Never again. Next time I will take my 16 mo to Newmarket. It seems like absolutely no movement in the hallways and yet you wait ridiculous amounts of time.

It was the worst experience ever at Emergency.
10hr waiting and nothing no attention. Went to ask about our case at the nurse station, and she was super rude. She said that we just need to wait because hospital conditions changes however we are still waiting and it is been almost 11hr since we arrived.

I stopped by the Barrie emergency room this morning on my way to toronto. The process to get your bracelet in registration was expedient. Although, allure of those clerks were not pleasant or welcoming. No one smiled, just cold personality. I left after 2 hours in triage, the pain in my body is intense, no one looked in on me but had drawn the curtains leaving me moaning with pain. The floor was bloody and filthy. I FELT ABANDONED

Had an amazing experience the couple times I've been here after breaking my leg, lovely and caring nurses willing to help with the push of a button.

The food I received during the week I was there after surgery amazed me for what I would expect from hospital food and they kept me well medicated during my stay constantly checking up on me and providing IV upon request if my pain was too bad.

Not bad wait times in my experience but having a broken leg they kinda prioritized me all and all I really love the staff I love helpers and I love the quality of care I received, I hope not to be back again haha but I'd know they'll get me comfortable and get my care done right:)

This is ridiculous. I waited for 8 hours literally to get to the doctor. This is supposed to be EMERGENCY room. The point of an EMERGENCY room is emerg I mean what takes them that long? I watched so many people in pain in waiting room waiting for them to call them.i wanna give them negative 5 stars cuz jeez. NEVER GO TO THIS SO CALLED HOSPITAL

Don't waste your time going here, the doctors and nurses in the emergency room do nothing.
Try another hospital. If i could give 0 stars I would.

I had the worst birth experience here, they do not care about your health, make babies wait over 5 hours to receive help for a compacted bowel (she’s 8 1/2 months). They make everyone wait ridiculously amount of hours. It shouldn’t be contact your local ER for emergencies but your doctor as chances are you will see them first xx

I would like to thank all of the ER. Katelane and Holly I was lucky to have such caring Staff. Thank you so much! Staff and the EMS driver and ParaMedic who rushed me in and helped save my life last Wed night. Mark the Paramedic who rushed me in and stayed with me till he knew I was out of danger. And all of the ER staff who helped regain my proper stats

Google RVH wait times to know before you go. Everyone is doing the best they can with what they have.

The emergency department is an absolute gong show. I understand how difficult working in healthcare is in this day and age, but it does not justify compromising the health and safety of the people in the community at any time.

Went to emergency, knowing that the wait times were going to be long but all the nurses I encountered on my wait were wonderful doing the best they can and always apologizing for the wait and when I finally saw the doctor he was also great. Thank you to the all the wonderful heath care professionals there today you deserve a big high 5.
