I wana mention one name Ms Stella she is best at what she does at Royal pine. Whenever I had any query she was quick to response everytime and I really appreciate her help everytime I needed. They are very efficient and help me with my difficulties as quickly as possible every time. There was water at the door and they fixed it for me within a day, or on weekends. When applying for the network, the network company did not apply for us, and the staff of royalpine home were very enthusiastic to help us fix it, and it was really easy to communicate. This home buying experience was a pleasant one.

The staff were really helpful and sympathetic. We had an issue with the packaged internet deal with Royal Pine where the internet company was making us run in circles to get the deal. The staff was prompt to act, contacted the internet company and we got our deal.

Moved into a house built by royal pine. So many things could be better in my opinion. One of the showers off rip, first day when we moved in had low water pressure. Idk why you guys install homes with moen eco performance and then have poor water pressure but whatever. As the years go by there’s new discoveries of mess ups by the builders and who ever installs the other details, shower still horrible and the water pressure just gets worse and the temperature of the water isn’t consistent. Only one shower in the house for some reason is good. Maybe their model is outdated but personally after building I would consider doing my own renovations to fix what they couldn’t do. Also, I would recommend upgrading your interior designs when it comes to building the house. Homes are not timeless but maybe the year the house was built and bought, their design wasn’t up to standard.

The worst builder at Hampton place lots of promises to fix issues but upto now they have not done. It’s been you years we are living here.
Maintenance sky high after 1 st year they increase.
Poor management.

I recently purchased a home from royal pine, and I couldn't be happier! It has been a great experience from beginning to end, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of my home. The attention to detail and the receptiveness from the staff have been exceptional.

I absolutely love my new home. I am happy I chose this builder to meet my needs. I was hesitant at first as I am not an expert in home building but the staff from royal pine walked me through the entire process. Thank you Royal Pine!

We weren’t told to register for a warranty within the first 60 days of moving for the 10 year manufacturers warranty. And now 7 years later, my furnace is breaking down, kids are freezing in the middle of winter with no coverage. This kind of information is vital and it’s the builders responsibility to inform us of this! Mattamy always informed me up front for my other properties and what’s even worse is that they’re not even doing anything to help either when it was clearly their lack of guidance information. Honestly, probably wouldn’t buy a Royal Pine home again and I suggest you don’t either. 0 stars are more worth it than 1 but that’s not an option.

Very satisfied with this builder. You can tell they use top grade materials unlike most builders out there today. Great customer service and support on quick fixes and other items that needed to be looked after. Thank you Royal Pine. My wife is finally in a good mood!

If you want to know How can u build house with cheapest material? Come see house build by Royal pine. They just gives you empty promises. No action. Never buy from them. Very rude decor, sale and service staff. When ever you call them the answer you get is alsways. No no no no no and NO.

My uncle bought a Royal Pine homes.he is very satisfied with it.in fact he still lives in it.their kitchen is absolutely beautiful.very well done. God bless you.

Our family had purchased a single detached house from Royal Pine Homes and we have been very satisfied with the purchase.

There was an equal amount of spacing left on both sides of our home between each of the neighbours and the quality of the finishes were second to none after paying for the upgrades. We are now looking to upgrade the size of our home and are waiting for their next development so that we can have some more space.

If I could give Royal Pines 0 stars, I would. Worst builder and customer service I have ever dealt with. They misrepresent information and skew the details. Their staff is ill-mannered and absolutely lazy when it comes to getting anything done. Absolute crooks! Would suggest everyone to steer clear of this organization and find yourself a worthy builder for your home that works hard to make your experience pleasant, UNLIKE Royal Pine Homes.

This is the worst after service company I have ever had the opportunity of dealing with. I am still waiting to have items fixed from my 1 year tarion warranty. They came and did the inspection but no one came to fix anything. I followed up.another guy came now they are saying it's within tolerance.crack floor.my pinky finger could fit in the cracks.
I have several outstanding issue which has not been rectified. Their service department is the absolute worst. All the good folks are gone and the new ones are just horrible.
My wife refused to have a certain rep enter our house, that's horrible they are. Always got an answer to everything in their favour.
If you want good after service, pack your stuff and run like hell, you will not be getting it from Royal Pine.
They are selling TH in my area and i refused to let any family member purchase from them. They are all aware of my issues.
Folks on my street lost all confidence, neighbour even yelled at the rep.they over heard him talking bad about their race.

Not happy with this builder as they messed up with the specs for appliance installation and when the time came to fix, I was told they did everything right and did not want to fix or compensate me and I had to pay additional charges for appliance installation as the appliance installers had to come three times to get everything right and they charged me for this and when I approached Royalpine for compensation of these additional charges, they told me they cannot compensate as they have done everything diligently. Lesson is learned: next time I have an opportunity to buy a new home, Royalpine is definitely NOT on my list. The worst experience for me with this builder.

Very ridiculous home builder. Recently moved into brand new home made by Royal Pine. Roof was not installed properly. Within 6 months of moving in- a portion of my house roofing shingles fell off. I approached Royal Pine customer service representative (Rui DaSilva) and explained the situation. I sent him photos roof condition. At first, he refused to repairing the faulty roof. Although, after he admitted that the roof was installed improperly, resulting the roofing shingles to fall off. He said that he had informed his roofing company, and promised that they would come by and fix the problem. I waited a few days for roofers to come by. I emailed him again, and he said he confirmed that the roofers would come by. It rained that night, and now there was water inside my home- penetrating ceiling. The rain caused water damage in the interior of my home. I attempted to contact Rui DaSilva and other Royal Pine emergency contacts at this time. I GOT NO ANSWER. Left many emails and voice recordings. THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED THEM! The next day, I paid thousand out of my pocket to fix the roofing issue!

Now 3 weeks later, another section of my roofing shingles have fallen off. Now I will have to spend additional thousands of dollars to repair improper initial roofing installation of a 6 month house. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!

It is absolutely unacceptable for Royal Pine to neglect their very poor quality installation. Every-time I tried to call Royal Pine service representative (Rui DaSilva), ended up in his voicemail. Phone was never once answered. Additionally, most of my voice recordings were not returned. Royal Pine is a builder that does not value or fulfill their promises. Very poor workmanship, totally ridiculous customer service. Not a builder that stands behind their services- absurd company values.

There are other problems I had with this builder as well. Save yourself the hassle- there are plenty of other competition home builders. Do not hesitate to choose other builders over Royal Pine. I recently moved from a house made from Treasure Hill Homes. Never had any problems with them. Treasure Hill build-quality and customer service is NIGHT AND DAY compared to Royal Pine Homes.
