks for the best stuffed khulcha. Idk how many times i ordered cz i love it punjab di yaad a jndi
Worst Coustomer service ever. I purchased one thing and she asked me it is packed, when I checked, it was opened. And they decided to give me my money back. Please be careful.
Neel (from Valsad) at the Royal Paan Shop were an absolute delight. His warm and friendly demeanor, combined with his deep knowledge of the Paan selection, made our visit truly special. He patiently guided us through the Paan wonderland, offering fantastic recommendations and creating a memorable experience for our family. His passion for all things was evident, and it's safe to say that his exceptional service turned a simple trip to a Paan store into a delightful adventure. We can't wait to return and explore more of their Paan and Falooda treasures with their expert guidance. Royal Paan Highly recommended!
If there is zero star i would like to give zero i wasted my 24$ over there that’s the second time ice cream was expired i think and they mix more water or roofoza in flooda that was tastlesd please look at ur service
Ordered on call. Food was prepared on time. Plus point of this location is drinks over here aren't too much sweet like other royal paan branches. Stuffed chana kulcha could be more better. So far it was good!
Who sells Puff for 3.49 each, do you make them with Gold or Titanium. Everywhere its 1.50 or 2.00 each. You guys just making money by charging three time, moreover food is not that good.
BUYER BEWARE - This was my first time experience with Royal Paan - I ordered a take out. Had bad experience with both my orders
(1) I ordered a vada pao - The app will force you to select cheese in vada pao even though it is optional. The app will not add vada pao to the cart unless you select cheese. So I thought, that is fine. I will pay $1 more and then add an instruction to not put cheese. Surprise surprise - I still ended up getting a small piece of cheese in my vada pao. First of all - which person in sane mind puts cheddar cheese in vada pao - it is disgusting. Amul cheese may be suitable for Indian cuisine, but Canadian cheese do not gel well with Indian cuisine
Second - the pao were shallow-fried and greasy. Normally, the pao is supposed to be dry. Quite a disappointment compared to vada pao sold on streets of Bombay.
(2) I ordered a dahi poori kachori - What I was expecting were kachoris sprinkled with sev and chutney and dahi. What I ended up getting was pooris sutffed with very tiny amount of what it felt like potato + peas + onion mixture. There were no kachoris to be found.
In nutshell - a very disappointing first experience. Will never Royal Paan again.
I ordered 3 pan shakes and they gave it wrong after complaining too, secondly also they gave it wrong saying it’s pan shake and you can clearly smell it even before tasting. Very very disappointed.
It's one of the best. If you want to enjoy the North Indian cuisine then this os the ultimate destination. During dinner time try to be there as soon as possible because it's hard to find a place there at that time. Good luck.
The food was good except the pani puri masala water which was more tangy than required and second thing I ordered a chana in kulcha but I got rice and chana so I thought they should have at least clarified me that they don’t have it they’re replacing it with something else. Otherwise food was fine. The noodle burger and noodle wrap it was good.
The staff has a very nasty attitude. The owner needs to have a look I guess! Rest the food is great but I will prefer going to some other location in future with better employees.
I dont know whats happening, their food quality used to b better in the past few years but now its getting trash. They are selling stsle food with no taste now. Dont go to this location atleast there are done other lications selling better food thn this!
This was first time i tried food from them and i had very bad experience even this is first time i am going to written this kinda review for any indian fast food. Last night i ordered Nutri Kulcha, Chat Papdi and 1 lemonade (which was much expensive than other for a regular size drink) kulcha (bread) was not fresh it was not even good to eat they put extra oil in nutri, no taste at all and chat papdi was having extra sauses on it with less material in it. Lemonade was the worst even i would suggest have any pop up rather spend money on it. I put my food in garbage for the first time. Never going to visit again and not even suggest anyone. Bad bad bad experience.
Quality of the wada pao was very bad, wadas were tasteless, too oily, no taste at all.we bought 6 plates wadapao but was all disappointment at the end. Not at all happy with the taste and quality of food here.
I know Indian community love street food but specific about this restaurant that they use so much butter and oil which change the food texture and taste. For some of their dishes they use the same filling for an example: - kathi roll and paneer burger which is really greasy and soggy.
