My appointment with Sudesh was fantastic. The online booking portal was simple to navigate. I felt listened to at my appointment and all of my physical concerns were addressed and met during the massage. A great experience, will definitely be booking again!

I have gotten many great massages from both Sarah and Melanie. Sarah is knowledgeable, she reads your chart/history, and asks questions to ensure the treatment is effective. Melanie's technique is just what my body needs to release my stubborn trigger points. If you need a deep tissue massage from someone strong, see Melanie. I always leave feeling like a truck was lifted off my shoulders. Clinic wise, I like the ease of the online booking system and all staff are very friendly.

A great place to get a massage! The therapist worked with me to address my back pain and even recommended stretches and exercises to help prevent further injury. Will absolutely be returning in the future.

My experience with Lisa today was incredible. She has a unique ability to really use her skills to get to the root causes and conditions of pain and discomfort. I left the appointment feeling better physically and emotionally as her practice targeted both my muscle tension and the underlying stress that keeps my body tight and tense. Sudesh has great knowledge and care as a massage therapist. He has the intuition to target the source of pain/tightness and will also provide stretches to perform at home to aid in creating more balance in the body.

I have been coming here for the past 5 years and seeing Igal on a regular basis. If I can sum up my experience in one line it would be, “Igal changed my life”. When I first came to see him I was limping with a lot of back pain, hip issues and day to day activities such as walking, stairs were very difficult for me. Igal’s treatments, suggestions for at home exercises, acupuncture worked wonders. I have no issues with walking, I can even hike now. I continue to come here and see Igal every 2 months to maintain the progress.

Preeya’s knowledge and kind demeanor was a delight. The work she did for me relieved a lot of pain, and invigorated me. Her style of massage therapy is influenced by the training she is currently getting to become an osteopath. She delivers exceptional results time and again, relieving pain that I didn’t even know I had, while targeting the issues I brought in to get addressed. She takes her time to investigate her patient's body, to really target their issues and resolve them at the root. I have already booked my next massage appointment with her.

I went to go see Lisa after having months of issues with my shoulder and neck. The discomfort was unbearable. I was constantly uncomfortable, unable to stand, sit or sleep. I was advised by medical professionals to go to physio and to see a chiropractor. I attended an appointment with Lisa at Royal York Massage Therapy under the advice of a friend and I have to say she is a miracle worker. I felt a huge difference after just one session; I was actually able to have a full night sleep without any pain or discomfort. After the third session my neck and shoulder issues have completely diminished. I'm happy to say my issues have been resolved without having to see a chiropractor or physiotherapist!

I started seeing Marie Ange to help with chronic pain in my neck, shoulder, back and leg approximately a year ago. She was able to help me function normally, literally felt like walking on air every time I left a session and for up to a week. Slowly I was able to stretch my appointments from weekly to biweekly to monthly. I have missed her greatly through this pandemic, she is professional and knowledgeable. She is kind, she is funny, she has great stories of France! And as I write this review I am comfortable enough with all precautions the clinic has taken to call for an appointment. See you soon!

Igal is one of the best RMTs I've encountered. He is highly skilled and is always looking to improve his practice. He is the only RMT that has been able to decrease my chronic pain issues. He is also highly professional and creates a safe and welcoming environment.

I had 60min massage with Colleen Man and man was it phenomenal. I do ultrasound so my neck, shoulders and hips get extremely tight but they were no match for this small-framed rock star. She was strong and methodical. She explained everything as she went along and asked if the pressure needed adjusting which made me know she was paying attention to what she was doing. She was intuitive with the tightest spots and gave them the extra attention needed. She gave a phenomenally therapeutic massage which was an unexpected delight. I will definitely be booking my next session soon. Thanks Colleen!

Inexperienced massage therapists.been there twice and both times it wasn't even close to the massage I have experienced in different places.

After trying many osteopaths over the past few years I finally found a place I can keep going back to. Very professional, great therapists on staff, comfortable environment and easy booking system. I would highly recommend trying this place.

A couple days after my massage the owner of the clinic called me saying that the massage therapist felt uncomfortable because I was "moaning" on the bed. At first I thought it was a prank because it just sounded the most unprofessional thing to do as an owner of a business and then when he kept telling me that his inexperienced employee felt that way I just couldn't believe it. The best part is that they canceled my next appointment because of that. Unacceptable service
