Communication sucks. They are trying to continue to charge me after I told them I was done using the storage unit. Trying to stifle me of $300+ for no reason

Fantastic Facility & Friendly Service!
The ladies at the front dest were very welcoming and knowledgeable about their many options.
I have an indoor heated and outdoor space and come and go through the gates, as I please, efficiently and securely with a simple tap of my pass.
In the event a washroom facility is needed, there is one on site that is kept very clean.
I would recommend Royal Storage to anyone looking for storage space of any kind!

Avoid this facility if you have valuable items you don’t want stolen. My friend and I share a unit in this facility and were targeted by criminals. It was extremely easy for thieves to enter the compound using a 4-digit code and steal our stuff. To make matters worse, their video surveillance is so poor that police are unable to identify the license plate or faces of the perpetrators. Royal Storage has taken zero accountability for the incident and their lack of follow up after several weeks tells me they don’t really care about their customer’s belongings.

Find a more secure storage facility and don’t make the same mistake we did.

It was always a good experience. Very professional and helpful. However, I just received a notice of $10 a month increase across the board regardless of unit size. That does not sit well with me. I'll be looking elsewhere.

I haven’t used Royal Storage for my storage unit, I sure wish I had! I called today to see if I could possibly get some help in finding some information out about who bought my storage unit from another storage company. The other place shouldn't have sold it on me.but THEY DID! It had everything I own in it except for a suitcase of clothes I have with me, they knew this also! Yet still sold my locker out from under me saying I owed $850 for 2 months! Impossible, plus they locked me out of my unit in the 1st month which I paid in advance for! Horrible people at that other place!

Anyhow, I called Royal Storage today and spoke to a wonderful lady and explained my situation. She was so nice and caring and couldn't believe what the other place did to me. She's going to see if she can help me find out who bought my unit. Hopefully she can. I appreciate the help and just her being so nice, understanding, empathetic, caring etc. It sure was VERY different compared to the OTHER place! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

This is my second time using Royal Storage and I have to say out of all the facilities I have used in Ontario, no business (storage or otherwise) compares to the staff at Royal Storage. These employees are the most professional people I have ever met AND customer care is number one. Great job and this is why a lot of us in the Guelph area are returning customers!

Worked with Callie to get a storage unit without visiting the site. We were able to arrange it 'Touch-free' in under half an hour, and then when I discovered that the locker we had arranged was not large enough for my needs, she was able to upgrade us in only a few minutes. Finding storage was difficult, most places I called didn't have space for my stuff. But Royal Storage was a big help and has contactless check in a really nice touch.

We have been with Royal Storage for about 4-5 years now and have never been happier. Both Callie and Sara have been exceptionally courteous, helpful, and have graciously accommodated our needs. Both my daughter and I hold a unit each and have always found our units properly acclimatized, one for indoor and one for outdoor. They are exceptional clean and the facilities well maintained and have the best security I have encountered so far. The rates are very fair. As a family, we at one time or another have needed the use of a storage unit and to date Royal Storage has been the best for us. Thank you Royal

Best Storage facility around! The promotion they have is amazing and Sara is extremely good at what she does! As a customer service representative she met all my needs and more. I have yet to encounter this type of fantastic service in a storage facility but it is refreshing. Do not shop elsewhere. Royal is the place to be!

Have had the best experience with royal storage, needed a unit fast to pack my whole 2 bedroom in, Sarah was wonderful at setting the unit up for me contact less, ran into a road bump and she's gone out of her way for me to ensure ensure this move is as easy as possible. 10 out of 10 recomend!
