Royal Paan

This place needs serious management change. People working in this place don’t speak English and it’s very hard to communicate. I ordered stuff and the guy hung up on me when I asked how much time it will take. When I called again all he did was repeat my order and hung up on me again.

Please employ people that can communicate and speak English. It’s easier for people that do not speak your language.

It was indeed great visiting Royal Paan. The extremely cordial and polite staff members. Girish bhai, whome i met at Royal Paan, was a very friendly person. It was truly pleasant to talk to him. Wishing all the great progress to Royal paan. Thank you

It's not worth the hype, food is average, and ambiance is not that great. They definitely need a good exhaust system to let the smell and smoke out of the kitchen. They play music so loud that you can't hear the next person. They think people come to listen to their music.

The worst experience. Ordered Kathi roll and noodle burger both were given like messed up. The lady who was working on Nov 8 2021 was seem rude and in lack of customer service. Should close such location instead of spoiling the name of Royal Paan. Will never come here and won't suggest anyone to go even.

One of the worst locations of Royal Paan. Should think twice before giving franchises. Came here 8 Nov 2021and got the worst food ever and the lady who was here on that day was very poor in customer service.

I ordered from this place twice, it is so disappointing every time they miss things in my order, if you call them to ask they won’t answer the phone. I will never order again from this place

I ordered noodle burger it was so bad. Never buy noodle burger it tasted like feet. Veggie burger was good anyways.

Poor customer service and employers are very rude to customers. I won’t suggest to anyone this location.

I went there on Sep 6th 2021, the lady serving there was not wearing mask nor gloves, when I asked her to wear glovrs while making paans she bluntly refused and said rudely NO.she was rude and very careless like she is giving away food for free to us.
Total disappointment.

Bhai log, don't open franchisees bcz you just want the number of shops in gta, i have been eating noodle burgers from brampton terminal location from 2 years, this location is the worst one, the guy in the front has unnecessary attitude, noodles were stone cold inside hot burger, oil was coming in every bite, wrapping was like they just threw everything in it, not coming at this location at least.

Worst place ever and no hygeine. Insects are moving all over the food at the main counter and on all the candy boxes.

The Lady was extremely rude. The restaurant was dirty and the employees had no masks or gloves on. The lady has a attitude problem. This location is not good. She charged $1 for a small peice of mint.

I went there at 12: 00 a.m. After my work, traveling 35 km from home and came to know that there was no food, than what's the point to keep it open until 3: 00 a.m. I am really disappointed.

Lady at the counter was without wearing face mask and no gloves making paan. When we asked please wear the gloves while making paan but she rudely replied its OK and instead of repeated she did not resultantly we refused to buy.

Staff should be behave nicely with the customer. Again I will say not a good customer service

Worst royal pan location! The kathy roll was very soggy and tasteless. Vadapaav was dry and cold. Masala sandwich had no aloo masala. Would never ever go again here.

We had falluda ice cream, pav bhaji and kathi roll. Only falluda ice cream was good and pav bhaji and kathi roll were decent.

Worst falooda ever.milk and rose syrup with boiled vermicelli and kulfi nothing else to get the customers out of store asap!

I got the worst food this time. The dosa was raw and too sour to eat. The samosa had big potatoes which were inedible. The sambhar was not properly packed and it slipped and spilled on my carpet when I took it out from the bag. The paper bag was broken from the bottom. Every time I got was the best but I don’t know what happened this time!

Went to the restaurant yesterday with a friend as it was his first time going to this restaurant so was mine. One particular employee, (she was rude with glasses on). Was unprofessional and were passing remarks about the customers while working. Saying "kai sa bhi ha jate hai" That particular customer was also with a friend and was part of LGBT+ community, I am assuming he did not understand the language. I was just shook!

The food is absolutely delicious. If you want to experience the street food of Delhi and Mumbai, this is the best place interns of quantity, quality and service.

I had previously ordered from here and food was good, but yesterday's service was awful!
I ordered using skip the dishes - ragda patice, paneer burger and a royal falooda
Ragda Patrice was stale, totally cold, poorly packed, burger was soggy and stale!
And falooda was just a plain milk shake and that was too sugary! Why do you call it falooda? It had no icecream, no noodles, no chia seeds!
I am having a stomach ache throughout the day because of your stale food!
Never ordering from here again!

Ordered 2 pans: raja sahib and Sadah Khusbu.waste of money. Not good at all. The pan leaf was all too moist. Flavours were not good.