Update May 28,2021: So today I visited this place to have some mango lassi. I ordered two mango lassi and both of them were very bad. It was very sour and felt like i was drinking that tin wala aam ras. I actually saw the guy making the lassi. He just poured in some milk and the aam ras and mixed it and gave it to me. I have had mango lassi lot of times from Royal paan Kitchener and Royal paan Bovaird Brampton, and they are perfect. They use ice-cream and milk to make the lassi so its thick and sweet enough. Also they garnish it with pista. While this royal paan makes the lassi like it is water and no pista for garnishing too. This was the shitest mango lassi i have ever had in my life. Never stepping in again at this location.
I tried pista flooda, It was not up to the mark that I tried from other royal pann locations. It was not even close. I had best pista flooda from Hamilton location.
Bought Bombay Burger and Royal Falooda, Burger was pretty good in both terms of quantity and quality wise. Without even the single doubt, I can say falooda is their signature drink and they never fail to impress anytime i go there. Although I was on diet.
Finally some good Bhel Puri! -1 star only because they - as most others in Brampton area - don't put the whole Puri at the bottom as it is supposed to have (guess that's Punjabi style?). Sorry, I'm fussy about that since I have only had it in Mumbai and a handful of restaurants in Mississauga. The flavour was perfect though!
I drove all the way from Etobicoke to try their Meetha Pan, staff was cool but the Paan was below average, if you have tried good Paans in your life then do not bother to try from this place.
We ordered kulfi falooda burgers and dahi puri and the taste was really bad and they gave us falooda in bowl and was not fresh at all it seems we wasted our money moreover dahi puri dahi was very sour
WORST Royal Falooda I have ever had from Hurontario store. I ordered Royal Falooda with extra Rabri but instead I got ice cream and milk shake delivered. Seriously! I could have made a better one at home and I am not joking. My base line was set by the Kitchener Store. Really amazing Royal Falooda I ever had.
@Hurontario Store - If you want to be in business, better provide the quality.
Its very poor quality. We purchased 2 pista thandai. It tasted like water and sugar. And very less cream. I always drink pista thandai at royal pan on the gore road brampton. And its very good.
Second time coming to this place and this same location always never seems to give me what I want. I asked for a falooda with ice cream as they advertise and the lady told me only the mango shake comes with it. Ok so I told the next lady what I actually asked for then she made the same mango drink and put ice cream on top. Lol. (doesn’t taste good either) First time I came here same lady who messed up my order tried to hand me a straw with no packaging as she firmly grabbed it with her bare hands! (they now have gloves) only upgrade I’ve seen. I’d rather drive further to Bollywood to get a falooda at Bristol & McLaughlin!
The quality has been continuously going down while the price is always going up. Just tried paan today, it wasn't fresh at all. When I mentioned about it to the cashier, she said that that's how it always is and refused to say anything else.
Their food is okay. Their prices are lil steep when compared with their competitors. And if it’s busy, it’s best to just avoid this place as it will tale forever for you to order and finally get your food.
Wrost falooda ever. I asked for rabdi kesar badam falooda. I felt like it was made from skimmed milk. When I asked to change, cashier give some Wrost explanation like 'Sometimes we got our rabdi thin. ' Really?
Plus. Rabdi kulfi had lot of thin noodles in it. Expected less. (& only one customer was there in the store except us, so don't give excuse like rush hours)
A decent place for couples to chill and prolly you'll find plenty of brown couples sitting there. They're taking care of cleanliness and I loved the fact that they've really very trained staff not like any other Desi restaurant where they start pushing people and take extra work from them just to save money. I'd highly recommend their Bombay burger and Kathi roll. Enjoy guys. And keep up the good work Team Royal Paan:)
Place to hangout with frnds for good and hygienic food. Staff is really good and best thing about is that is opens till late 1am. Lots of menu option with variety of fast food to choose from.
