A rep called me just before 5pm last Friday to ask about when he could come visit my place for a painting estimate. I responded that he could come in about a half hour (as I had another painter with me at the time). He said he can come in 15 minutes, I said it wouldn't work. Apparently, he couldn't wait the 15 extra mins! Nevertheless, I asked could he come at 7pm on the following Monday, he said yes. I gave him the address. He never showed up. If he didn't want to come, he shouldn't have said he would and wasted my time. Reflects poorly on the business and their regard for customers.