This has been my GoTo place since Manjeet bhai started many years ago, then Bhavesh took over and chaar chaand laga diye, in summary the best paan, best shakes and drinks and best Indopak street food served here with great customer service, their Veg samosa is definitely the best of GTA, must try along with Royal Kulfi Falooda, go ahead give it a try, you will come back for more

Tried the bombay grill and paneer sandwiches, both of which were delicious, also had a customized meetha paan which was flavourful. Friendly customer service will excellent order value.

Bad customer services and the guy with pony (I guess he is the owner) is always rude. He don’t know how to deal with customers. Even he don’t deserve one star.

Customer services very bad and falooda shhhhhhhh very bad taste.its not original taste. Warmy Sally is not original. When I drink royal kaser badam falooda taste is very bad. So, next time I cannot order from royal paan. They not give fresh food and drinks.

Worst rose falooda I ever had in my life! Waste of money and time. Will never go at this location again. Disappointed!

The guy who deal on the counter bihari guy behave very rude and dont know how to deal with custmor.

Service is so unprofessional.very over priced plus the staff was without mask.falooda taste’s average than other royale paan centre. Staff needs to be polite.

I ordered 4 meals for a small party at home at 3: 00 pm today. I was expected to receive the order at 4: 00 pm but at 4: 00 I received a order cancellation message. Then I reordered at 4: 00 pm and received at 5: 00 pm. But to my utter disappointment. 1.5 meal missing out of 4 meals. The remaining food that I received was extremely bad in taste. Kulcha was not a proper kulcha but a fast food type bread pizza base.chole were smelly. Whatever partial meals we received and that too in my 2nd reorder, they were really bad and we all have a bad stomach now. When I called, the counter person spoke so badly, was rude and did not care to rectify and compensate for the issues in the order and 1st order cancellation after 1 hour of wait. Instead, I would recommend A1 Sweets and Restaurant. I ordered from there a couple of times and when I have missing orders, they know how to retain the customer and build a relationship. But these Royal Paan people just don't care. Highly disappointed by the food, service and customer service.

The price is a bit high. And the Bombay grill sandwich has only bread and chatni nothing more than that. And the price is $8. That is too expensive.
All the other items are really expensive. They should reduce the price. And add more things in the Bombay grill sandwich.

Are they not supposed to wear mask and gloves. What's wrong with these people. Don't they know whats going on out there. I am shocked how come no one from peel region give them fine or close their restaurant. Will never visit there.even after pandemic. Can't risk our health.

We ordered Ragada patties. The patties were oily and burnt. We could feel the burnt bitter taste in the mouth. The quantity of dahi and chutney was no enough for the patties. For take away the papdi chat had almost no chickpeas. Over all i would not recommend this location!

Now they don’t have taste that used to be before. I order royal lassi. But they give me sweet buttermilk.

Same taste as in India.specially Mumbai.
I tasted Vada-Pav, dry fruit falooda, & cheese grilled Sandwitch. That was awesome. I must say try again and again.
And the big thing is they served chips too.as a complementary.

Vada-pav is with green chatny, but that was chargeable, I think they should serve as a free of cost.

They make awesome food. We tried the noodle burger, kulcha chole and pav bhaji. All of the items were outstanding!

I loved the paan. It reminded me of my childhood. The place needs help in staying clean there was a spilled drink under the table that no one cared to clean tables are very sticky. But when you are craving desi sweets it's a great place.

This location (like many other Royal Paan locations) has gone through renovations and now they have a much decent sitting area.

Their paans are generally good. I usually have their sweet paan which is really good. As far as their falooda is concerned, it's not the traditional flooda that we get in Pakistan or India, as it's made from vanilla ice cream. If you don't mind that, then it's good, however, a bit too sweet for my taste.

One disappointment I had on my last visit was their Kashmiri tea which did not taste good at all. It had this weird taste and was slightly on the bitter side. I have had their Kashmiri tea in past and it tasted better than this so I am not sure if it was this one batch that they made which was bad.

Overall, a nice and clean place to visit with family and/or friends.

Got Kashmiri Chai from here. It was barely warm, very watery, and didn’t taste the best. I don’t know if it was just an off day, or this is how it is everyday. Wouldn’t get it again from here.

Often I see a que of customers longer than any observed at Tim Horton's and at times longer than que outside nights clubs in downtown Toronto on weekend nights.
The staff is polite and patient despite desi impatient crowd.
The menu covers most of the items needed at a Paan House.
There is lot of room for new receipes.
Hopefully sometime down the line we will be buying 50$ paan as well, if the franchiser takes initiative.

Good place to have Indian snacks, mouth refresher paan and faluda. It needs more attention to keep clean