Visited on 3rd December evening and unfortunately Food taste wasn't near close to other Royal Paan restaurant. We ordered Paav bhaji, Vada paav, Kachi dabeli, Bombay Grill sandwich, Bhel puri and Royal Faluda. Among this all, only Faluda was good. Paav bhaji was lower than average, Vada paav was ok ok. About kachi dabeli, I was super excited about it as I had it in other Royal Paan and it was too good. Here, there was only some weird taste which wasn’t close to even dabeli (was smelling bad as well). Bombay Grill’s taste was lower than average sandwich and no complimentary chips provided (FYI: Some Royal Paan store does). Everything else was great like Customer service, Late night closing time, Seating facility, WIFI facility and clean washroom. Only thing they need to improve more is Food Taste! Thanks!
Best Place to enjoy The Real and Authentic Indian Street Food. Specially their Milk Shakes. Typical Desi Falooda. I loved it. You will be amazed by Ankit’s personalised and dedicational service.
Tried their paan and the royal falooda. The Falooda was really good and worth the trip. There is plenty of seating available. Place smelled like paan and there was a colourful display of the ingredients. However, the steady stream of customers seem to be getting tea or kulfi. The taste was as close as to what we get in India and interiors were ok but otherwise it was a good experience overall.
Its a good place for a quick bite and few other things which ofcourse includes paan. Not sure of the paan but the food was not bad to begin with. Samosa chaat and Bombay Burger both were good but the curd was a real let down since it was really sour and too much of a quantity for the entire dish. The shop is gloomy too. Not too bad otherwise.
Nice and friendly environment at this place you get lots of Indian snacks at reasonable price and different types of drinks and desserts available like falooda lassi badaam sharbat etc.
Nice place for food, snacks, shakes and everything:) Indian style food:) Staff was always friendly and helpful even it’s busy or slow. I highly recommend this royal paan instead of any other location. Keep it up.
Its a place that makes you forget that you are in canada. The options on menu are all fast food and yet very filling. There is plenty to choose from when you have a craving for street food. Really nice faluda.i loved the kesar faluda. Also.delicious chat and noodle burger is a must try.
Amazing food and service! The place is usually packed especially late nights but the guys manage the orders really well. A must-visit place if you are craving paan, milkshake or Indian street food. You will not be disappointed!
Excellent Service from all emoloyees. They are very friendly and kindly take care of all customers. On the top of that food is delicious. I love their paan and Rabdi Shake.
Its a great place to get some fresh paan in canada. They have all varieties of paan - meetha/sada/ etc. I was disappointed with the Kashmiri Kahwa tea, it tasted like a regular masala chai nothing like an original kashmiri kahwa.
Tried their 'Pav Bhaji' and 'Sweet Lassi' for brekfast today and must say I was very very dissapointed. Please read details below.
1 - The Bhaji was very plain, almost tasteless. Had to add chopped onion and lime juice to get someeee taste out of it. 2 - The Pavs were super dry as if they were thrown on the tava without applying any butter or even oil for that matter. 3 - The Sweet Lassi was not even close to sweet. I would understand if it was less sweeter than normal or even had a little hint of sweet but nope. This Lassi was tangy like it was made out of super khatti dahi. 4 - To top it all the portions are small for what they are priced at. I would happily pay whatever the price may be if its worth it. But not this place. Food here is unreasonably overpriced.
Also, I'm from Delhi and have grown up eating all kinds street food from everywhere. So please dont tell me this is how pav bhaji is! Mind it, I'm not comparing their food with the food and taste we get back home because that wont be right. But food here is not even worth by the Canadian Indian standards. So if you dont wanna waste your money than avoid this place, atleast their 'Pav Bhaji' and 'Sweet Lassi' for sure.
I went there just to have a quick bite, ordered Royal Kulfi Falooda to dine in. It was very busy at the we went in, after waiting for about 25 minutes, We got our order. The moment I saw my item, it doesn't not look like how it is supposed to be, very messy, poor presentation. It seems like due to peak hour they just put all the ingredients on bowl and mixed it. I took the item to counter attendant and he was very rude told me that he can't do anything. I have been to other locations in different provinces several times, never has bad experience like this. Their order taker is very arrogant, did not acknowledge the feedback. Never going back to this location ever. ROYAL PAAN# you need to train your staff how to provide customer service along with delicious items on your menu.
