Scott, the owner, was very quick to respond to our email for smoothing an older home’s concrete floor. He even fit us in earlier than expected. Matt was here promptly and spent hours today sanding with a high grade diamond sander and exceptional vacuum that left minimal to no dust. So happy with the results before a flexible vinyl flooring can be applied. The old glue from carpets, the old paint and black concrete mastic adhesive was completely removed. Worth every Penny and peace of mind knowing floors are now smooth and clean.

Had cement porch that was cracked and leaking into my cold room. He squeezed me in at the end of last season when it was too cold to do a proper finish but to get me by for the winter. This spring he came back and finished the top with a light grey epoxy coating with quartz sand. Looks wonderful and my cold room's nice and dry!

Scott and the Gang from Royal fixed our slab-on-grade living room floor. We had big cracks, and the floor had sunk in spots making it very uneven.

Scott and his crew did an excellent job on my front porch floor and garage floor. The porch looks just like cut stone that matches some of my natural stone in the walkway. The garage floor has a two toned decorative epoxy finish that is such an improvement to what was an old cracked and broken cement surface. Both areas suit the house perfectly and I couldn't be happier with not only the end result but also working with such a nice group of people. Highly recommend.
